Excellent budget motel! Clean room, hot water and a full bathtub. Grab your favorite bath salts and unwind! Heater worked fine. Microwave and mini-fridge included. Laundry, pool, and ice machine on premises. Staff was welcoming. Lobby was nicely lit with a Christmas tree. Enjoyed a healthy complimentary breakfast of raisin bran and orange juice, or if you like they also offer waffles, corn flakes, coffee, and milk. Close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway.

There was a men employee giving me hard time how I parked my truck telling me I couldn’t back up in till another trailer to protect my load at night time, that the trucks had parked in one direction only, yet other driver parked otherwise how they want.. he was only after me…telling the front desk and he was the boss…

The staff was helpful, the cleaning tram will come bye and check to see if you need anything. But you have to pay for ice, snd time you want ice you have to pay. You have to pay for both washer and dryer, quite expensive washing clothes there. At night its very noisy not a good neighborhood at all, you hear people yelling and fighting, cars pulling into the parking area right outside people getting out fighting with others in the motel rooms before spending off loudly. Make you feel unsafe to walk outside for anything.

The property is fairly big with ample parking. The staff is friendly for the most part. There are quit a bit of homeless in the area, but very few parts of California don't have their issues concerning them. They do have cameras though and staff does keep an eye on them so that helps. It's clean and has the amenities that are listed in the rooms, so over all it's a decent place to stay.

This older property provides basic overnight accomodations at a budget price which includes a simple breakfast. The room was stark but clean with a microwave and minifridge. A variety of fast food and other restaurants are within walking distance. The area is a bit noisy due to local traffic but not intolerable. If you're looking for a lot of amenities, this would not be your first choice. However, if you're looking for a clean, conveniently located, reasonably priced motel, this would definitely qualify.

We needed an affordable place to stay and we were travelling with two large dogs (one service dog). This place was affordable and pet friendly with no listed restrictions on size or breed. When we arrived, I realized (after paying) that I hadn't mentioned the dogs on the reservation. They allowed them to stay free of charge, no questions asked. The first room we were assigned "looked" clean but there was dried urine on the toilet. We were given a new room which also "looked" clean. We got our own cleaning supplies and cleaned each light switch and handle (including the refrigerator) in the room as well as the bathroom fixtures and the tub. It looks as though those things don't normally get cleaned. Every fixture in the shower was coming loose from the wall. The only function of the "faucet' was to route the water to the shower head. There are some things I am accustomed to hotel rooms having by default which this hotel did not have: "do not disturb" placard, hotel amenity/hospitality literature (it did have a laminated menu for a local pizza place), alarm clock, coffee maker, any indication of how to ring the front desk from the in-room phone. The pool was locked for the season but it looked clean. The ice machine was unplugged. Maybe they had another one but we weren't told. The cable reception was poor. We had to have our key reprogramed each day of our stay.

Service was excellent. The pool was nice. The weather was hot and the airconditioning placed by the beds so it had to been turned off for the night…. The price was excellent for our stay.

Roaches, rips, grimy, broken and squeaky.

Dirty rooms, I left the same day I checked in and they won't give a refund at all paid for 3 nights and didn't even stay a whole night even after switching rooms the cockroachs were just to much for us to sleep in the room so I asked for a refund for 2 of the nights and was told no so I can say what the laundry room was like because I never went in it. The parking lot wasn't to bad there were a security guard that walked around I seen him walking by every time I went outside.

The room had obvious damage -missing smoke detector, missing drawer, there was no tray in the microwave, and some obvious cosmetic damage from burn marks on the microwave and toilet. But, it appeared clean and it was cheap and the staff had been friendly so we were prepared to stay. We had to drop off Christmas presents with family, then returned. As we got ready to settle in, we observed multiple cockroaches, and old food in the sheets. This was absolutely unacceptable - being rundown in a rough part of town, we were okay with handling for the sake of price and convenience. The poor cleanliness and pest control, absolutely not. When we went to the front desk we were informed they would not do a refund after 15 minutes, however we would not have noticed what made it unacceptable within 15 minutes, so this policy seems arbitrary and extremely unhelpful. I would never stay here again, and would never recommend this to anyone, ever.

The floor was actually filthy and the laminate coming up. The bed mattress didn’t fit properly on the box spring. Not enough towels and refused to provide extra. Water running out from the fridge and all over the floor. Grease stains and unknown debris slathered on the curtains. Abandoned trash on the property. Dog 💩 left all over. Real filth pig place and zero pride. Worth less than a 1 star rating.

The room looked really beat up , bath countertop had burn marks and stains , I went to take a shower left it running for 5 minutes and the tub smelled like urine , smell would not go away , cockroach and pincher bugs were inside , I went to front desk to ask for another room and they were booked then ask for refund and was denied, I left and ended up staying at another hotel , I paid $118 for 2 nights stay

Everything in the room was dirty and broken. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were thinner than a piece of paper. Not in a good area. The only thing that was good there was the staff.

The room was filthy inside. It stunk like cigarettes. The smoke alarm wasn’t even installed. It was sitting on the desk. The shower didn’t drain and there were cockroaches in the room.

Roach infested mattress was stained and dirty

Cleanliness is not in their vocabulary and was not taught to them. I was bit all over my legs and arms by bed bugs. Had to ask if they could clean the floors plus saw roaches. Never will stay there.

Motel has roaches old and broken dresser walls has holes and cracks cooler broken linen old and worn.

Room does not look like photos, room smell like cigarettes

A simple room, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioner, small fridge and microwave, no noise complaints. Wasn't looking for fancy, just good value. My only complaint would be lack of electrical outlets. (I bring a laptop, cell phone and smart watch chargers, and a CPAP machine. Probably more than the average customer.)

