There is no a clock around the swimming pool and sauna area, can not see what time during. The shuttle bus only take us to the Venetian casino, but not take people back to th Yoho hotel. This is a fooling action. We very disappointed stay in Yoho hotel

The property is clean. Nice view. Rooms are spacious. It doesn't have a bar. The staff did not take note of the name for the booking after multiple attempts to contact them in advance, including by an Expedia agent. The occupant arriving first was unwell but was made to wait in the foyer for four hours due to this error, which could have easily been checked. Staff did not take responsibility for the error and made no reasonable attempt to provide us with anything that could have been regarded as compensation. This property will not be my choice again in Macau.

Incredible hotel. The service I received couldn't be faulted. My room was impeccably clean, huge, with a great view of the lake and infinity pool. The hotel is a minute walk from public transport, shopping and casinos. The staff were great, really accommodating and I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Great restaurants and culture just down the road. The infinity pool was great too.

The service and room amenities are nice. The restaurants serve wonderful food and the waiters are very helpful and polite. There are shuttle buses to different hotels which is a plus because the hotel isn’t located in the city centre. Another plus is the supermarket. We can buy snacks and all daily necessities there. However, the TV remote control is difficult to use even we are using it right in front of the TV. Maybe there’s a problem with the sensor. One more problem is the bathtub. We wanted to enjoy bathing but we could never fill up the bath tub even after half an hour. We didn’t report this problem to the front desk or house keeping because it’s to late at night. Pls check and maintain the bathtubs to ensure they are in good condition.

未だ出来て1年くらいの新しいホテルです。フロントは小さく、ファイブスターのサービス面で見るとホテルスタッフの愛想のなさ等イマイチですが、部屋の設備は最新で、広く快適に過ごせました。マカオタワーが見えるプールも最高でした。ウィンマカオホテルやグランドリスボアホテルにも近く、バスターミナルもすぐ。セナド広場も徒歩圏内で、スーパーマーケットも地下に有り便利です。次回もまた是非泊まりたいと思います。

Hotel service and facilities are good. However, the breakfast buffet is pricy and food quality is just 3-star hotel standard. Moreover, they put all the dishes and cups under the table so guests need to kneel down to get them all the time.
