The Wi-fi was not available at the hotel. I reached out to the reception and they told me that the wi-fi was out for 2 weeks and need to be fixed. They didn't show any apology or remorse. The breakfast room was a mess. There were leftovers all over the place and it was very dirty, not safe to eat.

I love the convenience of the motel and the free breakfast. The toilet flushed slow and wound flush all the way unless you held the handle down. The room was clean. The proposed dirty. The pool was cold and had dirty in it and trash.

Tho has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, the room had the most antique A/C unit I’ve ever seen, I never thought those still existed, the walls in the bathrooms all damaged, when you turned on the hot water in the shower Sounded like the pipes were going to explode. The linens with holes cause by cigarette burns. We asked for 3 towels and the didn’t have enough, The pool out of service. To be honest, this place shouldn’t even be listed, and to make the things even worse… the door lock wasn’t working.

Annoying that management turns off access to free wifi on your last day of trip, it should stay on until checkout at 11am. My room was at the back of the hotel, and sketchy ppl hanging around the parking lot at all hours. Management should hire a security guard. It doesn’t feel safe at night. That said, My room was very nice and clean, water pressure good. I didn’t use tv so idk about the quality there. Air conditioning works great, no problems with the room. Management should switch out the towels soon, they seem to have been used a lot. The property overall needs a deep pressure-wash clean, and exterior paint. Overall, good value for me as a solo traveler.

Rooms were nice and clean. One had dark green walls, and I preferred the room with lighter walls, but they were both good. Pool was out of service, disappointed my kids. Breakfast was ok, waffles, juice and cereal. I don't recommend coming with young children- the way people drive in the parking lot was way too fast and not aware of others. A lot of people outside at night, a little noisy.

Cleanliness was ok, but an older facility with condition issues. Toilet didn't flush properly. Area is used by semi-trucks as a rest stop. Their free "breakfast" shouldn't be an advertised feature.

Had mold growing everywhere inside the room the tub the fridge cigarette burns everywhere in the sheets, dirty sheets, dirty blankets. It was a very awful experience for us. We couldn’t even stay one night. I booked four nights with them and I had to leave the same day and go book a new hotel.

The overall stay was barely acceptable. The room was dingy and left a lot to be desired. The walls had a lot of bodily fluid spattered near the bed, there was hair stuck to the ceilings, toilet, floors and walls. The pillow cases had dirt stains on them so they went unused. The bed was on what can only be described as an “aluminum file cabinet” type metal box spring that popped loudly anytime someone moved on the bed. The trash cans outside were overflowing with dead fish heads. Luckily we just needed to sleep for a few hours and we left.

This place was very dirty and disgusting… we went on a little family trip to six flags and tried to find the cheapest motel near six flags. It was so disgusting and dirty. They switched our room once due to bugs being everywhere and cockroaches in our bed. We went to check a couple rooms and they were just as dirty. Floors were not really swept. Mold in bath and shower and in bathrooms. We moved to another room only to go in think it was clean and found cockroaches everywhere. Not to mention they made us pay 10$ more for an “upgrade” of a non-smoking room for the first night when clearly we booked non smoking already for the room the second night too and somehow the reservation was not reflecting non smoking for the first night. Not a clean place and just gross all around.

The place is well managed but in very used condition. Amenities are minimal; no hair dryer. thin blanket and sheets. HVAC unit gave out and the room was in the 50's most of the time. All in all meh.

Breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and waffles with syrup. We asked for butter. They didn't have any. They had a toaster with no bread?? We had only one towel and one washcloth between us! The refrigerator was on the floor not plugged in. We could hear people above our room walking across the room, talking, doing anything in their room.... we could hear everything through the ceiling!!

