This hotel was a decent 2 star hotel. Rooms were clean, no smell. I had 3 king rooms, all of them were suites. Front desk was polite and courteous. There was some construction but it wasn't an issue. No breakfast in the morning, only coffee. Not an issue for me because I usually don't eat lobby breakfast. Plenty of parking. Pretty typical of a Red Roof at an exit by the interstate. There were a couple of truck stops and fast food places at the exit. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk. I left a very expensive pair of airpod earbuds in my room. It was several hours before I realized and in a small panic I called the hotel. They said they would look for them and call me back. They called me back to tell me they found them and would hold them for me. I said it would be 3 days before I pass back that way. They said they would hold them. I came back 3 days later and they had them. It says a lot when a front desk gives you special attention like this. I would've given them 10 stars just because of this if I could!! Thank you Red Roof.

Location was good with plenty of parking space. Had room 236, a suite, basic but clean and spacious. An old style motel that's been updated. Probably the most comfortable bed ever in a hotel. Air con in the room was fantastic. Bathroom could do with some attention as could some of the outside. Breakfast is basic. Lady at check-in chewing gum all the time - not the most welcoming.

Only thing I didn’t I did not like was the vending machine did not work even after the front desk said it was working. Floors squeak really bad. And the some of the appliances did not work like the hair blower and a few others too. The hallways smelled like vomit

Pool was ‘out of order’, breakfast was practically non existant, room smelled musty and of cigarettes, stain on sofa, property had trash all around it. Apparently someone had a dog in there at some point and locked the poor thing in the bathroom as there were dig marks all over the door. Sadly this hotel is very seedy. Can’t get over the fact that there were any good reviews at all. No carpet on the floors so if you’re on the bottom floor you will be listening to footsteps above you. I try not to write bad reviews but managment apparently isn’t putting an effort out to make this place more guest friendly.

Check in was friendly Room was adequate it certainly is in need of floor repair especially because it is a handicap one and the floor is popped up in many places. Cable service to TV not great.

We stayed here based on the good reviews but i feel like these people stayed at a different hotel. It felt like a cheap motel for hotel prices. Sketchy people. The room was very sparsely furnished and you could hear everything. The lighting was depressing. It was dirty. There were some hairs on the bed and some stains on the comforter. Toilet wasn't flushed. To top it off, we woke up and a huge roach was crawling on the headboard.

On appearance, the room was beautiful and spacious. The things that were important to me. Were there were no lamps at the bedside? So in order to do my work in bed. I had to have at least one overhead light. On the other thing was there was a huge. Section of flooring that was not properly installed and had a sharp. Edge on it. I did not injure myself but it did hurt myself when I got out of bed this morning. I do not believe it was worth the $145 I spent for one night.

We had a suite, but we were confused by the set up. The bedroom area was by the door and the bed backed to the hallway. There was absolutely no decor in the whole suite. It was totally unfinished. In the bathroom, the shower cover plate fell off the wall when we showered. The balcony had no chairs. The caulking around the tub needs replacement. The floors were dirty. Construction was still ongoing and floors were not clean. We were disappointed since we paid much more than we should have been charged for an unfinished room.

Plusses: The staff were friendly. The sheets were clean. Minuses: 1) The room smelled musty and had major water damage to the floors. The engineered hardwood planks were cupped upwards indicating flooding. And it increased moving closer to the porch. 2) The room was advertised as 2 “queen” beds. But the 2 beds were both “full” beds (i.e. significantly smaller if there are two people per bed like my family and i slept). So my daughter kicked my wife all night. And my boys kicked each other all night). I found out all the 2-bed rooms have “full”sized beds (again smaller than “queens”). So it would appear that the advertisement on Expedia is errant at best and misleading at worst.

This property falls in the "you've got to be kidding" category. They have "renovated" recently by combining 2 small rooms from an old property to a "suite", but their efforts are definitely incomplete. The rooms are spartan, with NO lamps, tables, and decorative items, and the "kitchen" area doubles as a closet to hang clothes, etc. In addition, there were mattresses laying in the yard. Management needs to finish what they started, but in a far better and more complete way! Clean but very incomplete.

How this place has a 9 is crazy!!! It’s disgusting, dirty, cockroaches, hair in my bed, the floor is falling apart and uneven everywhere. The beds are also, weirdly, by the doors like next to the door instead of in the whole other room so it’s super loud.

When we got to the hotel we immediately noticed something was off but it was late so we checked in anyways. The front desk was horrible on the phone and rude. He put us in the back in the second floor. As we drive around the back there are people in the parking lot drinking and using drugs, prostitution, and young children running around unattended at 1030! We walk in the room and it looked like the Nate’s motel! After 30 minutes of listening to people argue and our smelling our neighbors smoking illegal substances I tell my kids to get their stuff to check out. Come outside to find people trying to break into my car!!! Once at the front desk asking for a refund the clerk threatens to call the police on me. DO NOT STAY HERE

I spent almost 45 mins waiting to check in. The hotel room smelled like a gas station bathroom. Stains on the bed. Fire alarm low battery sounds all night. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Pretty basic. Smelled funny and being on the first floor it was crazy loud when the people above me were walking around. But super nice staff, pet friendly and clean. It’s on a truck stop exit highway so keep that in mind.

This place is right by the I-75 very convenient for night stay. The area is safe, rooms are very spacious and have balcony. Those are suites with a little work area and a huge living room with a TV. Very clean place. Fast food places are within walking distance. Price was decent for a last minute booking. Staff were very respectful and the complimentary breakfast was good and place was kept very neat and clean. I highly recommend this place to other travelers.

This hotel apparently at one time was an extended stay facility, so the current room configuration is interesting. There are actually three rooms plus the bathroom- the bedroom, living area, and currently an office area that was once the kitchen. these rooms are quite large but very sparsely furnished. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, and the floor was exceptionally clean. I scooted across the floor on a towel after getting out of the shower and the towel had not a speck of dirt on it. No breakfast or in room coffee, but still a value.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the room that we booked online. The room was very bare and there were no lamps and the light switches were in a weird place, also the continental breakfast was totally lacking. It had 2 types of cereal, no fruit, only waffles, no eggs or bagels/ toast. It did have good coffee and yogurt. The whole experience was disappointing , especially for the price.

Rooms are spacious but that's all this place has going for it. The room was on the first floor. Damp, musty, smell was overwhelming. The upstairs bathroom leaked through our ceiling, coating the toilet part of the sink and tub, requiring all our towels to soak it up.. . Reported the problem to the front desk. Informing them it had leaked and ruined an expensive hat. I was given an apology at least. Breakfast was over at 9 am, 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt, and waffles Juice machine was out of order, and the coffee machine made something. Coffee would be a stretch. The hotel seems to cater to truck drivers and local low-income families who sadly have to make this place home. .

Unfortunately, my stay at Quality Suites in Wildwood did not meet my expectations. The blankets had a used smell, and the breakfast options were very limited , only pancakes, with no eggs or meat. I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I would not recommend it.
