Dirty smelly rooms with peeling wallpaper and grimey furnishings. Rooms never stay here again especially for the price. The second floor smelled horrible of mildew. Asked to change rooms. On the top floor huge panels of wallpaper were hanging off the wall.

There was an issue with the room across the hall from us. There was a woman who left the room - not sure about details, however, she did say to the housekeeping staff that she was leaving because she did not pay. She was right outside our door for well over an hour arranging her "stuff" and talking to herself, possibly drinking??? I called the front desk more than 10 times to find out what the problem was as I felt unsafe leaving my room with this going on in the hallway. There was no answer, the phone in our room did not work and we had to wait for her to leave on her own. When we finally left the property later that day, we spoke with Sheriffs who were on site for another issue and told them about this problem. We have stayed at this hotel for more than 30 years and this was the first time I felt unsafe. In my opinion, there should be more security measures to keep those who do not belong in the hotel out of the hotel. The housekeeping staff was super helpful and very attentive, the rest of the staff seemed to be a little short handed.

Great inexpensive place to stay at if you have work meetings in the area etc. parking is in the back, I did see a few people hanging around the parking lot through the night but nothing got broken into so we are a-ok. You are getting what you pay for at 97 dollars a night and this really is all I needed for this work trip. If you are going to be out and about and only need a private room/shower/bed for the night this is a good deal. The staff was super cool too honestly. They were far from corporate bs front desk personnel and actually would have a normal conversation with you and crack jokes. Which I appreciate.

- The place is rundown and a bit outdated. I understand the place is going through some renovations, but that should be shared at the time of booking. - Keypads were recently replaced but the door looks like it went a round with Mike Tyson with chipped paint here and there. - Hallway carpet needs a thorough washing. - Elevator took forever and the floors in lobby and elevator were sticky. - Phone was not working, so if I needed anything I had to go back down to the front desk. Would have been helpful if the staff shared this when I checked in. I even tried calling from my room to the main line, but no answer. Staff could have been busy when I called, but it was just a bit inconvenient. - The time I stayed, there was no wifi. They had hot spots instead, which was spotty connection. Wasn't able to do much work in the hotel so I had to find a cafe with better connection. - Rooms was fine, no complaints. I'm not just a fan of the sink being outside of the bathroom and had little counter space. - There were homeless people hanging out in the back lot which was at time uncomfortable. - Overall, place was convenient. Staff was nice but could be more informative of things so I didn't have to go up and down each time I needed something. - Maybe won't stay here again, until it finishes renovations.
