Henry The manager was nice professional and assertive. He made sure we were comfortable and everything we needed was clean fresh and orderly!!!! The pool the jacuzzi was clean and refreshing!!!

First of all Henry was so friendly and helpful we loved the way he greeted us like he’s known us for years .The pool was wonderful the housekeepers were very friendly,the breakfast in the morning was a nice variety of choices ,it was quiet and just felt like sleeping at home ,Thank you

Great staff!! Here on business and had to extend my stay for an extra week. With no hesitation, I'm staying put! Breakfast room is clean and their gourmet coffee machine should be standard in every hotel. Their coffee machine and water bar is avaliable 24 hours a day. Extremely clean pool and spa is a big plus too. I am a VERY picky person when it comes to hotels, and would highly recommend this hotel for sure!!

Not convenient parking close to the main entrance.

Good value for the money. The buffet ran out of some foods (yogurt, danish) and the pool has no shade, but we were comfortable.

No lights in the back for parking security

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It right next door to the hospital so we heard a lot of ambulances but that’s not the hotels fault.

Room was clean ok I guess staff was ok some times the lady in the front was kind of cold shoulder like if she was just spying or something gave me that feeling breakfast was ok not the best parking sometimes it was pretty full needs more lighting

Very accomodating hotel. Pool is not heated, and jets arent working in the hot tub. Tried both timers. Everything else was great.

The room was dirty floor. The AC didn’t work. The remote control didn’t work too, and I couldn’t sleep all night. I had a itching on my back like something was the bad

Roaches in the sink Couldnt flush the toilet, had to put water just to flush Had a funk smell Floors was cracked Sink wasn't up to date had to fix it myself.... would not go back at all The people at the desk was really nice though but thats all. Everything else was not working

I chose to stay in this hotel thinking it was better then the ones in the area I’d be visiting. Our first night we found bed bugs, the guy at the counter immediately changed our room. Which was a bit crazy considering they didn’t have many people staying there. Overall the stay was ok. Having to move rooms is not much of a big deal but when you’re on vacation, that’s not something you’re wanting g yo do.

The staff were friendly and the room was was nice and clean. Price was very affordable

Not good at all , wasn’t at all cleaned that way it should and/or needs to be . Still hair on restroom wall n shower , also in bedding area as well, not too happy about it over all

I booked this property on Orbitz and they had this property as excellent and the room as exceptional. Both ratings couldn't be farther from the truth. Old, dirty and musty smelling.

There wasnt enough parking for the hotel and parking area was not well lit. The staff seemed only interested in doing bare minimum interactions with customers and more interested in socializing with eachother. The room smelled bad...like the pillows smelled like dirty greasy hair and the room like body odor. Definitely would not stay there again.

The staff were all really nice and for the most part, the hotel was clean. However, I kept getting bitten by what I thought was mosquitos. It turns out that they have bed bugs!! We won't be back.

Very nice room, clean, nice staff and like the cappuccino machine, but the 1st floor was very noisy up until midnight. I had a hard time falling asleep. Bring ear plugs.

This was a very spacious, comfortable room. The continental breakfast was very effective, and available when we wanted to leave early for our day's activities. The only issue was our card keys never worked for the side doors, which made it challenging to get things from our car in the evening.

Beds were very comfortable

It was loud had to complain a few times about kids running down the hall at 11pm and people slamming doors and hallways smelled like weed

Twenty minutes after we checked in we received a call saying the water would be turned off because of a water leak. Obviously they knew it when we checked in but never gave us the chance to leave. It was out for 3 hours. I tried to FaceTime with our grandkids but the wifi was too weak to do so. Awful breakfast.....couldn't wait to get out of there!

Easy check in, nice staff. The building is pretty dated and you can tell that our room used to be a smoking room. Beds are old and sag in places. For the price, it is what you would expect I guess, it was a reasonable price.

The property is ok. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom area which bothers anyone still sleeping bc of the lights. And the breakfast is horrible.

Pulling up to the hotel, there was a sketchy guy hanging outside. He approached us and must have immediately saw my stance and then backed off. I told the front desk guy and he said he would address it that took about 20 minutes for him to ask or rather tell the guy to leave. I know the hotel cant control other people around but if youre located in a sketchy area but have security at least. The room itself had some stains on the curtains and some marks on the wall. Also noticed a lot of dusty areas. The worst part was we turned on the shower and shower head was broken. Front desk was no help. I had to call my husband run to walmart to buy a shower head, since they were booked and couldnt switch rooms and maintenance was unavailable. I spoke to front desk in the am and they reimbursed me for most of it (they didnt have change for the total of 25. I got 23$) But they stated I should have came down and told them before trying to fix it. I told them that the shower head literally just popped off. The desk clerk said something in spanish to the housekeeper and then she rolled her eyes. Like yeah sure it did. That pissed me off even more, and said lady if i broke it I would have just put it back and acted like nothing happened like the person b4 me.the hotel islocated next to a hospital so you hear ambulances all night. Breakfast was the best part,it did have a pool but we didnt even go because we were dealing with our shower being busted.Most likely will not ever stay here again.

The morning, I was going to check out. I was awakened by A. Knock on the door at 8:30 in the morning. Then I got a phone call from a staff, memtelling me that I was not registered and if they had nobody registered in the room. They wanted to know what time I paid for the room. But it.

This is my go to place when I’m in the area. So far the room and staff have been very hospitable

Staff is outstanding, breakfast was perfect, rooms are very clean, pool was very clean, and they were very responsive when and if anything occurred like the ac stopped working so they immediately switched us to another room when fixing it wasn’t an option. I will always stay here if possible or needed.

Someone tried to forceably enter my room at this property, they were not staff

There was a lot of homeless people around there going in n out of the hotel drug addiction to I wouldn't stay there again I think the manager there that people that work there don’t care who goes in and out of that hotel they need to keep it safe for people to stay there

People outside the door smoking marijuana and it flows inside when you come in the main doors. Parking looked to be full so we parked on the grass where other parking was being is used. I think there was additional parking behind the building from our room window but no one was using it. Not for sure if it was hotel parking lot or not.

Very nice staff, good rooms, good breakfast. Not the nicest part of town yet the building is great and the rooms have interior entry doors instead of a motel so I felt safe.

I have stayed here before and chose to stay here again because of its familiarity. The staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. The rooms are immaculate and quiet. It's in a good location and close to shopping and dining.

It was a short stay. Was out most of the day and just returned late night to sleep. Hosekeeping is efficient. My room was clean, Howevever, breakfast is very very poor.

Overall it was a good place to stay for the one night I was there. The only downside was the pool Hours. I wish they opened it earlier and the lounge covers were cleaner. Breakfast hours 5/5 and food 4/5.

breakfast is ok except the hot sandwiches are are so minimal we can not eat if your going like 8am or so. Other than that it was a good stay quiet and clean hotel
