Our stay was short, but comfortable and quiet. No problem with parking, no theft or transient individuals hanging.around. Pool is clean, sparkling and refreshing. Grounds were kept and often tended to. Only thing is they are not pet friendly. There are vending machines as well. Highly recommended

Pool was filthy. Jacuzzi was filthy and ice cold, which is why I picked this hotel. Not enough pillows to comfortably sit on bed since there were no chairs in the two double bed room. Bathroom needed some updating.

Hot tub wasn’t working, staff didn’t seem to be concerned about replacing empty juice containers at breakfast, water fountain didn’t work, gaps in the door of my room. Quiet and convenient location to Silver Lakes for a soccer tournament.

The pool was dirty.

Started out being short on towels when we wanted to use the jacuzzi. Then the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Once in our room, the tv wasn’t working. The front desk said they didn’t know how to help that we could call back the next morning to get help. The next morning we went down for a Continental breakfast. There was nothing out and we arrived 30 minutes after start time. Manager made lots of excuses and sent his worker to go make get cups for the coffee machine. Gone for ten minutes and we got tired of waiting. On another side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent time while at the property. Host was friendly and took care of our needs. Only complaint would be that the pool had alot of bees in it and i got stung.

Bathroom and bed had hair was left from the previous occupant. I am not sure how fresh my bed sheets were so slept over the bed. The most disturbing thing was the pool. It smelled rotten, the smell never got off my body till i went home to wash up. Not enough acid nor chlorine in the pool and filter was on but water was not recirculating. Overall, the business was run with minimal.

We really enjoyed our little 24 hr. Getaway for the day/night. Howard Johnson by Wyndham on Hammner was a great experience. The staff was very nice. There customer service was excellent. I had a slight issue with the t.v. I called the front desk and he was very helpful and guided me to fix it. I asked for an extra towel and it was given to me without a problem. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was really dirty and full of little dead bugs like gnats. The jacuzzi was the star. It was nice and hot and the jets worked amazingly well. We were in it for a little over an hour and a half. It really relaxed us. Afterwards we went to our room and showered got into our pajamas. Cooked some dinner in the microwave and we enjoyed a good movie before bed. If you are looking for a little 24 hr. Getaway at a decent price for 2 very comfortable double beds with 3 fluffy pullows each. I suggest the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Norco Ca. On Hammner.

Cable was awful, kept glitching out and losing connection. Hot tub was not warmed up, just as cold as the pool. Rooms were clean enough but toilet barely flushed and some things were just dingey. They also came in to clean our room day of check out at 8am even though check out wasn’t until 10/11 and we had not checked out.

Although it might be older, it is well kept and clean. Very limited continental breakfast, but there is a great coffee shop & pancake house across the street. Walked to 7/11 for snacks. The pool and spa were nice. We would stay here again.

The staff was great, but the room was disgusting. Multiple dirty areas, doors didn’t close properly, pretty sure there was blood on our ceiling. It was a convenient for our location, but I probably would never stay here again.

Room had roaches, unit somehow dirty. Speeding cars late at night and the sound of what it look like gun shots at 1am.

Room had bed bugs

Close to the I visited. Is dirty the bedsheet is dirty with people's hair. Whoever use the room because I think they don't changed the bedsheet. The bathroom is not clean too.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY. Staff was friendly when checking in but that’s where it ends. I was on a business trip and finally settled down for the night at 11pm in my room. Was laying down and saw something crawling out of the corner of my eye. Bed bugs! Pulled the mattress down and the box spring was covered. I have videos and photo proof. Staff didn’t seem phased. There were no other open rooms available so my only option was to check out at 11:30pm and figure something out.

Room was not clean. Had apple Core on floor by heater and heater did not work. TV Reception the worst I have ever seen.

Bugs were everywhere small cockroaches . I was do discusted and so mad that I waited all day for a room and it was gross

The room is dirty! Dirty carpets, Stinky smell. Smell of cigarettes. I paid over $200 and it's not worth staying even for free.

Room decor and property could use some updating. Hot jacuzzi could use hot water.

Multiple cracked paint locations. TV didn’t work. Hair dryer wouldn’t stay in its cradle. Room lamp wouldn’t turn on. Room needed major upgrading.

Good bargain, but bring ear plugs because the freeway is very close. All the staff we interacted with were great.

