Hampton Inn & Suites San Francisco-Burlingame-Airport South

Breakfast had TONs of options, very good. Clean place overall. There was not a single staff member that was actually welcoming or friendly. They do their jobs but that was all. Pillows were soft but beds were hard. MUST PAY FOR PARKING $35 per night.

The bed is a standard spring mattress and am used to memory foam.

Perfect location for early morning flight out of SFO. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The shuttle arrived promptly. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

Last shuttle just met my flight in time but times of shuttle should have been posted prior to booking. Otherwise 9/10

Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean . Good breakfast. The only problem with this hotel was the Airport shuttle. The shuttle is not available 24 hours . Only from 5am to 9am and then from 5pm to 9pm , it is a little disappointing, in between those hours, there is no shuttle available.
