Very nice , has a pool & is right next to a food place.

Parking was terrible, could not eat the breakfast, the room was far too small to get any work done. I will not be staying at a TRU again.

I'm not sure if the gal who checked us in was Meleny, but the gal at the front reception is extremely exceptional. She was very professional, friendly and sweet. Thank you for a great, clean and safe place to stay. Everything is beyond great. Super clean establishment. Reasonable price. Clean pool. Breakfast was superb. It was delicious. They had delicious sausage. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Our stay was amazing, from check in to check out. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. The rooms felt big and were very clean. Nearby to Starbucks, Dutch bros, Bobs big boy, lots of food places.

The front desk let us know there was a heated pool, but the heater wasnt on when we went swimming. Check with front desk first.

Everything was great about the hotel. I would just invest in a heated pool due to it getting cold around 7pm. Other then that everything was great.

Very nice hotel! It was new, clean and had great accommodations such as breakfast, ice machine with a water filling station!! Definitely recommend!!

Tru was amazing. We stayed at another hotel the night before and it was terrible, so when we arrived at Tru, it was a welcomed change. Rooms are so clean, the facility is great, they have a lot of cool little details, like the disposable ice buckets and the filtered water to fill up your water bottles. The foozeball table and rec area is really fun too. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was very helpful.

Horrible lighting that is on a motion senseor and goes on and off constantly. Very annoying. The highway side is loud! Breakfast is very avg. Floor was filthy. Brand new place so the dirt almost seems like construction dust. My socks were filthy and feel would get covered walking to bed from the shower. Rooms are small. No microwave! Good beds and sheets makes it a good place to rest for a night, but anything longer is a no!

Trash accumulated at the elevator trash cans over two days. Pool towels were tiny! Annoying air freshener smell in the room... could have been the soap... did not like the smell of that either. Otherwise, very nice property

Great, clean property simple breakfast buffet

I had specifically requested to be on the quieter side of the hotel, not on the freeway side, 2 months ago when I made the reservation and then called and confirmed the request two weeks before my stay. My adult son was a judge for a high-stakes competition in town and it was imperative that we were well rested for two strenuous days of the competition. Upon arrival they said there were no rooms available on the top floor as we had requested or on the quieter side of the hotel. We could not sleep till around 3:00 in the morning it sounded like a race track outside the freeway was so loud. Housekeeping failed! the conditioner ,AND body wash dispensers were were empty. Also a light bulb burned out in reading lamp.The next day I had to leave early for our event and was told there were no rooms available to relocate to but that they would call me as soon as one was available. We returned at 6pm with no phone call, no supplies in our shower,and no reading light. I rode up the elevator with several new families that had just checked in to the quiet side and upper floors. I was very disappointed in our stay and the treatment we received.

As of October 2024, the hotel is brand new. Everything is fresh, clean and new. The rooms feel like they were designed by IKEA. Very modern, sparse. No closet. They profitized every square foot, so each room is dorm like. Not a deal breaker- it has what you need. The issues with the hotel are noise from the street and freeway, lack of insulation/noise dampening within the hotel. You can hear all the footsteps in other rooms and the hall. The very tight shower, which door opens in to the shower so you have to be in the shower first then turn on water otherwise the door deflects the water and sprays out into the bathroom. All in all, it worked well for us. Nice little breakfast included. Lobby was set up for teens with foosball tables, egg chairs, games. Hot coffee at 6:30am and the staff was great.

Staff is amazing super helpful and friendly room and accommodations are good only thing is that the A/C unit is on a motion sensor so it got a little warm at night while I was sleeping

Rooms were not ready at check-in time, but 90 minutes later. We had left when we were told it wasn't ready, had some dinner so got in even later than we had planned. I could definitely tell I was in California what with some of the words printed on various things around the facillity. Room was clean, but there was only AC, not heat. This was not good because I'm always very cold and need to warm it up sometimes. When trying to find the heat, even the AC wouldn't come back on, so we had no air moving all night. The ambient temperature stayed about 76, too warm for sleeping. The bed and pillows were nice, no complaints there. There's no vent fan in the bathroom, which is just lazy. There should always be. Who decided it was a good idea to make people squeeze a giant tube mounted on the wall to get soap and things.... not exactly what most people find normal. Breakfast a bit disappointing. The sausage seemed like it was boiled or steamed.. there was no browning and no flavor at all. Quite gross. The little egg omelets were quite tasty, the only protein aside from sausage that was available. I you're a gluten free type person, there are very few options. The watermelon infused water was quite refreshing, the orange juice was very acidic, far above normal. Unpleasant to drink. We had a fridge in our room, but no microwave. I refuse to go to the lobby of a hotel to pop popcorn, or reheat my leftovers. This is a big fail. Overall C+

Great staff, great hotel with smart TVs

Very new and clean, rooms are on the smaller side but very nice

The hotel is very clean. The bed was comfortable. I would give this 5stars except the freeway noise is pretty bad. I’m a weekly traveler and bring my own fan to block out noise but the outside noise was extremely loud. Wish they had better windows that blocked out the noise. Also check in was a pain they gave me a hard time because I had my husband’s name instead of mine on the reservation. We have the same last name! I’ve never had a problem before from other hotels.

Everything was amazing, we love the room quite and cozy" bathroom was clean sheets, the lightwork was adjustable wich was one of the feature i really like"

Excellent customer service!!!!! They had a pack and play in my room upon arrival and it made our stay soo much smoother! The front desk staff was wonderful!

New, clean Hotel. Nice that room had small fridge, but could use a microwave, I am a travel nurse and could use microwave in room. The guy at check in was rude, had an attitude, it was Norco not Beverly Hills.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Liked the amenities, especially free breakfast and laundry service.

Comfortable and great hospitality. It was comforting that a staff member remembered me from a year ago. That speaks volumes about your employees being satisfied with their job and still with your company.

Property is located in a great area to shopping, many different types of restaurants, activities, and golf. The only issue I had, was upon check-in, the front desk personnel was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was patient. I just felt she could’ve said, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” or something to that effect.

Don’t like the fees for early arrival and late check in. Then person at the front desk told me my card was declined and it wasn’t because she didn’t pay attention to her monitor

My check in was outstanding. USUALLY the front desk staff was friendly but on occasion there was a staff member who could not be bothered to look up from her phone. Room was great.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. Hotel staff is friendly and there are chalkboards by the elevators with information about things to do in the area as well as restaurants, etc. The downside is the traffic noise from the nearby freeway. Plus the bathroom door doesn’t stay open which can be annoying when trying to get ready in a hurry.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was mediocre but good.

Stayed a week and had maid service once. Staff shortage due to high temp. Needed to ask for clean towels and soap. Staff delivered to room. Stayed in past without problems. Some days breakfast items ran out before breakfast was finished.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru hotel for the first time at the property. Very comfortable bed forns good rest. Breakfast was really good,i look forward for another stay. Thank you for a fine stay.