Totally not worth the price. It is right next to the freeway which is all you can hear. People always smoking outside our door. The safety latch in the room didn’t work so you could just open the door even if it was “locked”. The safe was missing the front part so it was as unusable. I went to get a tissue from the box and the whole mechanism fell out. I will say the room was clean and the check in clerk was friendly but I will never stay here again.

The clerk was not welcoming at all. There were noisy guests in the room next door that were talking very loud at 3 a.m. so my husband and I had horrible sleep.

The front desk wasn't helpful with information. The key cards had to be reactivated twice during a 3 day stay. Housekeeping brought towels only. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and the bed wasn't made during my stay.

I thought motels were part of the “hospitality industry” I must have a different definition of “hospitality”. I walk into an empty lobby and wait 5-10 minutes for a disinterested worker to check me in. The guy asks for a credit card for incidentals. I say oh do you have room service or something. He says no in case you trash the room. So why not say security deposit? The room was cleaned, but needs a lot of improvement. 2 glaring examples: huge iron burn in carpet and a toilet seat with worn spots and stains. The continental breakfast was prepackaged bagels, muffins and cookies and a fancy coffee machine. I realize this is a motel, not a hotel, so you need to lower expectations. I realize you go into business to make money, so spending on improvements, or even replacing things that need replacing, hurts your bottom line. But if people never return, then you have lost a lot more. I chose this place because the name “Howard Johnsons” used to mean good value and a great restaurant. Neither is true. If price is your concern go to Motel 6. Otherwise pay the extra for a place that is kept up

The manager had noticed my husband had a prosthetic leg when we got our room key, he switched our room from upstairs to downstairs without us even asking. I felt that was very kind of him

The room was clean, just the smell and out of date renovations make it look dirty. It was hard to sleep due to the location being so close to the freeway. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely not recommend.

Hotel was fine. The staff wasnt very welcoming and everytime we went to the lobby there was a sign that they would return in 15 minutes. They should have a return time. 15 minutes from when?

The place was located in a great part of town. Stores and restaurants everywhere. The place was verry clean and bed were very comfortable. We will stay there again. And we will recommend it to other family and friends. We have family that live everywhere around there. If we stay there we are close to everyone and still have our own room.

Great location great price

The old adage. You get what you pay for, Very noisy right next to the freeway, second floor is right at freeway level. Room and bathroom could be cleaner with a little effort. No continental breakfast as listed, only coffee and hot water. The staff was very helpful. As I was coming from out of the country. I had amazon items sent there, items I can not get in my country. Hey stored them until I arrived

The only thing I didn't like about this place is their continental breakfast consisted of a bagel coffee and orange juice not sure if you can honestly say thats any kind of a breakfast

I regret to inform you that during my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced multiple issues which compromised the quality of my experience. Despite the hotel's claim of offering breakfast, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast machine was out of order for the first two days of my stay. Additionally, the sink in my bathroom was visibly cracked, the TV and air conditioning unit were non-functional, and on the day of my departure, I encountered an unpleasant situation while attempting to avail myself of the offered breakfast. To my dismay, the breakfast options provided included oatmeal without any available bowls, as well as expired yogurts and other food items. It is crucial to emphasize that such unsanitary practices not only pose health risks but also infringe upon the safety of guests. I am hopeful that these concerns will be addressed promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar inconveniences. It is imperative that the hotel takes immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that its advertised amenities are indeed operational and safe for the guests' use.

They offered “continental breakfast “ that is more like just coffee and a bagel, I’m not sure if that’s what it is but I ask the guy in the front at 7am wich is the start time for breakfast and he told me they bring the rest out around 8, when I showed up at 8 other person told me that’s was it and they didn’t offer anything else

I was disappointed about the breakfast, just bagels and muffins, n juice, and it was only open from 7-9 am

We got a non smoking room , he room smelt like smoke, there were cigarette burns in the furniture, no ventilation in bathrooms, mold on base boards,booking says theres a breakfast but all they had was cold coffee and toast. Staff gave us a hard time for asking for an extra towel. Couldnt pay me to stay there again.

Included breakfast was just prepackaged muffins and the coffee machine was broken. The bathroom lights kept flashing like a strobe light. Alarm clock didn’t work.

The only issue I had was the breakfast. I was looking forward to it and at 830am almost NOTHING was out. Even cups for coffee and juice were gone.
