May at the front desk was awesome. Restaurant was decent tho my fries were almost burnt. The pool was enjoyable, maintence staff tried to cut the closing time by an hour but front desk honored the time posted online and on site.

We came to swim in the pool (took my 10 year old son for his birthday) and it was very dirty. I know COVID regulations make it difficult, but dirty pools need cleaning and chemicals or else other things will spread. Staff was kind and accommodating, but pool needs chemicals.

For a city with 100k EV’s the fact that the ChargePoint station was inoperable, and had every appearance of being out of service for a considerable time is a disgrace. Unacceptable. I don’t care if the pool is clean, I care about the environment.

Just an overnight stay to take care of some appointments in the area. Wanted to take advantage of the gym and the pool for some downtime. There were very wet kids playing on the gym equipment when it clearly says age 18 and up. The kids were just shuffling between the pool and the gym. When we reported to a worker, she just said that she already talked to them but the parents won’t do anything. The pool doors open to the parking lot and people kept them open with rocks or chairs and anybody can just walk right in. Maybe we just came at a bad time but people were playing loud music and honestly, with the doors open like that, I feel like they’re not even guests at the hotel. They really should tighten up their security. Also, I don’t know how they regulate the parking cause you just pay online and don’t even have to show anyone the QR code on your phone. So basically anybody can just park on their lot, and they can probably even get away with it without paying.

Pool was cold, went to tell front desk and they called the engineer and they came looked at the thermostat and never really felt the water and checked it to see if the thermostat was wrong this took multiple attempts for them to finally feel how cold the water was before they realized that the thermostat was wrong,

Although the room was realtively nice, the comforter was not. The comforter was covered in mold. Front desk did provide another comforter but that one was also full of mold. My partner did become ill which we suspect was the mold filled comforter

Pretty room, we liked there is a fridge, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. Beds are comfortable. Unfortunately there was one box of sandpaper tissues, hair in the tub, batstceas already damp and we spent all night killing ants.

Rooms were clean and updated. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our stay and I would go back. The only thing I could think to say wasn’t perfect was the amount of extra space in the room with two beds. Not a lot of room if you have multiple people. We had two rooms and the one with only a king, Of course, had plenty of room. The pool was fun, clean and having it indoors was perfect. A very successful trip.

Overall - a good, quality hotel. A few nitpicks - it's really a wonder why in the 1 bedroom suite there's no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The open concept is incredibly annoying. Who was the designer who came up with the idea? Who approved the design and said "yeah it makes sense that if a person books a 1 bedroom suit, they actually want a studio". To be fair, the pictures do show the open concept clearly, but for some reason I hoped it would be more private.

I liked the hotel. My only complaint was the rooms We had were by the elevator and early in the morning people were very noisy. Also on the first morning, someone pulled the fire alarm.

Lovely, comfortable room, but I heard water-flowing noises all night long. The room, on the sixth floor, may have been under a boiler or water treatment area. Outside parking was tight when I arrived late at night, but nearby parking garage allowed me to park right next to an elevator into the main building.

The hotel was clean overall. The buffet breakfast was $20 per adult, $17 per child. A minor inconvenience was that the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to use the machine on another level. A major inconvenience was that the door lock’s battery died on the actual door, rendering our room keys useless. So anytime we wanted to leave them room, someone had to stay behind to make sure we weren’t locked out. The times we went to the front desk for help, the same miscommunication kept occurring with the staff. We’d wait in front of our door for about 15-20 minutes and watch a maintenance person wave their key over the door lock only to realize the battery was dead. Getting into our room took longer than it should have. I would’ve been more understanding had it just been my husband and I, but we had our children with us. They offered a complimentary breakfast the morning we were leaving at around 10:30 am only to find out that the kitchen closed at 10:00 am. The vouchers were useless. We will not be staying here next time.

What started at a positive review is now a negative review. From five star to zero stars. Just don't stay there unless you want to be robbed with extra charges. Tried numerous times to reach a manager for over 2 weeks and still no response.

The trip started off very stressful as they only had one person working the check in desk. Waited 45 mins to see the receptionist for her to only tell me my stay was cancelled.I had the confirmation of my stay already in my email stating I was ready to be accommodated. Also I checked in already with the Marriott mobile app for it to not even work when I got there. Multiple people had the same issue going on that were in front of me. Team Guatemala’s national football team was staying there for a game they had the next day so the place was packed! I came to the conclusion with many others that the receptionist was trying to say our stays were cancelled, in hopes we would just leave so they can charge others double the rate of what we were paying due to the high number of fans that were trying to book other rooms. I waited two hours to get it all figured out as a “manager” was not on site until that time. Ruined our day and night. The rooms were dirty as well.

Didn’t get service to our room. Went to talk to the housekeeper and asked when our room would be service she said she was off at 5, that should would be at our room by 3pm. I told her I needed shampoo and conditioner she told me that I needed to call the housemen so they could come to the room. I got back to my room after 8pm to find out the room was not service, no clean towels, trash not picked up and beds not made. I went down to the front desk to put a complaint I was told I needed to call the front desk for housekeeping since they just don’t go into a room since COVID. That’s a lie because I stay there once a year and never had this issue. He said someone would go to replace the bottles of shampoo and conditioner no one ever went. We only got clean towels. The next day when I went to check out I was asked how was my stay and I told the front desk and he apologized because the person at the front counter had given us wrong information. Housekeeping should have service our room without us calling the front desk, there was no sign on the door and that we shouldn’t have to call housemen. Very disappointed. My family stays every at this hotel and never been treated like this. No solution was offered.

Nice place, new clean and friendly staff. Seems to be very popular with business travellers, probably wouldn't recommend it for a fun family trip. The whole place around it smelled like a landfill. Not the hotel's problem, but it was unpleasant. It's also located in the middle of an industrial park, so there isn't much in the way of restaurants or other things to do in the area. I did enjoy the restaurant in the hotel though. Quick to get to SJC airport the next day as well.

The property is fine but dated. Rooms are fine but the pool, the fitness room, and the restaurant are all subpar for a Marriott property. Location is right next to freeway which is good but there is nothing of interest around it.

Everything was excellent. The lady and the gentleman in the front were very friendly and helpful. The outside is safe and walking distance to chevron, subway, McDonald’s. Safe neighbor. This hotel and their staff is amazing! Definitely will be returning with my husband.

It was an amazing place to stay . Great staff, Kevin in bar and Forrest at reception! Enjoyed the spa and pool! A real plus. Easy to get too. Lots of parking. Foods at bar was so good. Real yummy.

I'm done with booking hotels that give you a room rate, then when you get there adding parking fees and a whole bunch of other crap. $28 for your breakfast buffet which wasn't much different than any free breakfast anywhere else. Only thing added was an omelette maker. No remote for TV the first day!

It’s a good Marriott. Nice restaurant and facilities. I didn’t like that there were no eating options between 10 am and 11 am when lunch begins. There were at least 10 of at 10:10 wanting breakfast but no options until the lunch menu. Very frustrating

The only thing I did NOT like and it says breakfast included and it’s not included, they don’t tell you until after you’re done eating. Then they tell you and just come up with the bill you can’t do anything because you already ate. That’s the only thing that’s really bad about that place.

was told by an employee that because it was Valentines weekend you guys jacked the prices up for the alcohol drinks and the food menu well that’s really not fair since we were there for the Cincy conference I have never in my life paid $20 for a margarita that is just insaneand your price is on the menu were outrageous all because it was Valentines weekend and we had reserved this room almost 2 months in advance
