Parking stalls were very tight. Unit I was in was in the backside of the property, which felt unsafe. I had to put a lounge chair in front of my door to feel a little bit safer. Could hear neighboring guest talking late into the night through the walk and the their dog barking in the early hours of the following morning. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for the room price. The wall paint the bathroom seemed questionable for mold cover up. I had to unplug mini refrigerator because it made a loud noise which kept me awake along side the neighbors. The toilet flush handle needed to be jiggled to stop the toilet water from constantly running.

The bathroom was clean and recently renovated. The electric outlets were in weird places so an electric box needed to be installed. The lobby/dining area is very small and not enough tables and chairs for people to sit and enjoy the continental breakfast. Breakfast was also limited and the same food each day. There is no parking behind the building so you need to drag your luggage to the rooms in the back. Otherwise housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous and efficient. The location is ideal for those who are visiting nearby Stanford University.

My biggest complaint is that the vendinf machines dont work so you cant get bottled water on site. Our Direct Tv didnt work, but they were able to get us a better room with a working tv. The wallpaper was peeling in places but otherwise rooms were clean. Decent hotel if you just need a cheap place close to the Shoreline Amphitheater.

You do get what you pay for - and even at this fairly low price for the area it is high for what you get. This should be i. The $89 range. No elevator, so if you happen not to want to carry your luggage up stairs, you must take a first floor room. Since all rooms are directly on the parking lot, there is a lot of noise. Several holes in the wallpaper where something used to hang in the wall although one rip is just a rip. Refrigerator works which is a plus. Seems to be clean, but would be depressing to be here for any length of time. Basic, for sure. But could be in better shape.

I paid for 2 rooms because my son was visiting Stanford University. All of a sudden around 9:30pm I heard this screeching scream. My younger son saw a roach as he was about to use the restroom. He ran into my room and refused to go back to that room. Horrible! He refused to touch any of his clothes and luggage.

When I checked in, the clerk barely looked at me as he was involved in a personal phone conversation. He just asked for my ID and credit card and handed me my room key. When I returned to the motel in the evening there weren’t any parking spaces left, so I had to take a handicap space. Lastly, no lamps in the room. Only harsh overhead lighting.

We were in room 215 upstairs. We had an extreme amount of noise when people checked in next to us and were banging, Slamming doors, kids yelling and crying until midnight. Then around 1 AM a guy in the parking lot was blasting loud music. Windows and walls are very thin. Hardly got any sleep. Also there was a hair on the bathroom counter and the room had not been deep cleaned. Luckily, I had booked with a refundable rate and we left after the first night. There were water stains and peeling wallpaper, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way unless you slammed it had. It was obvious there were no regular inspections and maintenance going on in that room. The only plus was there was a hot breakfast with eggs and sausage.

The room was quite adequate and met our expectations. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets. The room is very dated and somewhat worn. Motel is in process of updating rooms. We had room towards back so it was quiet. It took 18-20 minutes easy commute to get to Stanford Hospital.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the hot breakfast was adequate. No complaints there. The wifi was terrible. We have iPads that rely on wifi, and every time we opened one to do something, we had to log on again and wait 5 minutes to be connected AGAIN. One of the rooms had a broken shower fixture, as well as a mislabeled bottle of shampoo. Not the end of the world but definitely a nuisance.

It’s not my go to place in Palo Alto. The amenities are not good and the shampoo/conditioner was empty in the shower stall. Area is noisy at night with traffic.

While the standard room was small, it had all the essentials and everything in the room worked as it should. The daily breakfast served in the office included sausage, egg whites, tater tots, toast, mini muffins, and yogurt. Not a lot of choices here, but it was okay. They had great coffee in the office.

In a quiet area with a lot of businesses. The front desk was as responsive as they could be but there are issues. When we got back to our room at 9:15pm from a trip to SF the tub had dirty water in it. I went down to rhe front office but all they could do about it was offer me a plunger. It worked & cleared up the backup but no staff was present to clean the tub. This morning my son took a shower to clear it up. When it was my turn the tub started gurgling and flushed more dirty water into the tub. I could not take my shower. The room also doesn’t have kleenix, and the toilet paper is on the opposite wall from the toilet. For a small or elderly person it requires them to leave the toilet to get the wipes.

Close to 22 Bus for easy access to Stanford U and Palo Alto (both directions). The room was clean. The exterior of the hotel was just okay. The area around the hotel was just okay (boarded up gas station across the street). I was disappointed to find that I was hit with a $10 charge on check-in that I didn't anticipate. The breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Toilet lever kept getting stuck. I am celiac and only gluten free option was banana for full breakfast. And the lovely jack hammer at 7:00 am for alarm clock. Oh can’t forget the rock hard bed. But it was clean.
