The staff was fantastic! Several people saw us and offered to help with our luggage. The restaurant had great food. The price was reasonable for a safe area and it includes the airport shuttle. The pool was large, warm, and well maintained. Will happily stay here again.

Enjoyed my week-long stay. Service was decent. The place is a bit dated, but it’s well-maintained. Breakfast was great. The pool remained closed. It's easy to get to the highway, airport, and the Bay Area (including SFO).

Room was clean, check in was smooth, the shuttle service is great runs from 4a until 1230a so you will have a ride to airport, worth it cause you dont pay expensive taxi/uber, the gym was decent up to 75lb dumb bells and some cardio machines, the wifi was ok when connected but I was in room 416, it was slow at times but if you dont need it for business its fine, looks. a little older building and carpet but still was clean, I recommend

Clean facilities and friendly, helpful staff. However, 3 of the 4 elevators were not operating in the morning as most guests were preparing to either check out or have breakfast. I have no idea what the issue was. However, the staff was maintaining their friendly, helpful attitudes throughout the morning.

Clean hotel from Lobby to room . Only had breakfast buffet , many options for food. Room was spacious with great view . Good water pressure in shower and clean bathroom . Shuttle service was excellent to the airport on time and driver was friendly . Hotel staff were great as well . I would definitely stay there again .

I called the hotel asking when the airport shuttle would arrive. The told me “it just left the hotel, it should be there in 5-10 minutes”. I waited 40 minutes in the rain for the shuttle to come. Second, I arrived to the hotel and the check in process was easy and staff was good. When I got to my room, I was disgusted as I saw blood stains on the bed. Dirty restroom which definitely was not cleaned. Hot water barely worked to even shower. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. I did not even sleep the entire night from how disgusted I was of the room. I checked out at around 6 am because I couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I also ubered to the airport because I wasn’t going to wait another 40 minutes for the shuttle to come. There was a double tree shuttle and a couple other shuttles that had passed by twice before my shuttle came. I have video and pictures to prove my claims.

Old, tacky and outdated. Room looked out over air conditioners but paid more for view. Tub held water while showering. Someone else’s hair in bathroom. Duvet too short, only reached my stomach. Liked how close the hotel is to the airport. Checked into room 1101 which appeared clean until the sheets were pulled back on one of the two beds. This bed was completely wet and smelled of urine. This is very unhygienic and disgusting!!! I am so glad my child did not get into this bed(I did unfortunately). Housekeeping should be changing sheets after each check out regardless if it appears clean or not!!! We contacted the front desk spoke to Erik and explained what was going on he was able to move us to a different room(clean beds this time). We were very appreciative with his quick actions to get us moved.

This hotel is showing its age. The bathroom floor also had not been cleaned sufficiently, to the point of me covering the floors in towels. The rest of the room was clean but dated. Staff at restaurant and check in were very cold and sterile. I probably won't be staying there again.

There is no air vent on the bathroom which makes it like a sauna in there after taking a shower. The bathroom is very outdated and needs to be redone for sure. There were no complimentary slippers in the room either. I would not stay here again.

For the first three days, there was no internet at all. On the final two days, the connection was unstable and unreliable. I was repeatedly told it would be resolved within hours, but it never was. This facility clearly has a known issue with internet access—there are multiple complaints online confirming this. If you're traveling for business or need to stay connected, do not stay here. You will not be able to work effectively

I am very disappointed with my one-week stay at Hilton SFO. The view of the bay (Room 1129) was very nice. The elevators are fast and worked well. The problem is that throughout my stay, the internet service was down almost daily and was at best intermittent. I had to go to a Starbucks to get work done. Then, the television service was inoperable except the in house Hilton Honors promo and a few random channels such as MSNBC, TBS and HBO. Housekeeping was not provided on Sunday, August 10. I complained every day during which there were outages. It was as if I was talking to the wall. I was not given any compensation for these issues. I will not return to Hilton SFO.

Excellent facility except for restaurant is a very overpriced burgers and fries joint. Service from the front desk in the early morning is terrible; help are rude and lazy. Bell hops don't start till 7am even though many travelers have much earlier flights. Overall, I would not stay at the Hilton again but will return to my reliable Westin.

Ms. Carmila at the front desk was egregiously rude to me. I asked her for a room on the fifteenth floor as I am a light sleeper, she lied and said that there weren't any available. Fortunately, her manage Ms. Teena was present and provided me a room on the fifteenth floor. Ms Carmila refused to show me where the elevators were located for room access. Ms. Carmila refused to show me how to use the room key to exit the garage. Ms. Carmila refused to show me how to locate the garage, which required walking outside the hotel and into an elevator. During the entire course of my check-in Ms. Carmila refused to look me in my eyes while talking, instead she looked down onto the floor. I asked her several times to please direct her intentionally low voice at face level as I have a hearing disability and I am a disabled senior citizen. In short, she made a concerted effort to be egregiously unprofessional. I am a Honor's Hilton member, not that that should matter as Ms. Carmila should be nice, professional, and efficacious to all guests. I wish that I could cancel my hotel reservation which has been booked for March 9th. Ms. Carmila should not be employed at the front desk as she is globally insufficient in all hotel venues that require face to face human interaction. Respectfully submitted, Dr. Frank Verdoliva

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. I had several great meals in the restaurant and also enjoyed the nearby walking trail along the shoreline. My room on the top floor was in a quiet location, and I found it very comfortable. I took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport; it ran on time and the driver was terrific.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. The front desk people were friendly and very helpful. I had several great meals in the restaurant and also enjoyed the nearby walking trail along the shoreline. My room on the top floor was in a quiet location, and I found it very comfortable. I took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport; it ran on time and the driver was terrific.

The staff was very adept and very courteous. The Airport shuttle was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and the driver was eager to assist with luggage as well as providing guidance for those not familiar. My journey began in St. Louis and I drove 2800 miles in 4 days. The respect and kindness shown by the staff was something that I had not experienced anywhere else during this trip across the country, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much once I arrived. They were accomodating, pleasant, and genuine...which are all qualities which sweem to be in short supply these days.

Pleasantly surprised that this Hilton was cheaper than Double Tree (which we’ve stayed recently). So quiet & serene despite being close to the airport. Bay view rooms overlooked the beautiful view of the fog over the hills and was worth a little extra.

The hotel room was in pristine condition. The hot water was ample and the mattress was to my liking which was firm. The buffet breakfast was delicious. However, I wouldn’t have rated this high had I not had discount price for the meal. It didn’t seem that worth it to pay $30 per person.

Front desk was friendly and efficient, however someone was smoking on our floor which permeated the hallways...front desk said they would try to find the offending party, but it made every trip from elevator to our room miserable. Bar service in evening is mismanaged and haphazard...took 20 minusts to get a simple bourbon amd soda. And don't try to pay with cash... Breakfast buffet has good sleecrion of western amd asian dishes and staff was friendly and efficient.

The airport shuttle is greatly appreciated, but I had trouble with the link showing the current status of the small bus/lg van. When I reported it, I learned one needs to tap the arrow on the R to remove the spinning icon and see the map. My room is very comfortable and I enjoy the view. It's clean, and I feel safe. Despite flights landing often, I don't hear them (probably due to the dan running). I had to leave very early, or I would have enjoy some breakfast. The room has a mini-fridge, but no microwave. I did enjoy walking the paved Bayshore Trail. Yes, I would stay here again.
