The pool area was shut down. Yes it was over 100 degrees. No warning on website or Expedia's. VERY DISAPOINTED! I won't be going back to Holiday Inn nor using Expedia again.

The front desk was less than helpful when I asked which parking lot would be easiest to unload my items by my room seeing as there were two parking lots. The cost for one night of parking was also $24.99 which if I had known I would have gone elsewhere. The elevators were in much need of repairs. We were put in a room next to three elevators that were extremely loud all night long. A few of the elevators had tape holding pieces of the elevator together. When we had gone down to the pool there was a strange man who was laying on a lounger next to the pool. Not sure if he was a guest or an employee or someone who just walked off the street. But we were therefore, over an hour and he had not moved or made a peep. Very concerning. I probably would not stay at this hotel again. And I do not recommend this to others with a family.

The location was conveniently off the freeway, but quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities included a pool, large jacuzzi, and a dry sauna. The breakfast tasted homemade and was a pleasant surprise, not your grab and go breakfasts many hotels now provide. It’s a little dated, but clean.

This looks like a hotel that has been abandoned due to major construction in progress upfront and around, the signs to direct you are not clear, the parking in the back is limited and tight due to construction containers blocking space needed to move around and reverse. It was late when I arrived, I bit the bullet bc I was tired from traveling and no energy to look for something else nor argue with hotels.com so I made the best of it. If you are considering this hotel, please pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

Property was 3 minutes drive to the volleyball tournament facility. Also it’s next to the Merriott that has a Starbucks inside. There is a pool and a small gym. Gym was empty but can accommodate up to 3 people max or else it’s pretty tight.

I was shocked and disgusted to find a roach in my Holiday Inn room. While the staff did switch me to another room when I asked, the damage was already done — it's impossible to feel comfortable knowing there are roaches in the building. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control. I couldn't rest, worried about possible roaches or even eggs in the room. For a major hotel brand, this is completely unacceptable, and I wont be booking here again.

Overall it’s a decent hotel. It is currently undergoing renovations so my review is based on the room I stayed in which does not seem to have been renovated recently. There was grout missing in the tile bathroom and the sink area was not as clean as it could have. The area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy but the hotel itself was good.

Two night stay. No hot water either night, had to take very cold showers, key cards continually quit working for a few of our rooms. Pool and spa out of order and had been for a while with no notice when booking. Front staff was very friendly and apologetic but didn’t do much to make it right. We had four rooms for two nights 9 total people taking cold showers. And the gave us 3 total breakfast tickets for our trouble.

Bed bugs which required urgent care visit plus prescriptions for my 82 year old mother. Plus the cost of buying new clothes so we had something infested to wear while we washed all our clothes. After we packed and moved to a new hotel. Should have our whole stay refunded plus medical and inconvenience costs.

Modern, clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the facility is well maintained with good security. The only problem was about 6 inches of foam on top of the hot tub. We wanted to go sit in the hot tub but that kind of put us off.

Upon arrival and walking into lobby there was a strong smell of Cannabis. Front desk people were very nice. Elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. Carpets were very old, stained and smelled like a locker room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as we found someone’s sock by the bed and towels had hair on them. Bed is very lumpy.

Great staff and location. The entire complex is clean and attractive. Had some probs with air conditioner thermostat and couldn't hookup to WiFi. The restaurant has like 2 items on the menu but plenty of other restaurants close by.

I had requested a room facing the street and away from the freeway. I got a room in one of the wings and the freeway noise kept me awake the whole night. Also, the bed was slanted towards the middle of the room so was not very comfortable. You need to rotate the mattresses from time to time so it doesn't feel like you your' going to roll out of bed and fall on the floor. The room only had one regular (non-decaf) coffee pod and my wife and I both like to have a cup of regular coffee when we first wake up. Otherwise I liked the hotel and the room. The staff were very pleasant.

The staff was so friendly. My daughter had recently been discharged from the hospital and was staying here to be close to her baby who was still admitted to UC Davis. They gave her a lot of assistance as she was having difficulty getting around. Thank you to the awesome staff!

