Shower does not keep water in so water all over the bathroom floor and bedroom. very messy to clean. All rooms should have bathtubs to collect water. No more breakfast, only coffee. Had to request maid service, otherwise, our room wouldn't have been cleaned. Desk has only one chair. wifi good!

Sucks. Where do i start. Their website photo shows "new rooms free breakfast", not the case. Our room faced the major freeway, that was maybe 25 yards from our door, so friggin noisy. Air conditioner noisy as heck. Emergency vehicles with sirens zooming by. The outside walkway was so filthy gross. Bed and pillows harder than rocks, no coffee machine, no snack bar or deli as advertized, photos are no way realistic. Towels scratchy. Tried to get 1 night refund after paying for 2 and was told no refunds. This place sucks.

The price was excellent, considering the property's proximity to the ocean and freeway. It was next to a gas station and diner, which was convenient. One night I had to park on the street since there were no free spaces in the hotel parking lot. It's an older hotel but clean.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Very dirty. Not what the pictures on the site look like. Beds uncomfortable. Bath tub is rusted out and small. Doors not sealed very good, can see daylight. Parking lot is super small! Very noisy not only traffic but you can hear what the person above you is doing. If your looking for a place to lay your head for cheap this is your place.

Absolutely disgusted to the point I took pictures and filed a claim. Did not stay left immediately after taking pictures.holes in the sheets, hair in the sheets ceiling with water damage rusty bath tub. To much to list terrible I will be contacting health services. We slept in the room one night out of the 7. It was infested with cockroaches, there was mold all through the bathroom and in the baseboards of the walls. The bed was supported but a tin box (aluminum like) that was unsteady. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced while on vacation.

There were cockroaches everywhere. And I asked if I could get refunded my room for the other nights and he said he wouldn’t be able to do it. I even tried compromising by saying I’ll pay for the night I stayed but the other ones I would look elsewhere to stay. He still refused. He offered me another room but. Cmon now.

This place is nothing like the pics. It's disgusting. There's rust all over the bathroom coaches running everywhere there was a dead spider smooshed above the bed. When I asked for another room they said they were sold out. The guy straight up said that he wouldnt do anything to help because we booked through hotels.com. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The ceiling in the bathroom had a ton of black mold and the doors, handles, knobs, everything was filthy! The rod in the closet was below waist level so you can’t even hang up a pair of pants! No fan in bathroom. Had to open a broken sliding window to defog after a shower. Entire floor in bathroom was heaving and super bumpy. Dried hard all over the cement in front of my door. This place was awful.

Hotel was a great price for a quickly needed hotel stay that wasn’t planned. Room had 3 queen beds which helped as we had our sons teammate with us and he could have his own bed. The shower plunger was broken but we managed to get the shower working anyways

We were in room 112 no heat at all the electricity didn't want to work in the bathroom the blow dryer didn't want to work it was freezing in the room all night we had to put whatever hot water was in the shower on to make like a steam kind of try to heat up the room the bed was horrible because when you try to lay on it the springs or something was hurting us severely and there was holes in the roof Holes in the floor and like you can see the wall had some damages and they had to try to repair it but they didn't fix it well but would really concern us we had no way to take a heater and put it on because the heater wasn't working it was just blowing out cold air and then we asked for a room with a bathtub when we checked in last night he said this is the last room we have left it was horrible horrible assistant shower and it was terrible it was really terrible I just could not believe they can rent that out

Overall hotel wasn't bad, but it definitely needs some TLC. We had the 3 queen size room. Walkways were dirty could use some freshening up with new paint. In the room, large portions of paint missing from walls. Wall paper torn as well. Doors could use a fresh coat of paint as well. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate with towels. Bathroom was clean. A/C -heater combination worked well. Freeway noise constant. Our room was near the front of the hotel. Get a room towards the back, you may not hear the noise from the freeway then. Pricing decent for the area and what for what you get.

Wife and I got to the property after 11 pm. Man who checked me in is very rude. The office was locked. I had to bell a bell. He complained to me that he and his wife were asleep and she had to get up to go to work in a couple of hours. Unprofessional! Bad customer service! The room stunk so bad! He disrespected my wife and I. We will not stay there again.

Arrived at 9:40 pm one of your customer at the Lobby waiting for the customer service team for 30 minutes. I’ve rang the doorbell multiple times and a man comes out from inside was rude to me saying telling me to stop ringing the doorbell because he’s wife was sleeping and stated that he works 24/7 days and he’s tired. Room is okay, bathroom is Rusted lamps is falling apart not safe and towel was not bleached washed coffee maker doesn’t work I tried making coffee but dark rusted comes out from the inside the coffee maker. Cleaning lady was knocking on my door stating at 9:15 multiple time and we checked out around 9:38 Am. My experience were terrible 😣 i don’t recommend your establishments.

The manager of the place was rude and very disrespectful when I had to checkout at 4 am to catch my 6 am flight. He was very quick to take my cash deposit when I checked in but stated “ Next time do your deposit on a credit card instead of waking me up this early for your cash deposit back.” I will never come back there- ever.😟

Please be aware this is not a hotel… it’s a motel located by the side of the freeway. You will need to ring a bell and the attendant will come to do the check-in through a glass protection partition. My room was in absolutely terrible condition; there were holes in the walls, the furniture was damaged, and there were huge stains everywhere. The pictures shown on Expedia are not current and are very deceiving. We did not stay there, because I did not feel safe.

Unsafe! We paid for 2 nights and stayed for 20 minutes. There was screaming and yelling outside our room and a homeless man laying down and blocking the stairwell outside our door and people using drugs out in the open. We tried to contact the desk but they had closed for the evening so we contacted Expedia. Expedia was able to reach the property manager, who told them that he was in the office but he was not in the office. He told Expedia that it was quiet and that we were lying and then hung up on the representative. We checked into a different hotel less than an hour later. Expedia tried to get us a refund but the owner apparently refused. Why should we have to pay for a place we never stayed at? Why would we leave immediately after checking in and check into another hotel if we did not feel threatened or unsafe? Pay the extra money folks. This is not the place to bring women or children!

Do not recommend this motel to anyone. Felt unsafe. Was scared my car was going to get broken into. The floors creak very loud from the rooms above. Whoever had the room above me was up ALL night. I could not sleep! There are people there out all night at all hours of the night! Very sketch! Not Family friendly! Bathroom is disgusting!

Disgusting and filthy. Should have sheets on a roll to at least to upgrade what you walk into. Desk staff, polite and affable, but the property is less than zero. "Hotels.com dot fraud" refuses to reimburse this reservation after misrepresenting it. Cigarette burns in the bed spreads and curtains, animal scratches at the molding of the door. Even dogs couldn't wait to get the hell out of this nasty place. Shame on you Hotels.com dot fraud, clearly you'll represent anyone for a buck.
