Although my stay wasn’t long it was absolutely amazing! The check-in was very smooth and the lady at the front desk was so pleasant. I felt safe with the on-site security and my room was great!!!! I used to live in Bakersfield many years ago (30years ago) I still have family there so I return often and this was the first time I’ve stayed at this particular Fairfield location. I loved it so much , on my next visit plan to stay there again!

The customer service was great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would give higher rating but unfortunately the 2nd elevator was not working which delayed access to the guest rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay, one of the cleanest hotels in Bakersfield. I do wish the windows were free of dust but they were high sized windows. The mattress and the pillows felt great and the rooms were spacious.

Literally an overnight stay, checked in late and left early. Room could use an update, bed was okay, window panes were thin heard the street traffic pretty loud had to turn ac on to drown out the outside noise, shower had noticeable mold issues.

Great reception person when we arrived late. Made us feel really welcome. Room was big and comfortable but the heater wouldn’t turn off and was very noisy. Bed was comfortable and the shower great. Breakfast was basic but plentiful though definitely closed at 9.30 on the dot. Room had microwave, coffee maker and fridge and ice down the corridor.

The staff was very accommodating. Asked if I would like a room on the first level when they noticed my wife in a wheel chair. They did not have to wait for me to ask. Very thoughtful. The room was great for the price and the breakfast was good and diverse.
