Motel 6-Coalinga, CA - East

Its a cheep hotel in the middle of LA and San Francisco,,, cuts the drive in half Got a starbucks near by too Downside,,, the smell of Harris Farm you wake upto if the wind is going the wrong way,,,,, that inspired us to crack on to San Francisco,,, but thats farm life and cows taste so good

The water pressure was horrible in the shower

The parking was easy and the staff was very nice and pleasant plus very helpful. Bathroom was very small had stand by the bathtub to close the door. But the room was very clean bed was okay the 2nd bed was better. Yes i would stay there again. Easy access off and on I-5.

This property and stay suits its purpose. A place to rest and sleep so that I can continue on my journey the next day. One word of advice. Ask to NOT be put anywhere near the stairs. People walk up and down the stairs all hours of the night and make a lot of noise all night long. They also hold conversations at 3-4am in a loud voice like it’s 12pm. Ask to stay on the first floor away from stairs and you should be able to sleep better. They have coffee in the morning in the check-out counter. You have McDonald’s and a 24 hour Mexican restaurant near by.
