They don’t have wine glasses for the guests, even if you request them. Disappointing for a romantic get away.

Our stay was just okay. Some of the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly, as was our waitress at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the bartender seemed more interested in looking at his phone and acknowledged us only afterward, with apparent annoyance. The restaurant was significantly overpriced for what appeared to be prepackaged, fried, or microwaved food. We woke up in the middle of the night extremely thirsty and feeling unwell, likely due to the excessive amount of sodium. Although parking is paid, signs everywhere warn guests to park at their own risk, yet there does not appear to be any security. The hotel was clean enough and had nice views. A few of our towels also had visible stains; they appeared to have been washed, but the stains were still unpleasant. There was some property damage, including graffiti scratched into the elevator. That is obviously the fault of inconsiderate guests, but it still affects the overall appearance. The interior was cute enough but I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. Overall, this is definitely a self-service hotel.
