Honestly, almost everything was fine, especially the excellent breakfast; except that the pool wasn't open, and that's why my daughter was going

Two of four elevators were out of service. Apparently they have been for a long time. Not acceptable. Front desk clerk was rude to my wife and then not very professional with me during checkin. Not the norm for Hilton.

Room was clean, front desk were great. Breakfast the omelette was great and the porters kept everything clean constantly removing dirty dishes asap
