Very good breakfast which saves money if you can get a room when its under 120 a night its worth it. Hot tub was hot. They have good security on premises as well.

The property was hazardous and dangerous. The elevator was out of order with no sign on it. One guest got stuck in it for over 15 minutes. The stair railing on the walls was loose. The hot tub was dirty. The water was warm and the Jets were out of order. The pool was ice cold. The pillows in the room were half the size of a twin pillow. One of the drawers in the room kept opening, automatically creating a tripping and injury hazard. The ramp from the parking lot to the stairs had a crack and large bump in it, painted the same dark gray as the ramp, creating another tripping hazard. The frame under the bed stuck out far enough to bruise my shin. The young girl at the front desk was cussing a blue streak. The place is a very sketchy dive hotel. I do not recommend.

Check in was nice staff was friendly the hot tub was filthy hair balls and green cloudy color which is sad because that’s what we came for. The actual room was ok there was a plug in with a nice smell with it. The beds and pillows were so hard it wasn’t until I realized I left my daughter blanket I called the office they didn’t have any extra bedding we checked out about 2am because we were so uncomfortable also everything is so behind times there you only can use dollar bills for the vending machines could not connect my kids ps5 to the internet the tv did was not all friendly we couldn’t even cast to the tv a huge disappointment

The area outside the rooms was smelling weed. Vending machines only accept cash and it was not working. I could not get a single bottle of water from anywhere on the property and convenience stores around the property were closed at night time.

The places wasn't bad, parking was well lite,check in and out easy, they clean every 3 day unless you tell them bed and pillow were decent, we were in the 3rd floor, 1 elevator on one end of the building, it looks like they have security, breakfast was nice end 10:30 on the weekens, weekedays 9:30am, they had egg bacon or susage, waffle, beggles, cereal, juice, oatmeal, some fruit, the stuff was friendly well Ramona, The only thing i did not like i noises from the street and freeway, we stay it on the building were the office is by the end, u hear the freeway, maybe if u stay on the other buildings is less not sure, oh costco is around the coner and gasoline is the cheapes of town

I paid for a room that was too pricy for not having a jacuzzi I specifically called before checking in if they had a jacuzzi the lady said yes but they didn’t it was a jetted tub which is not the same thing. Won’t stay there again

The room is not clean, you can see spider webs, dust everywhere. after staying for 3 nights we got rashes. I called the first night mentioning the issue and sending someone to clean the room. when we came back nothing was done. the iron steamer is not in good condition. the breakfast is okay, I just had bagels and coffee, which is good.

First room they gave us smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room and something rattled every time you walked across the room. The second room had a glade air freshener going that was a bit overpowering. Unplugged it and left the door open for a while until the scent dissipated. Breakfast was good. Heated scrambled eggs are always watery no matter where we go. Room was a good size. they could have used some of the bedroom to make the toilet area bigger as it was situated tight next to the wall. couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way.

Normally I'am not a picky person, but this is not what I expected. Dirty carpet in the hallways, the jacuzzi was terrible, broken shower handle. When I requested an extra blanket, the person at the front desk told me that he only had three and that he had already given to someone else and he couldn't do anything for me. That was my worst experience..

Noisy a/c and unusual noise coming from the bathroom exhaust fan although it was off. After enduring 2 noisy nights of a 5-night stay, had to request for transfer to another room. Though the a/c was quieter and no bathroom exhaust fan noise, noise this time was from outside. I guess this explained why pouches of ear plugs were in the room for the guests to use.

Thank you Best Western! My stay was lovely. The only issues with the stay pertained to things that the hotel cannot be in control of. Location and patrons staying there. We had to maneuver on getting out onto the main road durung the day. Having the room overlooking the pool was a bit noisy with excited splashers but i suppose the hotel inticipated that since they provided earplugs, greatly appreciated. Our room was a Kingsize Larger and it did not disappoint. Bed was cozy and pillows large fluffy. Contained all emenities such as microwave fridge iron hair dryer. Parking well lit. Breakfast was fine no great flair but provided a decent fare.

The House keepers was very welcoming with anything that me and my Family would asked for including towels and very cleanliness. But the system programming was not very helpful with making unauthorized transactions on my Card. They charged me three times without getting my permission but because they had my credit card on their system without having to asked me and all in one day I got charged on my card 3 times. I stay far away but imagine the people that are so far away and having this same problem over and over . It was a mess!!!!!

Smoke detector had to be removed due to maintenance not available to provide new battery. Very loud cherping sound from smoke detector. Security had to remove smoke detector due to front office staff not able to accommodate new queen room. Offer was for one king bed for four people. Front office staff called manager and this was all they could offer. Outside our window multuple police officers were dealing with an altercation which took 45 min-1 hr. Overall very disappointed in Best Western customer service. At checkout after informing front support smoke detector was removed the day before no concern was shown or apologizes for the incontinence. Coffee maker was not working and front support did not have decaf coffee. We would of canccelled reservation but it was late, dark and not familiar with area since we were traveling from a different town for a sports event.

When I arrived I asked for senior, AAARP discount. She (the desk agent) actually sneered at me by saying no to anything because you used Expedia. It was like I was a lesser person. Found it very offensive. Won’t ever stay at another Best Western ever again.

I accidentally booked two rooms for two days, and my stay was for only one night. The manager worked with Hotels.com and refunded the extra two nights for both rooms. She is fantastic, and I am so grateful for her. She did not have to do this, as I was already outside of my cancellation window. I have stayed with them before on my business trips, and intend to stay there all the time.

The room given to us was in no condition ready as we entered. We reported it and the staff was embarrassed that it was in such condition. She gave us a room as fast as she can and it was a bigger room. It turned from bad to excellent and I commend her to get us a room quickly

The location was noisy due to the proximity to the freeway. Also emergency vehicle sirens can be constantly heard. The bath towels were frayed and raspy. I would not stay at this location again.

It was quiet and our room was clean. The breakfast was delicious ladies in the dining hall were very pleasant and helpful. The manager was very helpful and professional when I added an extra day . I would definitely stay here again.
