Had our studio room ready and clean. Called and asked for extra towels and blankets for pull out bed. Within a few minutes we had everything delivered. We went to the pool and jacuzzi at night, everything was heated and clean. We took advantage of the morning breakfast which was very good and they had many options. The service was above and beyond as it was being cleaned and stocked up as we ate. Went to the pool again, it was well kept, pool towels were available day and night. Overall service, room, food and amenities were great. Close within 5 minutes to LEGOLAND, Costco, Starbucks, restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families and adults.

The only issue was the elevator nearest my room was down for maintenance most of my stay. The people were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and my room was clean. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was in an extremely safe area and it was super quiet. There were many families there walking the grounds, but we never once heard the other guests at the hotel. The pool was warm and enjoyable for our kids (8 and 1), and the hot tub was clean and chlorinated. The complimentary breakfast was a hit for all family members, including one of the kids who is super picky! Love that all of the kitchen supplies were stocked, our room was extremely clean when we arrived and after housekeeping came. We also loved that the entirety of the staff was welcoming, warm, and friendly.

This was a last minute stay and needed something that included breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean. The grounds were clean. The gym was a stacked gym for all your training needs. Very pleased

The staff was great and the room LOOKED clean, but our room had ants and so did the breakfast station, and everytime i said something the staff would be like "oh we're sorry about that." And then stare at you until you awkwardly left. House keeping is the only person who actually seemed concerned when i mention it to them. Its so so.

The front desk staff in this property are wonderful! Really helpful and accommodating! Very convenient if you’re planning a trip to Legoland. Very quiet location. Breakfast in the morning was a plus! Room cleaning could be better, lots of dusty areas in the room.

Nice remodeled hotel I tried for recent Legoland family spring break. Huge multi room suites with kitchens. Only thing I would recommend is putting in more plates and utensils since they were only exactly 4 for each one.

The hotel room was extremely loud was woken up multiple times throughout the night. Could hear when someone in another room. Flushed their toilet. The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Loved the friendly, kind, and helpful staff so much, that makes the biggest difference to us when we decide on a hotel. We also were in town for my wife's moms funeral and it meant the world to us to be in such a wonderful environment, it was very clean, food was amazing for breakfast, and the location was close to trails, restaurants, the Palomar Airport, etc. Loved every second of our stay at Residence Inn!

disappointed that I had to be relocated to another hotel, approximately a half hour away, putting me further away from the conference I was attending and causing me to be late to my first event since what was expected to be a 15 minute commute ended up being more like an hour back-and-forth

Seemless check in, immediately offered us a pamphlet of things to do and a map of where all the amenities were through the hotel. Excellent customer service and breakfast was amazing.

Since we did not have every day housekeeping (which is fine), I asked front desk for extra toilet paper rolls and they told me that they are not allowed to give any. Something about us only staying two nights, and apparently they’re not allowed to give any extra toilet paper out, and the amount we have in the room should be sufficient. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where they denied additional toilet paper when requested. Front desk service was very disappointing.

Everyone was so nice at this residence inn. We loved the front desk staff and they gave us any accommodation we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were treated with respect especially moving out the last day because we're in between homes and we have all of our possessions with us. Instead of being like a vacation and just packing too, we were actually moving out all of our things. We were treated with kindness, respect, and consideration. Always give a full five star recommendation to anyone who asks about this establishment. Thank you for treating our family so well.

Staff was amazing. Breafast was delicious with more options than I’ve ever seen a hotel have. Including pumpkin spice waffles!! When we stay in the San Diego area, we will be staying here again. Neighborhood is in a business district, so it’s very quiet, but it’s close enough to everything. Safe spot and convenient.

This is a fantastic property located in a very safe and quiet area. I traveled with my family, including two kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The front desk and staff provided excellent service and were very responsive. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the kids loved spending time in the pool. There were plenty of Indian restaurant options within a few miles. The property is also conveniently located near Legoland, just a 7-8 minute drive away. We will definitely visit again!

Great hotel for family stays. Studio had a kitchenette and everything to go with it. Staff is friendly. Pool is great. Breakfast is great considering a lot of people attend. Be there early because when they say they stop, they stop. We don't expect people to clean our rooms daily so we were fine with that. If you are, then you might need to request it. It’s in a quiet business area and only 7 minutes to Legoland.

Great hotel, close to LEGOLAND, the beach and places to shop. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here during our annual San Diego and LEGOLAND trip. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. We were checked in early on our arrival day and greeted. Front desk staff also shared all services they offered guest on property. We have a great time. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great area and easy place to stay near Legoland. Breakfast was wonderful. Very packed but they kept replacing everything. Staff was great. Felt very safe. Very close to restaurants if you are coming in late like us. Close to stores like Walgreens and Trader Joe’s. My only complaint is the sheets and very thin and the room was very damp for some reason.

Comfortable bed, great space with a kitchen. Staff was super nice. Breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. Had to tip the servers because it was that good. Many options for adults and children. The eggs were never dry and plenty of toppings for oatmeal and eggs. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. There was a TV by the BBQ so we could grill and watch football. Plus there was heaters if you ate chilly. I will always look at staying at a Residence Inn if I get all the same perks. Wonderful stay for our family. We stayed for 5 days.

The good, hotel staff professional, friendly, & helpful. Rooms are clean, plenty of luggage carts available. The bad, reception area needs to draw more attention to guests registering, parking spaces have many compact spaces, mostly full size sedans and larger in the lot. breakfast layout leads to groups of people standing around, no flow, and sitting area over crowded.
