Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport South by IHG

They weren't clear when booking that it's $30 for parking. The hotel in a lot worse condition than in the photos.

Breakfast was lovely, including the pancake machine. That was really cool actually. The coffee was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful and the property is clean in general. The hallways and rooms are looking dated and tired, definitely time for an aesthetic facelift. The room refrigerator ran consistently all night and loudly at that. We couldn’t find a way to unplug the refrigerator. Be very aware that their open-air parking adjacent to the hotel property cost $30, regardless of how you book your room. This is completely ridiculous, a factor I will not dismiss again.

Breakfast wasn’t great and had no flavor in anything. Can hear pretty much every single sound when you’re in the room that happens in the hallway and on the other floors

Good service

It was v close to the airport but also v v quiet. We did not hear any planes! There's the bay at the back which was beautiful..breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Hallways bit dated but I was ok with this considering all the other pluses!
