I thought the property was very nice. My family felt safe there. My kids wanted to use the pool and although it was open it was not heated and they said it was too cold to go in. There was no hot tub. The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub however is peeling on the bottom. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There is a pancake machine as well which was good. My husband liked the bacon, omelets, and hash browns. Overall I would stay there again.

What a hidden gem!!! Came out for a concert in Pomona and stayed here for a couple nights! CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, awesome decor, got a balcony room that overlooked the pool. To top it off, you have anything you want in walking distance and based upon how quiet it was, you would not even know you had grocery stores and shopping outlets around you. Highly recommended!

Such a nice place to stay. Very clean and room was spacious! Bathroom/shower was clean and had great amenities. Pool was warm and beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Great motel for its price range. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed right from the start. The beds were a little too hard for our liking, making it a bit hard to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was good compared to american standard. Varies a bit from day to day, which is appreciated if you're staying longer. The pancake machine broke regularly though. Sometimes they could fix it, and sometimes not. Pool area was nice and as expected, we used it several days to cool off after a long day.

Super cool old school motel...with a great breakfast. Only issue, the room smelled a bit musty (had 2 rooms...both with similar smell). Other than that...super clean, great pool area...nice staff... We stayed in the rooms with balconies. Fun to sit on the balcony and have drinks...

switched room 3 times, first room had sewage smell too strong to tolerate, 2nd room was next to a smoking room and smelled like a smoking room although it wasn't, 3rd room was fine but by then it was too much effort to get situated...

We enjoyed this hotel very much, not a bad thing about it. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast every morning was amazing with lots of variety. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. The whole vibe of the place was great and very well kept, like old school hollywood but all redone on the inside.

The room and building have a cozy wood cabin vibe and are quite luxurious for the cheap price. We were very surprised! The shower was tiled with a glass door. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The delicious continental breakfast had tons of variety and even changed a little on different days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was close to all the places we needed to go. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

Terrible experiance checking in and with the staff at this hotel. They illegally want you to provide proof of certification or a doctors note for a service dog or they will cancel your reservation on site. Most unacceptable service I have ever received. Do not recommend anyone to stay here even if you dont have a service dog, the way they treat their guests is appalling and accordingly to other reviews I am not the only perosn who has had this experience here.

The water was luke warm at best. We called the front desk in the late evening and a manager came to the room to assess the situation. They worked on the hot water but could not fix the room. They offered us an upgrade. It was very exceptional to see that kind of hospitality.

I arrived around 8:30 pm. Front door was locked and the lights in the office were out. A sign said to go around to the side window, basically in the dark. Another sign said to press the buzzer HARD. I did and a voice said to put my license and credit card in the slot. There was no light on and the window was dark so I could see no one. I said, Open the door and let me in. He said he would not. I said I would not put my license and credit card in the slot. He then said he was refusing service. I left.

We had a week-long reservation. Due to flight delays we knew we'd be late checking in, so called ahead and was told "no problem, check in when you get here." Arrived (finally) around 6:30am and were told by a rude desk clerk that she'd canceled our reservation because we hadn't checked in by 5am. Even after she was told we'd called ahead and assured it wouldn't be a problem, she was adamant that it was their policy to cancel reservations at 5am if folks hadn't shown up by then. She did say we could make a new reservation, however, since the cost would be nearly double what we had previously arranged, we decided to go elsewhere! I'm sure this young woman is good at certain things, but customer service isn't one of them! We'd stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it...never again. There are too many other good hotels available to put up with that kind of nonsense!

I stay here quite often for work and such. But every time it’s a pleasure! Quick check in, great parking where I never have to worry about damage or scratches, great breakfast and easy things in walking distance to eat. Plus I can get gas before hoping on the freeway to go home.

Nice little hotel. Looks like your typical small hotel from the outside, but appears to have been remodeled. Clean and modernized rooms were a nice surprise. Reasonably good breakfast and an attentive staff. Good value for the price.

Very convenient location.The room was big.Breakfast was an actual breakfast.We had bacon,scrambled eggs, sausage,french toast,biscuits & gravy, cereals to pastries, fruit, pancakes, coffee, hot chocolate, juices it wasn't just a pre packaged breakfast.The Staff was Wonderful! The only negative was the water wasn't very hot.It was warm at best.The remote for the T.V. didn't have all the functions to navigate properly.Kinda a pain.There was an Outstanding mexican restaurant down the street called Los Portales we ate there 2 out of our 3 day stay. The rates were the best I could find on Hotels.com. We would stay there again.
