Did not have the roll-in shower that was reserved. Keys didn’t work. One elevator didn’t work. Shade had holes and curtain didn’t pull across. Very disappointed

The property needs an update. Carpet in the halls and in the elevator were dirty. We didn’t get into the pool. It was also dirty around the pool. Room was clean, bed was comfy. It was quiet. Didn’t hear any noise. The bathroom sink would clog up every time we used it. Mentioned it to the person who checked us in. Nobody came by to check it. Check out took forever as there was only one person at the desk. It was an ok stay. We won’t be back.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They serve cookies every day at the front desk. My room was nice and came with a refrigerator and microwave. There is a small pool and jacuzzi outside. It is close to restaurants, stores, and the tollway.

My husband and I played a game. Guess what hotel chain owned this before it was a Hilton. We both said Days Inn at the same time. The front lobby is beautiful! Then you get to the dirty, worn out elevator… and it’s all downhill from there. The hallway carpet on our floor had a huge bleach stain against the wall like there was probably a throw up accident. It was an old hotel. Beds were good and pull out was comfy though. Gym was adequate and there were several options within walking distance for dinner. Loved the free parking!

I liked my clean comfortable room at this hotel. The room was spacious with a large desk, sofa, comfortable bed, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a restaurant downstairs which is very handy, and there is a small pool and jacuzzi. The only problem I observed was some black mold in the shower.

This property is a challenge. The staff is great, but the property is in limbo. In our room the window shade would not roll up and the solution by staff was to tie up the shade. The hot tub does not have functional jets. The staff stated the $20k pump has been on order for a long time. The printer in the business center did not connect remotely although there was a sign stating how to remotely send things to print. The public restroom on the first floor was filthy with fecal material over the toilet and floor. The poop was there for several hours but not noticed by staff.

I spent 2 weeks here for a work trip. Everything was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The fitness center was great with top of the line clean new equipment. Coffee in the lobby way better quality than any other hotel that I’ve stayed.

When we checked in, the roll-in shower room we reserved was not available. None of the keys worked & you had to hunt down staff anytime you wanted to get back into your room.my nephew was issued the wrong key and someone was already in the room. There was a constant smell of burnt wires in our room and the smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. One elevator was inoperable. The pull-down shade had holes & gashes. 2 night stay and room was never cleaned.

The carpet in my room was ripped and stained. The blinds were rolled, bent and stuffed into place half way up the dirty window. I changed rooms and the carpet stains were sticky. I'll pay more to stay elsewhere from now on.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were not very clean. The floors had crumbs on them. The air conditioner vent had mold in it. The bed sheets were clean but I wouldn't stay here again. The hallway smelled very bad.

The exterior of the property was under construction during our stay. The room floorplan was great - the bathroom was good, however the venetian blinds were broken and you could not lift up the blind and secure it to look out the window. The floors were so dirty that it left big black marks on the bottom of my feet to where I had to wash my feet twice in 2 hours due to the accumulated dirt on the bottom of my feet. Aside from that, everything else was great.

I have stayed here before, for convenience (location to the venue attending), but was immediately disappointed. * room smelled like "cat" or water damage * floor stains grew over time and ended up looking (& feeling) like water stains * fridge didn\'t get cold and I called the front desk - but it took too long and I ended up jiggling the refrigerator until it kicked on ("the guy" was taking too long) * lighting in the room was terrible *no ventilation in the bathroom * shades don\'t close all the way *giant water stain above my head * note on ice machines that they didn\'t work and you could go downstairs and ask the front desk agent for ice (ended up being really inconvenient because I needed it to fill up a water bottle for a volleyball tournament and had to wait for the agent to become available ) * came home from the tourney, laid down to nap, woke up and saw little bugs coming from the wall, crawling on the nightstand (in such a hurry to go back to the tourney, I determined they weren\'t bed bugs; killed them; and sprayed them with my own disinfectant). and then checked out very early the next morning; waited for ice... just not a great stay.

We arrived at this hotel on Monday night, November 25th, and it was a terrible mistake. We relied on online reviews, which unfortunately turned out to be misleading. The hotel was incredibly unclean. The bed had noticeable stains, suggesting a lack of proper laundering. The carpet was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive from Arizona, we were too exhausted to relocate or request a room change. We used extra blankets to cover the bed, but still woke up with insect bites on our feet. Stay away from this hotel! Old and dated lots of things broken! Bathroom door does not close, toilet doesn’t flush well, blinds won’t go up, bed too soft, carpet is dirty and needs replacing etc. People were talking and running around the hallway early in the morning it was noisy, I didn’t get a good sleep and was tired the next day! Luckily we stayed only for a night.