This is an older motel. Externally, there are cracks in the stucco, and it could really use a good pressure washing, and a fresh coat of paint. The room was a decent size, but outdated. The bathroom looks to have been repaired many times, and could use a serious refresh. The redeeming feature was great water pressure and almost instant hot water. The coffee in the room was barely adequate, and there was only one packet of creamer. When booking the room, there was only an option to book smoking. The room smelled like an ash tray, though non smoking rooms were actually available, but for $7 more, which is what we ended up "upgrading" to. There is a "simple" breakfast included, with a choice of cereals, or make your own waffle. The milk available for the cereal was made from powdered milk, which was also available for the coffee. We opted to pass on it. Luckily we were just passing through and only needed to stay for a night. If you just need a relatively cheap place to spend a night, it can work, but I am sure for a little more you can find a better place.

First of all, the room with a king bed was huge! In addition to the comfortable bed, there was a sitting chair, coffee table and a big desk with a drawer that becomes a mousepad. While the furniture was a little worn the room smelled clean. The bathroom was basic but clean with nice hot water and excellent water pressure.

I had a reservation for Saturday night ( 1/11/25 ). Upon entering hotel, no one was to be found at or near front counter, we waited for like a good five minutes. Once staff appeared, the check in process was horrible! I initially handed him cash as my form of payment, however I immediately changed my mind and decided to use my debit card instead. I kindly asked for my money back but staff was not ok with giving me back my money. I literally had to demand my cash back! To make matters worse, once I found the room I was assigned to, imagine my surprise finding a man inside!! At this point I hurriedly left and went back to the front desk. I explained to staff about the gentleman in the room I had been assigned to and was basically told I was lying!! By the end of it all, I informed him how unhappy I was with everything and that I would be calling Choice Hotel about my experience there, at that point he offered me a refund and was left with no room for the night!! Worst customer service EVER.

This place is awful. The locks are broken. All of the doors on the inside say checkout time is noon. Yet they demand that you leave at 11 o’clock. They knock incessantly even when asked for them to politely leave you alone. The staff is rude. The place needs serious maintenance and is extremely dirty all the time and is unsafe. Don’t stay at this place. They knocked on my door seven times and I was out by 12 PM. Absolutely insane. I don’t like being harassed when I’m trying to get dressed and get ready for work.

The front desk attendant Minesh was super friendly and super helpful. He went above and beyond and was a really genuine person overall. Major props to him for making us feel welcomed and taken care of. This hotel has some great people and it’s a good place if you’re looking for a comfy bed for the night. We booked a room via expedia and arrived to the hotel pretty late. The room they gave us was alresdy occupied. So my husband went down to the office and got a new room key. Not sure if someone was inside, but he bed wasnt made, the TV was on, there was eaten food and a soda on the table and the bathroom door was closed with the lights on. The front desk agent was not even apologetic or embarassed he made the same mistake twice. Super unorganized staff! The third room he gave us was vacant (he actually walked over and checked himself). There was a cockroach in the bathroom and there was burn holes on the blanket on the bed. Never again will we stay here. Bummer because its a good location tucked away from the highway enough so its quite but still close to getting bsck on the 5.

One of the best values in the Santa Clarita Valley. Clean, safe, and plenty of parking. I have stayed here many times on business and with family. Magic Mountain is only 5 miles away, a Ralph's grocery store is 2 miles, and Castaic Lake is in walking distance. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are spacious. Onsite pool as well. Breakfast is basic, but they do have waffle machines! If you are looking for a place to rest from Magic Mountain, visiting family, fishing at Castaic Lake, or getting some business done, I don't think you will find a more budget continuous place to stay.

We spent a night at this property as we drive our teenage son to his college orientation. This property did not meet our expectations. There were trashes everywhere, people smoking on the hallways and some people were working on their car 2 AM in the morning. Can you imagine this sight as you walk to your hotel room?

Good value and terrific staff. Property needs a refresh and grounds keeping could be improved upon. The pool was clean, ice machine perfect, microwave ok, wi-fi ok, breakfast was perfect…coffee, fruit, waffles, cereal….enough to get you back on the road!

Continental breakfast was just not there. There was a waffle maker there was batter and syrup. And that was it. Cheapest fukin breakfast set up I've ever seen. There was coffee enough for my cup but no milk or creamer.
