Overall, we had a really nice stay! The location is great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant right at the hotel is also really good! The biggest downside was that our toilet ran throughout our entire stay, even after we reported the issue. However, the housekeeping staff was amazing. They went above and beyond, especially on our last night when they deep cleaned our room after we tracked in quite a bit of sand from the beach. We really appreciated their kindness and extra effort! Also, if you're there on the weekend, I highly recommend the pizza guy who sets up near the bar across the street—the pizza was so good and definitely worth trying! Overall, a nice place to stay with a convenient location, great food nearby, and wonderful housekeeping staff.

For the price this definitely was not bad. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly. The best part is the convenience. There’s a ton of walkable stuff in the area and places to eat. The restaurant attached to the property was excellent. I also love that there was free parking and I never had a problem finding a covered space. The parking was also super convenient to getting stuff in and out of the room. The room itself was clean although a bit old. I like that there was cable TV with HBO unlike most places now which just have you log in to your own Netflix. The biggest complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was. It was just one of those springy uncomfortable hotel beds which is unfortunate. But for the cost and convenient location I was pretty happy with it. If they had better beds this would be my go-to place to stay in the LA area.
