Check-in was easy and hassle-free when we arrived shortly after 5 PM. However, the housekeeping service was very disappointing. We reserved a king room with a sofa bed for three people for two nights, yet there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed when we arrived. We had to call housekeeping to get it delivered. The next morning, we found only two towels in the room for three guests, and the conditioner in the shower was essentially empty. These are basic items that should have been prepared before guests arrive. We should not have had to keep contacting housekeeping for bedding, towels, and toiletries throughout our stay. The lack of attention to detail from housekeeping was frustrating and took away from what could have been a much better experience.