I stayed for two nights. Booked a king bed room. But was given a double bed room. The walls are so thin so you can hear everyone and everything. If you’re there for business might be ok. I was there for a visit with my family. But I didn’t want to be up at 6am with all the loud sounds.

The location is great with many food options, grocery store, Target. I was surprised how filthy the hallway carpets were and the room was a little run down. Bed was squeaky, sheets and blanket weren’t comfortable and the pillows were small and only 3 for a large bed.

The good: - Attractive lobby and friendly personnel. - Reasonably price for the area. - Well located for our purposes. Not so good: - Bathroom door stuck badly at the bottom so that it made a loud noise when forced open. Also, same door could not be left closed but not latched, because it would swing wide open. So one either had to close the door completely, producing a loud noise when opened, or leave the door fully open while using the toilet. - We had to change rooms at 10:00 PM because of a family in the next room with a crying baby and other loud small children. The real problem here wasn't the family next door because that is what small children do, but the lack of effective sound insulation. These rooms are designed with a door that can be opened between adjacent rooms, but the result is that it sounds like you are sharing your room with the other occupants. - This is more of a personal preference than a fault with the hotel, but the dressing area is in the bathroom with the toilet and shower, so a traveling couple can't have one person brushing teeth and doing makeup while the other uses the toilet/shower. - No water glasses are provided, so that one has to use one of the two paper coffee cups to take medication.

We got a handicap accessible room where the shower flooded the entire bathroom, and when we called downstairs to let them know we needed more towels and asked for maintenance to come help us clear the water out of the bathroom, nobody ever came...not housekeeping with towels or anybody in maintenance. The beds were also no comparison as far as comfort to any other Hilton we've ever stayed at, so that was a little disappointing. And the morning staff did not seem to know what they were doing or care too much about what we said happened in the bathroom, I just hope nobody ever has an accident because of all the water that was in the bathroom after the shower because it was literally flooded and we had to clean it up ourselves. And then when we tried to buy two bottles of water as we checked out, but the young girl at the front desk told us that she did not accept cash as payment, so we just left and will never return to that location.

It’s a decent hotel but the front desk service needs to improve. They are extremely slow. Housekeeping was mediocre. Not enough towels and the lotion bottle was empty. Hear from my sister that the shampoo bottle in her room was also empty.

When I arrived at the "Hilton brand" hotel, the front desk told me that my room is gone for the hotel being overbooked!!! Even so, why not let me know in advance?! Additionally, she also told me that the room type in her screen is different from the room type in my printed reservation. What a messy booking system for this hotel!!!

The only issue I had was with my check in. I called in advance to let the staff know that I’d be arriving very late the date of my check in, due to the time I was leaving and the distance of my drive. I was told that I’d be charged now so there wouldn’t be any issues with losing my room due to the perception that I wasn’t showing up. When I arrived after my 6 hours of driving at 2am, I was told there were no rooms available and that my room was given away. After explaining to the receptionist that I called in advance to prevent this from happening and that I was charged for the room, he then was able to locate a room that my son and I could stay in. This took about 40 minutes to get resolved. It was probably more irritating for me due to the hour and because I specifically called in advance to prevent that type of issue from happening. Outside of that, the rest of the staff that I dealt with was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.

The Hilton Hotel overbooked our room. When my 80 year old husband and myself arrived (I'm 75 years old) after driving for 7 hours on the freeway we were told that the hotel manager had told his night clerk that apparently my credit was rejected and they no longer had a room for us. This was absolute nonsense as I had paid for this room about 2 weeks prior. I was furious especially as this played out in front of others in the lobby. The absolute lie involving the staff is extremely upsetting to us as we come from a generation in which honesty and integrity matter. In the end they gave us a room despite saying they were fully booked because we were being allowed to take it away from some one else who "had not shown up yet". Needless to say that also did not feel good. Because of this I could never recommend this place to anyone and plan never to stay there again. It was a horrible experience for us.

Property was just off the freeway. I was disappointed in the fact that the Keurig in my room didn't work. The soap dish in the shower was broken & I had balance my soap while taking my shower. In the bathroom there was masking tape where baseboard should be and it was painted. There was paint dripped on the floor. I was kind of disappointed. It was my first time in a Hilton property & had anticipations.

Pleasant surprise for the price. Check in was easy, the room was spacious and had all that you would hope for even for an expensive stay some place else. There was a microwave, a fridge, a tub, the bed was soft and cozy. Breakfast was lovely even though that wasn’t included. Check out was later than usual so u got a little extra time. I loved it.
