The property is under heavy renovation. The pool is closed the spa is closed the bar is closed the restaurant is closed. My patio was filled with dirt from irrigation repairs. The interior room was clean but lots of ceiling stains and dirty furniture. The Linens were clean and the bathroom was clean. The TV only had five channels. No news channels no local channels.

Unable to locate because lights were out. parking lot had no lighting. First floor room had window to street with broken lock and no bar to prevent opening from outside! Breakfast is thermos coffee and cheap packaged granola bars. Luggage carts so filthy dirty you didn't want to touch them. facilities decrepit.

The property is under renovation! The pool and jacuzzi were drained! The maid is still cleaning rooms at 9:45 at night!! The sheet do not fit the bed properly and looked like they haven’t been washed!! Very terrible property !! The landscape is gone and it looks like a ghost town!! This place was advertised falsely and I want my money refunded!!

The room was super nice( one of the best we have stayed at in bakersfield) quiet hotel. The only issue was I believe the outside is under construction cause it was all dead plants and desolate looking. The parking lot had standing water so hard to load luggage. The view from our room was an empty pool and dirt patios and covwebs. So that was strange. But once inside the room was great. Will definitely stay again when the grounds are back up to par.

I really loved the room itself. It was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made a big difference during our stay. The cleanliness definitely stood out in a good way. However, a few things made the experience less enjoyable. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which was frustrating, especially with luggage. What made it worse was that the front desk staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. We weren’t even told where our room was located, so we ended up wandering around trying to find it ourselves. If the customer service matched the quality of the room, this would’ve been a much better stay.

Staff did their best to help and deserve praise but this is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Additionally, the hotel’s exterior doors were not locked, anyone could gain access to guest room hallways without notice by staff.

The hotel appears older, but nice. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the black out curtains! After a shower in the morning, I discovered there was no hair dryer. The phone on the night stand was unplugged and not working. I got ready for meetings without drying my hair. The front desk confirmed there should be one in the room, and offered to take one to my room. The restaurant was impossible to find. The building is filled with meeting rooms, dark hallways, and no signage. When I did find the restaurant (with help), the food was good and the prices reasonable. I chose this hotel for the computer center. There was a computer in the corner of the lobby that needed to be rebooted and the printer wasn't connected at all. I feel I paid extra for services I didn't get to use, and the first day without a hair dryer was disappointing.

Booked the room specifically for the pool which was empty. They are obviously doing some renovations, but a cockroach ran across my girlfriend’s foot in the bathroom, and another was in the bathtub. I stepped on a pair of tweezers left in the floor, and when I turned a flashlight on there were peanuts and candy bar crumbs on the floor around the base of the beds. Seriously disappointed. I could have stayed at a Motel 6 for 1/3 of the price and had the same experience….

The first night and room I went to the room to sleeep and woke up and noticed dried blood on the foot side of the bed I immediately got a new room and a thirty dollar voucher for the property I went to order a hamburger with the voucher and there was no cook maintenance man took pictures of the sheets,the next morning woke up to cockroaches climbing on the curtains. This place needs a management change to oversee there operation

I just have three words plus many more… HOLY CRAP COCKROACHES!!!!! Sliding screen door to patio was broken, no privacy at patio, swimming pool out of order and empty looks like they were doing a re-plaster job, horrible smell throughout the hall and the room like a stink bug, sweet, musty, smell; in hindsight it was probably the roach infestation. Had to leave hotel at 11 PM and find another hotel because of the cockroaches. There was no way we were going to stay there. The counter girl was helpful but did not seem surprised or shocked at the cockroach problem and the next day, when we spoke to the manager, she did not seem super surprised either however they did process our refund with hotels.com and they did give us a full refund for our stay. I don’t think I could ever trust this hotel again or any hotels associated with it, I thought Sheraton was a good name, but this is definitely not a good hotel. ONLY positive I can give it was that the showerhead was nice and there was a lot of hot water when we took a shower, but we immediately had to leave because of the cockroaches. DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING HOME PESTS - it’s likely there is more than just cockroaches there.