Lupe at check in was very welcoming as well as Veronica later in the evening made sure we didn’t need anything. Quiet and safe location. Currenlty under construction but never heard a noise. Room was updated. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay, but I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again. This is the second time in a row where it’s taken weeks to get back a $100 deposit. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still $100 deposit refund

We had to leave earlier than breakfast opened up (we prepaid for breakfast). When checking in, manager said they could have our breakfast ready for pickup the next day by 5:30 am since cook was on site by then. In the morning, the gentleman at the desk said they could not make us breakfast even though they had the order in the computer and he went and checked with cook. My thing, don’t offer something you can’t deliver and what has happened to customer service and going above and beyond. I would have understood the night before if they had said no.

Chris at check in, was excellent!! Explained all of the hotel's amenities and where everything was located. He even looked up who delivered pizza in the area for us! Then told us, they had a restaurant on site, with really good food. Chris was right!! The burger and chicken pasta we had were really good. Nice server too.

substandard for a holiday inn. they make you pay extra for breakfast and they take for ever you serve you. I paid for breakfast and then had to skip out on breakfast because they took for ever to get my breakfast. for the money you pay it is not worth it, go elsewhere.

Property was clean, staff was incredibly attentive. The beds were rough and very noisy. Doors do not close all of the way unless you wait and pull them shut. Inside the hotel was clean but there were needles in the parking lot and homeless hanging around at night.

The location was conveniently off the freeway, but quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities included a pool, large jacuzzi, and a dry sauna. The breakfast tasted homemade and was a pleasant surprise, not your grab and go breakfasts many hotels now provide. It’s a little dated, but clean.

The hot breakfast was yummy; coffee was not as strong as I like (I love espresso and dark roast coffee). I like that there was a restaurant available with a good selection of food (American and Mexican). Staff was helpful, accommodating and ready to answer any questions. There are signs posted about the hotel being renovated-it wasn't an issue for me other than hearing mumbled sounds of other guests a few times-but it quieted down after 10pm; they also have a sign about quiet hours 9pm-9am which I felt was observed during my stay. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall good stay!

Great staff and location. The entire complex is clean and attractive. Had some probs with air conditioner thermostat and couldn't hookup to WiFi. The restaurant has like 2 items on the menu but plenty of other restaurants close by.

Paid extra on the app for breakfast- couldn't get a $2.80 muffin- was told it was extra when it was the only thing ordered with the two breakfast coupons we paid for. Girl had a horrible attitude. Hotel and everything else was fine - girl working food was rude and needs a new job

Chris at check in, was excellent!! Explained all of the hotel's amenities and where everything was located. He even looked up who delivered pizza in the area for us! Then told us, they had a restaurant on site, with really good food. Chris was right!! The burger and chicken pasta we had were really good. Nice server too.

substandard for a holiday inn. they make you pay extra for breakfast and they take for ever you serve you. I paid for breakfast and then had to skip out on breakfast because they took for ever to get my breakfast. for the money you pay it is not worth it, go elsewhere.

There is remodeling and it didn’t interefere with any services. I do have a room that had pets. I got flea bites and the room had a stench smell. We purchased a plug in fragrance and worked well. Next time I will ask for a pet free room. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was great too. Location was good and there is shopping close by. Pool was clean.

No closet! Only hooks with hangers within an enclosed seat area. Impossible to hang my clothes smoothly. It was very disappointing that the large mirror light - and only light above the sink mirror did not work. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to help put on my makeup in the mirror. There wasn't a towel rack, towels or wash cloths in the sink area. The bed was too far away from the light switch on the left side of the bed. I like to read in bed, but in order to turn off the light I had to get out of bed at night... than I'm wide awake again. Tape on the floor holding down the carpet when it met the hard floor and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. It would be helpful to have two chairs in the room - not just a wheeled desk chair. It was obvious and okay that the hotel is under construction. That was handled very well. BUT, it was obvious that our room had not yet been remodeled and should not have been rented to clients. Only great thing - The bed was fabulous and so comfortable.
