A great one night stay. I was surprised and happy at how quiet it was for a holiday weekend stay. Everything was great apart from the jacuzzi that was only luke warm. No big deal tho as I enjoyed everything else including a hot breakfast.

The hotel was excellent, clean spacious, great customer service. But, it was Connected to an In and Out parking lot. The pool looks like it’s in the parking lot with bars around it. Everyone from the outside can see directly into the pool area. I would feel uncomfortable if my daughter or I were using the pool. Besides that, it was great!

Nice hotel. Good location. If you are traveling with a pet be sure to find out the additional cost per pet before you make your reservation. Because some people allow their pets to trash hotel rooms, pet costs for hotel stays have gone up. That way you have no surprises at check in. You can’t blame hotel management. They have a right to protect themselves.

The hotel was located conveniently off of the freeway. There was sufficient parking, for it shared the lot with the adjoining building's parking lot. The area for breakfast is a nice room with a tv, where it looks like one could throw a meeting for a small group inside of it. We were in a spacious room and the air conditioner worked great. We would consider staying at this location again.

Customer service at this location has always been great! How ever this is the first time the cover sheets were not clean. It looks like they used the same ones from the person before me. There were some unusual stains and hairs on them. Other than this everything was fine.

I stayed here from Friday to Saturday - In the room there is a sign stating that linens and towels will be changed every 3 days which is understandable. The Monday afternoon I came back to the room and nothing was clean, I called the front desk to ask for housekeeping to come clean linens and take out trash but they said housekeeping was gone for the day which is totally understandable. The next day in the morning I asked the receptionist to have housekeeping clean the room and they took down my room info and said it would be done - at the end of the day I came back only to see nothing had changed. This carried on right until my checkout after 8 nights - every time it was a new receptionist. They either had me fill out a housekeeping request card, blame the previous receptionist or write down my associates and my room info on a paper but nothing ever happened. Overall I would recommend if cleanliness is important to you then pay a little extra and go to a slightly more well managed place. Best of luck y’all

Loud hallway air conditioning return vent that had a very bad drone sound. Talked with staff and they just apologized while on the phone. This return vent is in front of room 304 so do not stay in this room if you want to sleep.

Upon arrival the front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating, getting us checked in quickly and offering bottled water and cookies. We asked for a ground floor room, and even though they had already set us in a second floor room, they rearranged things to put on the ground floor. The included breakfast is just what you'd expect from this class of hotel, but unlike some, here the pastries and breads were kept fresh and not stale, the fresh cooked potatoes were actuall delicious, and the attendant kept the area meticulously clean and well stocked. Also, breakfast starts at 4:00am which is nice since most start at 5:00am. Least favorite thing: the tv system is laborious to choose a station, and there's no commercial free movie stations to choose. Most favorite thing(s): 1) The staff is very friendly 2) our big king sized bed mattress was extra comfortable with plenty of good pillows.

I have stayed at this hotel other times. I usually get the same room as the bed is very soft & I can sleep through the night. The employees are very nice & helpful. The room was very clean, organized & easy to stay in. Even the TV comes with a channel line up so you can choose what to watch without any hassle.
