Nice waterfront view. Clean and spacious room. Great complimentary buffet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. 3 elevators on each side (6 total) prevent long wait or crowd. My only comment would be keeping the swimming pool supervised. I went after 9 pm and many kids there were diving when there’s a sign ‘no diving’ posted. I don’t mean having a lifeguard there on duty at all times, but having a staff checking on it would be good. Depth of water is not suitable for diving.

Great location and airport shuttle. Room/suite was more than comfortable. I appreciated the little balcony and a generous happy hour. It was wonderful to have the trail to wander along the waterfront right by the hotel. I'd definitely select this hotel again when flying out of SF

I would have given this hotel 5 stars all the way down but the following reason is why I didn’t. 1. Our room was hot! We reach out to the front desk the first night and was given the spill that the whole building is being run by one unit and that it should cool down soon. After a few hours if still wasn’t. I called again and no answer. We had to sleep withour balcony door to let cool air in all night. The next day when informed the front desk again, we were given a wall fan. Again we slept with our balcony door open. 2. They only had Tesla charging station, we had something else. 3. I paid for parking but there was no parking available upfront and had to park in the back where there was liter everywhere and there was people having a party . The hotel it self was beautiful inside. The center of the hotel was a beautiful garden and breakfast was great as well. The staff was friendly as well. Not sure if I would stay here again due to the room situation but would maybe consider it the future

Great location. Less than 10 minutes from airport. Nice atmosphere! Breakfast is good and happy hour was relaxing! Our kids had fun in the indoor pool and hot tub.

Overall our stay was very comfortable, and enjoyable. The only two things that surprised me were the cost of parking, which was $45/night, and the pool hours. From 9pm-11pm they have “Adult” hours, which is absolutely reasonable, however there were no signage clearly stating that. Staff did not notify us, nor was there any signage in or near the pool area. Staff were understanding of the frustration that parents had, while simultaneously still being very polite and apologetic for our inconvenience. I would still recommend this location to anyone, but I would also notify them of these prices and hours.

Be aware on Sundays at the pool a kids swim school takes over majority of the pool. We were told we can only stay on one side of the pool and not to touch their swim equipment. Swim staff were not friendly. They had pool noodles and balls all over the pool. If one of my kids touched a toy that floated to them the staff were quick to yell they were for the swim class. We felt out of place and judged. Everything else is 5 stars just a very upsetting pool day we planned for my kids.

We only stayed here 1 night as we had just flown in from Singapore and didn’t wish to do the long drive home above Sacramento. Check in was easy, room clean and breakfast was very good. I just wish their shuttle bus ran more than every 30 minutes but other that, nice stay. Would stay here again.

Bath tub floor dirty, hair on walls. Tub faucet had a constant drip, one of three bath soap dispensers left on wall other two just placed randomly in tub. Wall art missing in bedroom and in place is visible wall damage (room 206). Left music on in atrium all night and could hear it clearly in the room. I had a 6 am flight and shuttle starts at 5 which meant that I had to call an uber, there were four other guests doing the same. Managers reception snacks consisted of potato chips and carrots and weird ticket procedure for drinks that was not explained at check in and bartender was impatient with the guests who did not know the procedure. Stains on carpet throughout the building. Clearly an older building that needs a renovation. Staff seemed indifferent and not engaged

Breakfast and everything was quite good but seems property is quite old and not maintained. Curtains and chairs are all torn and saw roach in bathroom. Even few team members at front desk are quite rude just the way they talk. Just getting clarification on charge on bill and they replied with sarcasm.

Very disappointing. We have noticed the decline in the cleanliness of the bathrooms over the past 4 years since we’ve been coming. The soap/ shampoo dispensers are not filled, hair & black mold on the walls of the shower, quite disgusting. The main reason why we continue to stay here is the location, beautiful walking paths ,it’s dog friendly and great breakfasts. Housekeeping needs to do a better job

The rooms smell so bad and were not clean. The curtain in our room had blood stains that were visible from the hallway. The staff was very helpful and understanding but having to deal with this on a short family vacation was less than ideal. We ended up staying at a different hotel without actually staying here because of the conditions of the rooms. I would not book here again.

We only stayed one night and we enjoyed the garden and being able to walk by the bay. We also enjoyed our free breakfast that was part of our stay. The only down part was one of the mattress was hallow and squeaky.

Despite saying that the rooms had extensive soundproofing, I heard snoring the first night that I was there, and people talking quietly the second night. I would say that it's no better than any other room I've been in.

