There’s no pool/amenities besides the fire pit, but the rooms are nice and very spacious. The room we stayed in had a microwave, stove top, mini fridge and pretty large food cabinet. It’s walkable to the ocean and local golf course, and there’s a little hot dog shop right next door. Downtown PG is a 5 minute drive.

Lucie‘s on lighthouse is a great restaurant just behind the cottage we stayed in - music stops at 7 PM when they have it so it is very very quiet after that. Nice fire pit to relax by as well.

It’s a clean safe environment and not too far from the beach. No A/C but we managed with the windows open all night and the ceiling fan. Glad we were able to bring our two dogs but they still charge you even though they are ESA animals. Nice outdoor fire pit. No other amenities. Lucy’s expresso next door with beach vibes and outdoor seating. Overall it’s a pretty good place!

Spotless cottage. Dog friendly and a nice neighborhood for walking them. Property adjacent to a charming hot dog shop with a large and welcoming patio and a band on Saturday afternoon. FYI that you must request included maid service 1 day in advance. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Recommend and will be back.

Great location. The room was clean. However there was a strong unpleasant odor in our room. Upon opening the closet the smell became stronger and we were unable to use the closet. We kept it closed and also had the same issue with the bathroom. The smell also came through the drains when using the sink, shower or flushing. Opening the windows didn’t help either. Lastly the mini fridge did not keep out food & drinks cold. The plastic strip was broken around half of the door.

The room was clean and well maintained. The pillows were way too soft. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The Inn was centrally located and only 5 minutes from the beach. Thank you Sea Breeze Inn and Cottages.

The pictures are not even CLOSE to the room we were given. We were annoyed but we dealt with it, it wasn’t a big deal. Until ants started coming out of the shower head and power outlets. There was a sign that said don’t leave any open food because of ants and it being near the coast, we brought NO FOOD into the hotel room at all, all we had was water. But the entire nightstand was covered in ants by night 1. After killing upwards of over 75 ants, we couldn’t even feel clean with a shower because they would crawl out of the shower head. Not to mention that the second you took 2 steps on the floors in the room your feet were black, it must not have been mopped since they opened the place. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. DISGUSTING.

We've stayed at this property before when we go to the Monterey Aquarium, so we were familiar with it already. It's in a nice, quiet location in walking distance to the beach and "downtown" Pacific Grove. This time we had a few issues, however. The room had a strange smell that was quite strong. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The shower faucet was very loose and it was difficult to get it to the right temperature. My husband used the stopper in the bathroom sink and it got stuck. At night there was a gurgling noise that we also couldn't figure out and the toilet kept running and making noise as well. The first night we did not get a good sleep due to these noises. The second night we were VERY tired from walking all day at the aquarium, so we were able to sleep more comfortably despite the noises.

The location and quality of the rooms are great—they’ve been recently renovated and feel fresh. However, the soundproofing is terrible. I could hear every noise from the neighboring room, even someone snoring. It made sleep unwell. Never had such issues before even in motels.

The location was unique and quiet. Cannery Row and downtown PG nearby. Clean, kitchenette. Nice location. Nice stay but beds needed more comfort. They are too hard. The pillows could also use variety and the shower was dark.

Furnishes were very worn and mismatched. Sofa and chair were uncomfortable and smelled of dog . Missing light bulbs .Wall are so thin you can hear someone coughing PG can be very expensive but next time I will pay the extra to stay somewhere better .

Property looked quaint from the outside; yet, upon opening the door, this room was very outdated, smelled musty, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, had no air conditioning & the window opened up to a scary walkway and then a street on the other side of the fence - where people were coming and going all hours of the night. Not only was it hot in the room, I was scared to death and did not sleep at all that night.

Overall a good place. Came here back in 2015. Maybe I’m wrong,but they had AC back then. No AC anymore so if you sleep hot,maybe not the place for you during summer nights. Had to sleep with 1 window open and fan on high. But that’s just me because I run hot no matter what. We had an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen top. When we told the front desk,their reply was “I heard windex can help” as if we were expected to drive out to a store and get windex. About 5 min later,they came to our room with raid and windex. Still saw a few ants after that. Overall we enjoyed the stay

Great place to stay! Sea Breeze is quiet, comfortable and very clean. We did have a problem with the TV in our room, and Theo came to fix it quickly. He also gave us great advice on local restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Place is ok. DO NOT leave your room keys or accidentally forget your key in your room after 10PM. Sea Breeze Inn website states that front desk opens 24 hours. That’s not true even the phone number they posted on their website and front door no one answered. I accidentally forgot my key inside my room. I end up sleeping in my truck until they open @8am next morning. I called the cops but nothing they can do. We’re keeping calling their number and no answer so the cops left. Lesson learned: pay them to sleep on my truck.

The most welcoming check-in we’ve ever experienced, and we’ve stayed at some pretty high-end hotels. Theo was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, this hotel was exceptionally quiet. That was very unexpected and appreciated. We would stay there again, without question.

Nice room and location but I was disappointed in the service. When I arrived I found that the body wash dispenser was broken and reported it to the office but despite them saying they would call maintenance it never got fixed during the 2 day stay. On the second day we hung the "maid service" tag on the door but when we arrived home the room had not been touched. I went to the office to pick more coffee and to ask again about the body wash dispenser. When I mentioned the lack of room cleaning the desk person told me it was my fault as I hadn't explicitly requested it from the office. He would not see my point that if they provide a tag saying 'maid service please' and you hang it on the door it is reasonable to expect maid service. When I got annoyed with him he told me that if I wasn't happy I could check out right then! I also asked about the body wash dispenser and he gave me a few mini bottles but when I got back to the room I discovered they were shampoo not body wash. Anyway - a lot of words over pretty minor things but it did leave me with a bad impression of their customer service and I would not stay there again.

They would not let me in because I did not have a drivers license. I had my receipt from hotels.com. I had an old expired drivers license. I had a credit card with my picture on it. I wasn’t drivingdriving. I’m over 80 years old.

The property is beautiful. Theo, in the front office was great! Warning, unless you ask for cleaning services, you will not receive them including toilet paper. You must ask the night before. I went to the office when Theo wasn’t there and asked for toilet paper and a change of towels only…..no cleaning or bed making. Nothing was replaced. I went to the supermarket to get toilet paper as we arrived back after the office closed. I didn’t like that. Anne

This place was very comfy, clean, and relaxing. The rooms were updated and very clean. The gentleman in the office was very nice and got us booked fast. The property was clean and quiet. We took a walk next door to Lucy's and enjoyed a hot dog and a beer. Our stay was great for the price and would highly recommend.

Great pans,pots,wine glasses,etc.Bring a little oil to cook. Great working fireplace, parking in front of your room. Front desk is excellent and professional. Short walk to beach and a cafe!! We walked towards other end and had many choices to eat and drink !!!!
