It would have been nice to know that almost all the rooms below us were being remodeled. The construction team showed up at 6am and started yelling, talking, and whistling until about 7am where they started drilling and cutting.

The staff was friendly. The property was less than satisfactory. All ice machines broken. Hot tub was broken. I specifically booked this place cause i just had surgery and wanted to relax in the hot tub. I asked for a downstairs room. None were available cause they were remodeling them all. So i had to drag myself up stairs to the second floor.they offered breakfast, i was staying there for 15 days it was the samething everyday. I will never stay here again.

The sheet and towels were filthy. Towel had dirty footprints on it. Bed sheet looked questionable. In light of the dirty towel felt very uneasy about the cleanliness of the room and steps taken by housekeeping to ensure cleanliness. When reported it to front desk with pictures. Was told manager was not in to process a refund. And we were told to all back later. No follow-up by management to rectify this situation.

It’s really nice place to stay unless you don’t pay super close attention to the details… The bed linen was perfectly clean, the housekeeper cleaned every day, there was a lot of space in the room and everything looked exactly like in the photo. The corners in the bathroom haven't been cleaned for several weeks; if you look closely, you can see crumbs and hair. The shower had black stains

Floor was dirty, spiders inside the towels, hair all over the pillow cases and sheets. I stayed there because it was close to the service for a family member. I would’ve left but there was no time. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying alone in a hotel.

Fridge had a lot of mold in it and was not working. They brought up another but I could tell there were mold spores in the room so we had to leave the next day. I'm not sure how to receive a refund as booked through hotels.com. The person checking us in was unreasonably slow - took 10-15 mins to just check in. His English was not good so communication was limited. This simply should not be. We've stayed here before and not had any problems so maybe ownership/management changed in the past 2 years? There is no dresser so I cleared a shelf where the coffeemaker was -- it was caked with dust that I had to clean off in order to put my clothes there.

Floor is very dirty, tried to tell front desk but no buddy actually clean it. after 3 nights stay, my feet still black when I walk to bathroom. Sound isolation from the closest freeway is not enough. Breakfast are repeat everyday.(even though the menu looks a bit different.

The room was clean and fairly new but had two major problems. The first is neither the room nor the entire hotel had a microwave. I find this egregious as when travelling we eat out all the time and have leftovers. Secondly, the frame of the bed was a creeky metal that made loud creeky sounds if you move at all. Very annoying and disruptive at night. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean, and staff were friendly. But what i would consider two big blemishes.

The person checking me in was the slowest I’ve ever experienced. He checked me into the wrong room and ended up charging 2 deposits. He didn’t know how to refund one so I’m hoping both are credited after check out. Room was clean.

I paid in full on Friday it’s Monday and the merchant still hasn’t released my deposit. I returned the room to them on the day of check out, they have had 2 days new renters in the unit since then and I still haven’t received my money back. It doesn’t take two days to check the room for damage, especially since it was placed in service to rent the same day. What is the hold up

Hopefully you’ll get a room on the inside of the building. If you’re facing the freeway, you’ll be up all night. It was constant traffic noise all night. That said, the room was nice. Staff….checkin guy was not the friendliest, but he did his job. Would I stay here again. Probably. The saving grace is as a Coffee Bean right across the street.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to highways. Only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toiletries seemed cheap and the towels were hard and old. Standard bagels, waffle, cereal, oatmeal, muffins for breakfast but all looked packaged. Cant complain because its free.

The room was remodeled only good thing. When I called front desk for tp at 7/am she saId I would have to wait until 9 am. I find that hard to believe she had no access to fresh towels and tp. Breakfast old muffins and fruit and dirty. I don't recommend this place

We were there at construction time. Lots of noise. Outdoor pool not heated, and hot tub only about 85 and daughter broke out in rash. Moldy fruit at breakfast. Coffee was good!

Facing the highway, cars are extra loud when entering the tunnel. Being a car enthusiast myself I can understand but it is still very very noisy. The tap water had black tar that came out and often stained the paper cups I used. I ended up brushing my teeth with my bottled water. The breakfast selection was quite disappointing. It was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The thermostat would only cool down so many degrees and only heat up to certain level. The hot cooked breakfast was fantastic! The scrambled eggs were delicious. The hotel is right on the freeway, so we asked for a quiet room. Would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool and jacuzzi looked great, but we didn't get a chance to use them.

The staff there were friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t try the pool but it looked beautiful and cozy. The rooms are spacious but I would have preferred a softer pillow. The breakfast was AMAZING!

For being so close to the freeway, especially with so much construction going on it was surprisingly quiet! Check in was easy and I appreciated the gentleman checking me that he did not annouce my room number to the lobby (always a concern as a woman). The room was nice big and had plenty of towels toiletries. My only complaint is the bed frame has a metal base and I would kick it getting into and out of bed plus it made lots of noise as you moved on the bed, probably annoying for the rooms around/under me.