We loved the view from our room, but the "balcony" was a little disappointing. The breakfast was tasty, but nothing was ever hot. The biggest complaint is definitely the temperature of the room. We put the thermostat on fan the first night, which at least blew cool air. After that, however, it just blew warm air. We slept with the balcony door open the rest of the nights, but sleeping was difficult due to outside noise. The beds were decent, and the walls prevented noise traveling from other rooms. Staff was friendly. The drinks at the evening reception were heavy-handed, which is both bad and good. The snacks during the reception left a lot to be desired. We really should have purchased bottled drinks elsewhere since we didn't realize they cost $6 in the hotel market until we received the final bill. I've also never stayed at a hotel that required an incidental hold for each night. Overall, I'd choose this hotel in the future only for the friendly staff and the view.

They offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was very crowded so we didn’t end up having it. The nature path walk around the hotel is the best! Beautiful view of the Bay & airport The hotel breakfast is always top notch. The room definitely needs upgrade & modernization. I appreciate that it’s dog friendly but the chair & sofa has holes from dogs roughing it up, the sofa need was old and not comfortable, the thermostat didn’t really work so it was very hot in the room. Plus the vent was noisy the entire time unless you turned the air off. Also there were no usb ports at all

Nice location. Surprised how unaccommodating they were. Large group was there for a 3:00 pm wedding, up charging $50 for early check in (regularly 4:00) was rude and completely unnecessary as the rooms were ready and would have been zero inconvenience. Probably would think twice about booking here again.

Upon arrival, the staff changed our room from two queen beds to one king bed. She also asked for a $200 deposit through our card. Parking was extra. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight and there was no one at the front desk. We never received an invoice/bill. We called the customer service about getting our invoice but the automated service kept on disconnecting us.

Front desk agent upon check inn was very rude. But others female agents were so nice. 2nd day there was a fight or somethings going on dog barking and screaming.. called front desk 3 times they said nothing she can do. We asked ger to send security's to handel the dog.

When I arrived to check in on my 2 day stay they informed me they had over booked my first night stay Aug 6, and offered me that they would send me to a different hotel…. I was so flustered because I booked and paid for both the Aug 6 and Aug 7 in advance that I ask for a full refund.. for people coming from a different state to San Francisco. It is not the easiest town to just navigate around for the hotels convenience of over booking their hotel. I was traveling alone with five kids. and to be put out of my room did I paid for in advance was very wrong.

My husband was turned away because the reservation was not under his name. He had the confirmation information and ID as there are not many individuals with our last name (Ulepic). I was unable to check in or be there because I am in Ohio caring for my father who was in the hospital. No consideration wa given nor did anyone reach out to me to attempt to resolve the issue.

Great location and airport shuttle. Room/suite was more than comfortable. I appreciated the little balcony and a generous happy hour. It was wonderful to have the trail to wander along the waterfront right by the hotel. I'd definitely select this hotel again when flying out of SF

I appreciated getting the view that we asked for at the check in. And breakfast is always great at Embassy Suites. My made to order omelet was excellent and I got a full tumbler of hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The only thing that would have been better is flavored coffee creamer.

Great Hotel, beautiful place, very clean, room comfortable. The only frustration was the only restaurant/bar at the Hotel, it closed at 6.30pm and there was no any food available to purchase. We had to go out to eat dinner, and when we came back it was not parking space available. Very inconvenient.

Amazing buffet. Loved the omelet station. Cool elevators that overlook a beautiful atrium. The bar was a great place to catch the sunset over the Bay. Kid friendly. Beds were small but stay was great. Would return.

Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel is spacious, and the room was large and comfortable. The shuttle bus service was also very punctual. They offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was very crowded so we didn’t end up having it. They also provide complimentary drinks in the afternoon, but service ends at 5:30 pm, so we missed that as well. As a stopover hotel near the airport, it’s an excellent choice — convenient, comfortable, and overall a pleasant stay.

The menu has not changed in years unfortunately it is limited and not terribly tasty. The service for the restrooms on the lobby floor is lacking and the shower doesn’t seem to function. it’s unfortunate for such a nice hotel.

I think the furniture and lampshades need to be replaced. Lp shades were cracked and seat on the chair was cracked & peeling. But on a good note- the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was ok.

The location of this property was great! Good fishing right off their pier also. Breakfast was really great for a hotel. They had 2 cooks to make your choice of different omelets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc made fresh right in front of you. Then a variety of other things (fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, sausage, bacon, fried potato’s, pancakes one day, French toast another and much more. Where you eat breakfast was beautiful as well. My son really enjoyed seeing the fish and plants all around. The only complaint I have was for it being Hilton owned I would have expected the furniture in the rooms to be more updated and the mattresses to be better. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, right on the water and with beautiful landscaping inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful, However, breakfast was overcrowded and there was no place to sit. The line for omelettes was 1/2 an hour long.
