Very nice spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for travelers on the 5. Wonderful alternative to Harris Ranch. Nice grounds. Pool closed on this April visit.

Pool was not opened because they were waiting health inspection??? Pigeons have taken over the roofs and cats are all over the place. Denny's and several other buildings around are all closed up. Killed two huge spiders in my room. Room was updated but the showerhead and water pressure were poor. Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Was very disappointed in this hotel, did not live up to its advertisement especially not being able to use the pool with it being hot outside. Would not recommend staying here.

They only served breakfast until 8:30. So we never had any. After being woken up by our neighbors at 1:30 when they arrived and argued, and then again at 4:00 a.m. when about 100 pigeons who perched on the rooftop and made noice to keep us awake. We were too tired to get up and have breakfast. But with the unfriendly receptionist we had the night before, we lost our appetite anyway. At 10:00 a.m. the lanscaper kicked us out by cutting the bushees in front of our room, and the stinch from the pigeons poop, made us flee into our car and escape the place. We have stayed at other Best Westetn's, but this one was by far the worse, never again.
