Price was cheapest for the area. Was hard to find the entrance at first. It’s behind a Hardee’s. Needs some tlc. Floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in forever as my feet and socks were black after walking around the room. Was a cue-tip laying on the floor when I checked in. Walls are thin and you hear everything. Kids. Carts going up and down walkway. Cars starting. Horns. The bed was nice and comfy. Hot shower. Breakfast was good for being free. Friendly staff. Pool looked great.

The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The facility is an old building so it's understandable that there is just so much you can do with fresh paint and newer flooring. The room itself was clean, the bedding was clean along with the bathroom, but still old and dungy. The outside walk way and around the building was dirty and scattered with cigarette butts and other trash. It needed to be picked up, sweept and blown. A good power washing would help. The night we checked in there was some sort of crime, many police cars and policeman. Parts of the facility was taped off with crime tape. The picture on the web sight was deceiving compared to reality.

Don’t let the appearance shock you when you drive up to the motel. Remodeling is in progress. The staff is simply amazing!!! The bedding, towels, bathroom were clean. TV and air conditioning worked. Breakfast was very adequate. We did not go away hungry. Pool is large and was clean. The floors weren’t the cleanest…and the surrounding area is sketchy and unsafe feeling. But overall we were happy. The staff is super friendly…

The property was in rough shape. It seems like it was a long stay facility meaning there were several folks living there. The property was well lit and had several cameras but the rooms were well worn and in need of a make over. The ratings are misleading.

Sandy floor, toilet paper holder all rusted some lights didn’t work and room reeked of marijuana had to leave door open a few times to air out. As soon as noisy ac unit turned on again smell came back. Pool acceptable, breakfast very sparse. Holiday inn very close was well worth the extra money. All around yucky stay!

The pool was nicely maintained. There was ONE table with an umbrella and no other shade. Obviously, the decision makers are not out in the summer sun by the pool often. Tsk-tsk. The greenery was also well maintained. The room floors were filthy and we noted small roached and spiders. The continental breakfast was average. Coffee was decent.

1. Construction underway outside of room. 2. Cable out out the entire stay 3. Dog barking incessantly for over 3 hours. Staff allowed me to relocate to another room. 4. Dialed front desk however never a pickup. Believe they had the phones secured.

We got a room that smelled bad of cigarettes. Even after checking out other they all smelled and we slept with our two toddler like that because we checked in at midnight. Dirty chairs, super dirty floor that hadn’t been mopped. Bathroom was gross and we had a surprise roach guest sleep with us too.

It was disgusting place, I opened the door to the room and was hit with the strong smell of bug spray and the floor was covered in dead roaches. I went and turned my key in and left. The garbages were overflowing, and I had to drag my suit case up and down the flight of stairs.

Property had not be cleaned. Room was not cleaned. They had new towels and linens but from the scum and soap rings on the shower to multiple unknown spilled liquids ln the floor the entire place made us feel hross. We spent as little time as possible. Staff wasnt helpful as they locked us out and couldnt get the settings right so we had repeated trips to the office just to get in. The one time we did see.cleaning services they waited until we left and tied a giant bag of replacement towels to the door. It looks like they tried to remodel two rooms into one amd just stuck everything roght over top the old existing finishes. Nothing to keep the humidity inside checked so the trim was soft and pulling away. The linoleum planks laid down over the existing subfloor was so poorly done you could step on certain areas pop up the floor in the other room. Most frustrating of all was the doors and frames being so warped i couldnt shut the door separating the rooms and the bathroom one would stick shut and lift layers of paint onces pried open.

The staff was super nice but the place was very run down and dirty. There was a lot of sketchy things going on outside and the area did not look safe at all. The rooms floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned, it was supposed to be a wood color laminate but it was gray from dirt and dust. The bedding looked clean but the shower was also dirty and greasy

Any 10/10 rating of this hotel is a lie. The property is sandwiched between a parking lot for semi trucks and the on-ramp for I-75. The room was dirty…counters were sticky and so was the floor. The white baseboards were gray with imbedded dirt. The toilet was clean, however. The curtains wouldn’t shut completely, so the room wouldn’t darken. Each room’s door opened to the outside and the noise was terrible!! A woman talked loudly on her phone for nearly 45 minutes outside her room and NO ONE enforced any kind of quiet hours. There were multiple guests who appeared to be long-term rentals, smoking outside their rooms and watching as other guests unloaded their vehicles. We did not feel safe and got little to no sleep all night. Had we not been driving all day and exhausted, we would have gone to a different hotel. Wyndham should be embarrassed to put their name on this property and Hotels.com should ensure the accuracy of the information on their site.

Our check-in was okay. The building facilities are showing a little wear and tear from their age. Our room the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed some TLC. The door had a gap at the bottom which would allow insects to perhaps come in and some noise from the outside pool area to come in. Hotel is located right next to i-75 and we could hear highway noise clearly. Also late night arriving gas for quite loud. Overall the facilities could use some of the dating.

We had to go back to the desk to have them jimmy the door to open it, but then it opened everytime. The rooms were very worn looking with new, cheap vinyl plank flooring. The neighbors were VERY loud and yelled at each other most of the night. I remember when Days Inns used to be nice hotels for middle class travelers.

Staff was awesome. No frills but everything you need and cheap. Only place I’ve ever been where I ask for extra pillows ahead of time and they’re actually there. Convenient location, too - right off 75. Breakfast is great for the kids, but no protein.

Didn’t like that they charged my credit card (given for incidentals) when we paid cash. They charged me more than the cost of the room for the night. They ended up processing a refund for me after I asked them too.

From check-in to check-out the customer service and interaction with the staff was great! The young lady who checked us in and out was fast and efficient. She was pleasant and she helped us find a place that was fantastic to have dinner.

This is a truckers motel. Super loud truck engine noise all night. Truckers tend to talk extra loud and slam doors. The staff were very nice and helpful. They have done some remodeling of floors but the bathrooms need updating. My room had a big greasy food smell which was annoying. The breakfast is OK. Did not use pool. It was convenient to The Villages. Affordable price.
