Amazing staff, clean hotel, best suprise to see free happy hour drinks/snacks & breakfast included with 12 noon checkout standard. Indoor pool w/ adult hours 9-11pm and workout room was nice! Only thing to improve was to update hotel to include a much needed filtered water refill machine!

The indoor pool & jacuzzi were overcrowded & filthy.

One of my favorite places to stay! Awesome complimentary breakfast, complimentary two drinks alcoholic or not, clean and quiet suites, and very close to the local mall and many shopping areas. The gym is decent enough along with the pool.

Great property to stay at. Staff was great. The suite was very nice. Excellent bathroom products. My only complaint about the hotel is i expected the indoor pool to be heated. But we still went for a swim.

I really like this hotel, but im not a fan of paying $10/day for parking. But i like to think it goes to the excellent cooks and kitchen staff.

Great lobby area. Super friendly staff. Room is wonderful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, and they had a 5:30 reception for guests with snacks and a free beer. Will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay!! The complimentary cocktail hour was a nice surprise. Love the indoor swimming pool. Nice vibes pleasant atmosphere.

Super clean, friendly staff, beautiful view, and nice room layout.

Place was filthy. Vomit in the hallway for 3 days never got cleaned. Bathroom fans broken, bathroom had tiles missing. In room refrigerator had a broken leg so it kept tilting sideways everyone you opened and closed it. Super dusty and room doors had badly patched holes in them. No luggage racks, they stated they were lost. We had suites and the furniture was worn out and ripped Doors had water damage across bottoms and were peeling up. Literally only good thing was the breakfast bar. Oh don't let me forget the $400 additional security check in fees after we already paid for our room online.

The property was okay the problem was our room the room was very dated , the beds frames were peeling the towel rack was broken the sheets on 1 of the beds had hair on them the comforters were dirty i had a pair of white socks that were black from the dirty carpet. Ive stayed at this property before it used too be much cleaner and it wouldn't hurt them to clean the elevators carpets as well as the common areas

Ive stayed in this particular hotel 5 or 6 times over the years the first was back in 2010 not long after it opened its doors for the first time. Every stay i've had at this hotel ive enjoyed due to the friendlyness of the staff and the cleaness of the suites. My last stay was on the 6th and 7th of September 2024 and unfortunately it will be my last stay unless they renovate the suites. The carpets and sofa were filthy and worn down they were full of stains and there was a musky odor in the room. The breakfast was good, the staff are still friendly as ever, but i cant sleep in a filthy smelly room.

I typically enjoy staying at the Embassy suites Palmdale. Last month we hosted an event there & spent thousands of dollars on rooms/catering. I stayed at the hotel the very next week and plan to stay there every 2 to 3 weeks. However this stay, when I pulled the sheets back on the bed to get in there were bodily fluid stains. DISGUSTING! Someone from the front desk came &changed the sheets. I did not ask for money or compensation. It was late and I was tired I wanted to go to bed. But upon check out, I asked for a late check out of 2 PM. I was told that I could get a 1 PM check out & if I wanted to 2 PM I would have to pay $75. I kindly explained the disgusting thing that happened in the room with the bodily fluids in the sheets & as a Courtesy I’m kindly asking for a 2 PM check out please. I explained that I’m trying to build a relationship with a Hotel we have been staying there, hosting an event, stay there frequently, etc. The front desk staff was very kind until they forwarded me to the manager called Evelyn. She was so disrespectful and rude to me. I was shocked. She basically told me that I could pay the $75 or I had to leave at 1 because that’s their policy. She proceeded to tell me that yes there was the incident with the sheets but they made it right by changing the sheets. I said to her, that’s not making it right - the sheets should’ve already been clean. I told her if she had been the slightest bit apologetic, I would’ve just let this go. They charged me $50

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I realize the risk when you stay at a hotel, however, given I was extremely understanding, I expected more empathy and effort from the hotel management to help me when I brought to their attention that there were multiple insects in our hotel room. There was some sort of bug infestation! We stayed only one night and there were multiple instances of small bugs crawling in the bed. I called management immediately and they came up, bagged everything, and apologized. Since my stay, there was no sense of urgency or effort on their part to assist my family. My kids have bites on their bodies and we have our suitcase bagged until now! Even a simple refund was not done since it was “booked through a third party.” Every communication was initiated by me. There’s no documentation that shows it wasn’t bed bugs. The manager wrote in his email that it’s just “beetles.” Does that make it okay that the room was infested by them? I couldn’t get a report from pest control so I have no peace of mind or confirmation whatsoever if it’s bed bugs. Hands down, worst hotel stay we’ve had and worst customer service. They simply said sorry and reassured me that the room was closed to other customers while they “investigate.” I hope my review helps others.

