The property was hiding in the parking lot of the restaurant the ice machine did not work there is no refrigerator or nothing in the room. The bed needs to be switched out you roll to the middle of the bed where it dips in

It was false advertisement with the pictures! This hotel wa the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Run down, dirty, blood on the bedsheets absolutely horrible. Picture showed a pool and there was no pool. Definately not what the pictures showed. Everything was horrible.

I love this motel 6. The bedding always looks so clean!! The only thing I do not like is that all the room don’t have a fridge and microwave and if you have 2 guests listed you have to have both ids for 2 room keys. My boyfriend was renting power equipment and his id was being held as a deposit for the equipment.

I stayed at Motel 6 recently and was extremely disappointed. The room was very dirty — I accidentally spilled a little water, and when I used a towel to clean it up, the towel turned black from the floor. Clearly, the room hadn't been properly cleaned or mopped in a long time. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it advertised that the pool was open. I was in town for my son’s tournament, and my boys love swimming. However, when we went to check out the pool, it was green and filthy — completely unusable. Other hotels at least had the honesty to say their pools were closed, but this one misled us. On top of that, there were shady people hanging around outside the building at all hours, making the place feel unsafe. I honestly don’t understand how this location has good reviews. I will not be staying at this Motel 6 — or any other — again.

There were roaches There was dog poop right in front of our room. We were there for 3 days and no one cleaned it up. The keycard had to be changed everyday so I we came back a 3am we had to go to the office and have them give us a new keycard. One night the desk person was no where to be found and we had to wait 30 mins for a new keycard. People live in the motel so you have them drinking in front of their doors and hanging out Felt unsafe. Never again will we go there

The room was filthy. The toilet was stained and there was hair all over the toilet . There was no toilet paper. And we never got our room serviced or cleaned the entire weekend we were there. I had reserved the whole weekend , had I have known how filthy this place was I would of never booked. After we complained all they did was transfer us to a different room which was also dirty. Expedia couldn’t help us cause the hotel didn’t do transfers . I didn’t even want my money back. All I wanted was a transfer to a different city or the room to be cleaned. But none of that was an option apparently. A refund was an option but it would take 7 to 10 business to receive/ and I don’t have the money to spend on a different hotel nor wait for a refund. So I had no choice but to stay there. Never again . I hope this saves someone the headache

They had only one person working in the front checking in people there was a line when we got there and the person in front of us was complaining that the water was cold, and that he tried talking to the manager and she was really rude we finally got to check in and the girl tells us that our room is in the back side of the hotel when the whole time our room was right on the side of the office. that was pretty annoying. When we got to a room we turned on the TV and we only had three channels that were actually working so we tried calling the front office and of course they didn’t answer we called more than three times until we give up. This was her second time staying there. The first time was actually OK but this time was horrible. I don’t think I would stay there again.

It was really noisy at night. People were screaming and fighting outside. I wasn’t able to rest well during my two day stay. The lady in the front was not helpful when I said I booked two days. I wanted the same room. She told me I have to come tomorrow so I can book the room again. This made no sense.

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived the staff said all they had were smoking room and if I want to “upgrade” to a non-smoking room I have to pay like $5 more. It’s not about the money, but the fact that u reserved a non-smoking room and if they don’t have what I reserved they have to give me the next class of non-smoking room just like rental cars. I paid the $5 because I didn’t want to confront the staff but when I got the room it was pretty much what I originally reserved, I felt this particular Motel 6 was a bait-and-switch so stay away from this one. Other than that, everything else was alright.

The receptionist didn’t greet me at all. He was on his personal phone and only gave very few hand gestures. Didn’t say one word to me. The main light didn’t work in the room. There was one towel and one wash cloth. There was some kind of maintenance going on at 6am.

Everything was in good working order, the room was ready early, it was clean and comfortable and located very close to the freeway with a clean, cool, and sizeable pool which was in good condition.

There are a lot of homeless people on site at the property that do not stay there but they walk through the property with only shorts on, they hang out on the stairs, they throw their trash all over the place and they are loud.

This is a low budget motel and assuch dont expect much. Really shady people and some staff is rude and just stare and the look is in better then you this place is not very safe and definitely wouldnt travel outside after dark as we were leaving a lot of police showed up tells you the issues this place has

Very convenient location, by the freeway, as well as having many shopping center, 24hr gym, 24hr CVS, target is across the street, located by a beautiful park as well, service with rooms was a easy and rapid process, lovely hospitality and enjoyed my stayed and they are very accommodating to your needs and wants.

We used this motel while at Winternationals, Pomona Rceway as it was a short drive away. It was just somewhere to sleep and shower. The motel was what we expected basic and clean. Having laundry facilities was also a bonus for us. There are shops and restaurants next to it. Highly recommend the Chinese, you can eat in or takeaway and portions are huge and very reasonably priced.

No consideration for the guest. Started to pressure wash the building 8:00am. Loud. We were at the hospital late and front desk had no care in the world. Plus took the coffee awag at 9:25am. The "people" running these hotels are getting ruder and ruder. They forget where they came from. We have manners here. Stop giving them money.
