The Staff were all very pleasant, facilities clean, room was nicely organized with modern furniture. A few bruises on furniture is acceptable for a value inn. The pool is small, but kids on a hot day wouldn’t notice. I’d stay again when convenient. Cheers to the staff.

Room is clean,roomy and peaceful neighborhood The only problem was their swimming poolis not clean enough, it seemed that it was not maintained properly. The ref was not cooling properly but when i complain about it they immediately replaced it. The front desk person was very accomodating. If they will improved the swimming pool i will go back there in my next trip to the San Fernando Vallley !!

There were hairs and stains in the sink and bathtub when we checked in. We checked in late and too tired to change room. The AC is too loud. The coffee maker smelled and need better cleaning.

I had a horrible experience here. Room 105 is heavily infested with bedbugs. We didn’t sleep at all as bedbugs kept biting us throughout the night and we ended up trashing our clothes because we didn’t want to transport bedbugs home. I tried to tell front desk about the bedbugs but he was rude and not helpful. Charging a lot of money for uncomfortable sleep plus the room was very dusty and dirty with a strange smell. We had to leave the door and window open for fresh air Too much noise from the freeway. Not a nice place at all.

I stay here on a regular basis and normally don’t have any problems but last night I was ate up by bedbugs and I saw a roach in my room. I’m sorry but I won’t be staying here anymore.

Always when i book through expedia they give me the same room. Feels like i slept in a middle of a freeway. Every each car going back and forth i could here from the room. Anyway the main reason why i needed a room to sleep because of all that noise i couldn’t.

Convenient location and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is a good size with an area to lounge or work, with a refrigerator and microwave. The mattress, unfortunately, needed to be replaced about 3 years ago and my body is still a little sore, but half of that is age. The Parkinson’s by is quite narrow and limited. It seems that they are doing some work on the exterior and were cautious about timing as to not bother guests. Keep in mind that it’s exterior access and the second level has stair access only, pack lighter if possible. Overall, it was better than most for that area and a very good value.

Very good option for a short stay. Large room, high ceilings, very clean, convenient to freeways. Only issue was the heater, which was very noisy and did interfere a bit with sleep.

The clerk entered my card info wrong for the deposit causing my bank to lock it for suspected fraud. Even tho the reservation was fully paid for ahead of arrival online they refused to let me stay and refused a refund or cancellation for the room.

They would not give me a first floor room even though I'm handicapped. If it hadn't been for my cousin who helped me up the stairs, I would've never made it. The room was freezing and the heater broke after the first 30 min. After several attempts calling the front desk to get it fixed, I finally got mad and called my cousin to pick me up. The attendant had offered me another room also on the second floor in another building. At the last minuet he offered a first floor room which he should have done to begin with! I checked out.

The hotel is in a nice little corner between some residential homes. The location is surprisingly quiet being that it is close to the freeway. the rooms i stayed in were spacious and had a nice layout. The parking is a bit small but not bad, the person at the front was not rude but i will mention, i don't think they ever made eye contact with me either. with that being said i do recommend staying here, it is in a nice area, small yet you feel like the rooms are from a bigger brand hotel.

The air conditioning was not working. Weather outside was 100+ . The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and no air conditioning vents either, felt like a sauna coming out from showering, that was with just straight cold water. The room was clean and comfortable. We were down at the very end of the building, and the street and freeway noise was annoying in the morning, but not too bad during the night. I was very shocked at check-in to find out there was a $100 security deposit. I felt this was steep and that we should have been informed at the time of the reservation.