The first couple of times I stayed it was okay. Yes there are homeless in the pothole filled parking lot and going through the trash, but the staff kept an eye on the cameras and were friendly. This last stay was the worst yet. The guests upstairs were so loud they shook the windows, moved furniture all times of the day and night and when they were quiet the dog in the room next door would randomly bark for a while.

Nice budget hotel close to highway. No real frills. WiFi seems a bit slow, so I ended up tethering. Fridge and microwave in room that I didn't try to use.

The showers are pretty outdated, and the pillow they supplied was 1/4 of a pillow. The front desk people were great, this stay included a breakfast which was also good. You get what you paid for. Bed was really firm. The room was nice and clean so that’s a plus. Would have been better if the people above us weren’t fighting and slamming things. The area was in the getto. Homeless man just sleeping in the road when we pulled up.

The property was not in a good area, therefore, was not expecting a whole lot of amenities. However, there were roaches in the room, and one of the beds with stiff as a board.

The area felt really shady and dirty to walk our dog. The room was decent but all fixtures had rust. The bed was the most terrible we have ever had. It felt like sleeping on a box of springs. Noisy, hurting the back and like jumpy.

Service was excellent. The pool was nice. The weather was hot and the airconditioning placed by the beds so it had to been turned off for the night…. The price was excellent for our stay.

Great place to stay. Outdated & but overall best bang for your buck compared to what's around ...

The manager is really sweet.The security is awesome.They make sure we're safe, no matter whether my cars are there or not.And we're there or not, at the vagabon.They even check on us down by where we stay by starbucks.And their maintenance always make sure we're safe.They do an excellent job, checking everybody in.Except for 1person, but I will not mention names

Horrendous, the manager, s tall woman with a chip on her shoulder, racist tendencies, unprofessional demeaner, illegally activites, A straight right past B to C. A seedy, unsavory , ogre of a woman. A real beaute. She should be replaced by the night auditor who works there. The two security people were very helpful and considerate.

Didn’t get what I paid for. Washers were broke. No microwave are fridge. Places was nasty dirty. Holes in the curtains and blankets. Rude service by Megan. She needs to learn how to treat people

This is the best motel I have stayed at the front desk staff and especially the manger Miss Eddie not sure if I spelled her name correctly but she is the best Management employee I have ever met she goes out of her way to make sure you have the best stay and if a problem of course she makes sure it gets token care of immediately with out excuses or hesitation

I specifically asked for a room with wheel chair / handicap accessible during my initial booking as both my parents are in a wheelchair and unable to walk, plus they require extra bathroom space. I was told I hadn't asked for such a request and was given a room with no handicap accessibility. I had no choice but to take what was given to us since we had no other reservation or place to go. Completely unconfortable for my folks, my wife, and me! The front desk attendant was completely unprofessional and RUDE! Plus the bathroom door was broken and had to leave it open while we used the facilities.... including no leg room to handle my folks since we need to assist them to use the bathroom.

I love coming her. Every time I come back here they great me by name! It's like coming home to family. The Service here is superb! Gen and friends have the best customer service! They always have my paperwork ready to go along with room key. You will love it here!

Staff is awesome!!

The girls at the front desk are very helpful and friendly especially Christy and Geneva and the housekeeping is really nice the maintenance people are amazing especially rigo and the security is awesome it is easy to Walk to the store and food places and I feel safe

Staff was amazing, they allowed us to sit in the office, with my baby, and he loved all of the attention from the staff!

For starters, a live cockroach was found sitting next to the bath sink. Thankfully it was the only one. The microwave didn't work. Called office and was told "not all the rooms have them" Really?? I needed to heat my lunch I brought and after my insistence they finally brought one from another room. The shower was nice and hot and bed was comfortable although motel pillows are always mediocre. Noise from freeway was expected and not too bad. Continental breakfast was the minimalist I've ever seen. Coffee, raisin bran and waffle machine where you make them. No juices, no pastries, no fruit, no eggs. Those carbs are hardly something to last. Good thing I got there very early as they only had 3 tables with 5 chairs total. The guy after me had to stand and eat. All things considered, I mainly wanted a place to shower and sleep so the price was the biggest consideration and it was very cheap so if that's all you need this will do.

I booked a room with two queen beds and they gave us two full beds. Beds were horrible. You can feel and hear the springs in the mattress. Window looked like someone had tried to break in. Breakfast bar was gross. I went to go get the batter ready to make waffles and found a huge long hair in my batter. I automatically threw it away and gave up and left.Two Police cars were in the lobby reviewing security footage. Unknown to what happened but just was not a clean or friendly place. And definitely did not feel like a safe place!

I have been using Expedia for years and I am not a big complainer unless I am completely unhappy. #1 The bed linen and bath towels were stained and dirty. I had to ask the employees for a replacement and they ended up getting me more dirty linen and towels. I went to Walmart and purchased my own bed linen and bath towels (kept the receipt) #2 Roaches galore (everywhere). I am NOT kidding, they were brave enough to crawl on my kids at the table when they were eating lunch #3 The employees were NOT polite and they were extremely disrespectful. I asked to speak with management and I was told “SHE” already knows about all the issues and that I can talk to her when I see her in the morning #4 Trash all over the parking lot area from several homeless people sleeping in the area. I didn’t feel safe with my kids being outside. (I took pictures with my cellphone as evidence). #5 Breakfast was a joking matter, it was NOT a breakfast at all, my kids couldn’t even eat the hard cereal because the milk tasted expired.

I booked a room with a microwave, friegde, breakfast and request down stairs.i checked in no microwave, friegde, and room was upstairs and breakfast was coffee with cereal but they were out of milk. Staff was rude and said take or leave it and could careless and made no effort to help me find another hotel that had the things I requested and paid for I will never stay at this dirty place again