The room was dirty. There was food on the floor and hair in the shower. It got extremely hot during the night and the AC nor the fan worked. When I woke up in the middle of the night I slid on the floor in front of bathroom door because there was a water leak, I'm assuming from the broken AC. Such a rip off. I let the front desk person know and she was nice but basically just said thanks for letting us know. Also, the rooms look renovated but the hallways are old and disgusting. Smelled musty.

Air conditioning in the room was not working. There was also a lot of leaves all over the parking lot from the trees. Didn't really like that the rooms are not all in the same building. There's multiple buildings and you have to find where your room is at according to the building. I was givin five thousand points for the air conditioning problem, but don't think I'll ever return to this property again.

No heat at all in room and it was 43 degrees Fahrenheit outside. After an hour of promising to repair it and then promising to move us, they brought us askance heater that took over 5 hours to fully heat out room. No extra blankets, dead bolt didn’t work. We tried to sleep fully dressed with jackets on-it was miserable. Will never stay there again!

It was a last minute booking. We checked in at 8 pm. Our room was not ready. At 9 they had a room but for some reason they could not make us a key. The solo desk clerk was having a terrible night. Evidently her coworker flaked out on her and was making her do all the work. She was doing her best and I give her full marks. Other than that the room was nice quiet and clean.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. Only problem was tv wouldn’t work and couldn’t reach the front desk for help, we even went down in person. Good thing we were tired!:)

The staff was great. Very helpful when need their help. They gifted the kids with toys to utilize for the pool which the kids really enjoyed. Great customer service. The downside is the hotel is not the most clean facility. The beds and room was clean for the most part but there are many areas through the hotel that have been neglected.

Unable to locate because lights were out. parking lot had no lighting. First floor room had window to street with broken lock and no bar to prevent opening from outside! Breakfast is thermos coffee and cheap packaged granola bars. Luggage carts so filthy dirty you didn't want to touch them. facilities decrepit.

I like the location. Renovation was a problem. I have stayed here before. Great location for my needs. Property is being renovated. Had I known this I would have stayed else where.The staff at check in were really nice. Dirt and dust plus barricades made it look dumpy. Not a Sheraton look usually.

The property is under heavy renovation. The pool is closed the spa is closed the bar is closed the restaurant is closed. My patio was filled with dirt from irrigation repairs. The interior room was clean but lots of ceiling stains and dirty furniture. The Linens were clean and the bathroom was clean. The TV only had five channels. No news channels no local channels.

Slept there one night, rm 215 the phone didn’t work, it was there but not working. I called the front office with my cell, their suggestion was to continue using my phone. No conditioner, In the morning I asked where was the breakfast area. I was sent to the Bistro restaurant next door and the place was not ready it was empty 9:30am nobody to be found. Other guests kept saying, there’s nobody there. We all decided to go eat elsewhere. Served myself coffee from there hallway.. milk was not good.. I will have to say one good thing, there was no noise and we slept well. This could be a really good place if only it was well kept.

The front staff is very nice, but the main reason we booked was to go to the pool, Which was closed. They gave us complementary breakfast tickets for the next morning because of the pool closure, and the next morning the restaurant was closed. Very frustrating stay.

This hotel advertises false accommodation first of all they say it provides breakfast for an extra charge but once you get there they say the Sunday the restaurant is close and they dont even offer you any type of discount my room had no towels & toilet paper. The hotel is in full remodeling thru the outside but it could be better parking is good really easy to park staff is very nice but it could be better!

The hotel was under renovation but it didn't look like they were very far along. The beds were fine as well as the shower. We were suppose to get breakfast but since it was under renovation they were not serving.

The hotel appears older, but nice. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the black out curtains! After a shower in the morning, I discovered there was no hair dryer. The phone on the night stand was unplugged and not working. I got ready for meetings without drying my hair. The front desk confirmed there should be one in the room, and offered to take one to my room. The restaurant was impossible to find. The building is filled with meeting rooms, dark hallways, and no signage. When I did find the restaurant (with help), the food was good and the prices reasonable. I chose this hotel for the computer center. There was a computer in the corner of the lobby that needed to be rebooted and the printer wasn't connected at all. I feel I paid extra for services I didn't get to use, and the first day without a hair dryer was disappointing.