There was no WiFi it made the stay very difficult

Like this hotel the best of all hotels in the Lancaster, Palmdale and Rosamond area. Indoor pool and the breakfast are what rates above every other hotel around but the rooms are extremely nice,and they all have separate living rooms from bedrooms. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and helpful. There were issues with the room immediately upon arrival. The air conditioning wasn't working/ blowing air out of the vents. Maintenance repaired it the next day and it worked great from then on. There were no hand towels in the room the first night apparently because a baseball team used them for sweat towels.The next day we had hand towels. One thing that never ceases to amaze me is that there is only "one" bath towel hanger in the bathroom. Seems alot of hotels do that! The shower water pressure was weak and the shower floor was very slippery. Had there not been a grab bar in the shower, I would have been seriously injured multiple times! I would have thought by now "all" showers would have a wand but apparently this amenity is reserved for ADA rooms only.. I'm pretty sure that house keeping would have noticed the movement in the floor tile between the shower and the toilet area most likely caused by water intrusion from the shower along with the top drawer of the dresser totally not closing correctly but, I guess thats the way it goes.. This hotel isn't cheap and parking is $10 a day out in the open no less.

The hotel lobby was inviting. The room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here next time we are in the area.

Rooms are outdated and carpets are dirty. The bathroom locks in the room were not working, and carpets were dirty. The TV was outdated and did not have any good channels. I have been to other embassy suites which we're in better condition. Staff was very friendly and that was the only silver lining.

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast had a variety of buffet style/order made items that the kids enjoyed as opposed to other hotels who may have 2-3 items with coffee as the only beverage.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a very nice lobby and restaurant area. We loved our spacious suite with a separate living room area. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, lots of options. Staff in dining area were excellent, very attentive. Only bad thing was the shower/ tub. Horrible pressure on shower head. Water was coming down spout as well as shower head. Water did not drain properly in tub either. Did not expect that from this hotel. Overall good stay after long trip.

The staff (Evelyn Lopez Lua and Miridan Valerio) was not professional and tried to blame the customer for everything. The room did not have amenities. It took a lot of time to get a hair dryer to the room which made me late to check out. When checking out a few minutes past noon (the regular checkout time is noon) I was told there is a late check out fee. The managers questioned the fact about the hair drier and called me agressive. It took over an hour to call the corporate office to find out they are chatting rather than calling to try to resolve it. When I told the managers that this is the worst experience I have had in many year's and will reflect it in a review they told me that I am threatening them. Avoid staying there at all cost.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Everyone I encountered provided excellent customer service. The rooms were well kept and clean.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Thanks to the omelette Chefs Supervisor that I was able to have sautéed chicken & veggies since I have an egg allergy. She was so accommodating each day.The food was tasty. The room was very nice and cozy. I was informed upon arrival that my original room 2 queen beds were not available due to work in the room. However I was happy. I enjoyed the pool & whirl pool. This was one of my best visits.

Employee Dulce provided amazing service in the cafe during breakfast time today, 5/18/25. She was very attentive and friendly. We look forward to our return.

Took so long to check in . Arrives at 1:30pm and don’t want to check me in early. Then at 3 there was a long line to check in. 2 people just standing behind the counter and two people checking in . They restricted the pool to one hour slots and we had to sign up ahead of time. Reducible! We were not made aware of that “rule” before booking. They said because they were full. Bar was a hit or miss . Beds were uncomfortable. Ordered towels didn’t get them until I call I second time. On top of a ton of softball people being there , they closed down the lobby on Saturday because they also booked and party event. Making hardly any room for others to sit with their groups in the lobby.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable that I spoke with about the property. Property was well maintained and clean. So far so good.

Breakfast was excellent. Management was abrasive and rude. They told me I had to get out of my room and move into another and then told me they were accommodating me when it was their facility that had the maintenance issue. The next night all electricity went out and although it wasn’t their fault that generator wore me out.

Lots of dining choices within a mile of the property. Freeway close but far enough away for quiet. Great breakfast and restuarant on property.

Clean, friendly staff, great location and comfortable bed

We were here two nights for a funeral. This hotel was a little away from the main area but it ended up being perfect for us. It’s not walkable but it is a very short drive to shops and food. There is also an onsite restaurant which was great! We ended up eating there both nights because it was convenient and had very good food. The included breakfast was also great! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking was easy and safe which is not always the case in this area. If I had to come back to this area again I would definitely stay at this hotel.

the stay was ok; some of the elevator floor carpets were dirty, one of the launge seats had a stain; my room ottoman was in bad shape; took away from the overall room experience. the snacks/eats provided during the complimentary reception were pretty bad (chips, salsa, melon). i would rate it higher if they paid closer attention to the state of the furniture and uped their reception.

I’ve stayed many times but this was the first time that breakfast was a disaster. The egg and potato bins were empty. There was no waffle batter. People stood in a long line for 20 to 30 minutes to get food. We opted to avoid the long slow moving line and had a tiny bowl of cereal instead of the usual omelet I was looking forward to. Breakfast was a bust. And there is always a problem with the luggage carts. 7 floors of rooms and 3 carts that are never to be found. It really sucks that we have to make numerous trips lugging our belongings to the car because there are never any carts. Could you please buy a few more as it’s an ongoing problem at this hotel.

Excellent hotel to stay at in Palmdale. Excellent food, facilities, and customer service.

Over all clean. Love the lobby and bar. Pool was well kept with warm water and the room was a top floor room with a great view.
