There was security cameras on site. One day someone was looking at my car. I would not leave it unattended. I had 2 vehicles and i parked my other car in a safe location. Homless people outside loitering and a few people that look like they live there long term. We stayed 11 nights and only 2 nights were noise after 2a.m. We had to clean the room before entering. We went to dollar tree to buy supplies to mop the floors. Surprisingly we only seen 2 bugs within the stay. There was nats and flys. Better than most places but if you're on a budget just deal with it. Beds were clean. Housekeeping was nice and came a few times during our stay. Having a fullsize refrigerator and microwave was convient. Maintenance fixed the electric stove stop so we can prepare meals. My family slept good here. This was the most affordable stay for our length of time near Sacramento. I prefer this area over nort natomas.

THE ROOM WAS FINE, BUT THE STAIRWAY GOING TO UPPER ROOMS SMELL LIKE HOMELESS ARE URINATING ALL OVER. RECOMMEND PRESSURE WASHING STAIRWAY OFF WITH SOAP / CHEMICAL. WOULD BE NICE IF THERE WAS AT LEAST COFFEE AND ICE AVAILABLE.

I had to switch rooms because the fire alarm was chirping constantly. Next room has no phone or toilet paper. No ice machine. Outdated furniture. Not impressed. The young lady was nice though.

the staff was nice enough , however the propety its self is in a bad state of repair. our cable tv was electrical taped and kept falling out , one light was held up at the joint with electrical tape , drawers would not stay shut , no kind of anything to go with kitchen, beds really lumpy , elevator was all broken up on inside and dirty , we had to ask for table chairs , we got them but one was broken , no house keeping , other small stuff

Room was newly renovated, clean, bug free, had a stove, kitchen sink, microwave, medium sized refrigerator and dining table. Area seemed safe and was quiet. Ample parking. Very affordable. Walls were a little thin but no after hour noise. Had a nice chat with the property manager and receptionist upon checking in. My week long stay was peaceful so I booked it again.

The Public Health Department Needs to be made aware of this place. They don’t clean the grounds. The rooms were cleaned poorly. I complained about the trash urine homeless people and nothing was done. I get the price but it shouldn’t take for you to stay at a Marriott to don’t have to see urine and filth as you go to you paid room. ALso it’s not safe the security door to the rooms is broken anyone can come and go. The stairs is like leaving in the projects. Graffiti flirt etc…I did call to complain nothing happened. I took a video. DO NOT GO THERE IF CAN AFFORD A BETTER PLACE.

What you pay for. Internet went down and I was informed it wouldn't be back up for days. Fortunately I was already checking out so I checked into another hotel. Place is alright. Get what you pay for, nothing more. Needs work. Mold in bathroom was bothering.

There are people living in this hotel. Roaches, bugs, chewed up cabinet, burn holes in sheets and smelled of urine. Absolutely horrible.

People in the parking lot working in their car as if they were in their own driveway at home. The stairwell smelled like urine and even had a puddle of urine in it. There was a roach in the room.

The room was dirty and even though it was in a non smoking room the room had a smell to it. There was roaches in the room . The mattresses where horrible. They have no live people to talk to at night at hotel. When moved to another room the walls and doors and door handles were dirty. My guest and I had to sleep with all our things in the bed due to being afraid of having bugs in that to room. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

The property was extremely dirty smelt like urine. The first room we got got only had a sheet on the bed which was stained. The floor wasn't cleaned. The air conditioner plug looked like a huge fire hazard and didn't work. The towels looked like shop towels and I'm pretty sure there's bed bugs The least of the problems was all the activity till early in the morning The rental agent at the front desk was very nice and accommodating when I requested another room

Room was clean but bathroom handle would fall off when I turned on water. Used syringes in elavator. Wa not asked about pets and unaware of 10 dollar charge a day for pet. And had to pay extra 70 at check in that I could not afford. Piles of garbage by office and could not understand employees we had language barrier.

I'm glad I was only there for 1 night. Our door's dead bolt didn't work so I felt unsafe for the night. My room had a lingering cigarette smell in the air. The bed was comfortable but the pillows, like why even have pillows on the bed if they were gonna be that flat. Our room was so cold that my kids and I had to where sweaters to bed. I'm asthmatic so we didnt turn on the heater.

Kitchen would be useful it there were pots and utensils. Microwave and fridge pretty good. Bed was a bit saggy. There are people living long term at the hotel. The elevator feels run down. And they charge you a $50 deposit which you can only get back if you present the original hand written post-it note, forefit otherwise!

I will never book another room at this hotel. I arrived a few minutes before 7:00pm. There was no one in the office, and no note on the door. I sat outside of the office calling them over and over again, with no answer. I was exhausted from a long day, and all I wanted was to check into my hotel and sit down. 45 minutes of waiting and calling, someone finally showed up. She gave me no reason as to why no one was there to check me in or answer the phones. No apology and was extremely rude, as if I was an inconvenience to her. Horrible customer service. Then to top it off, my room smelled like cigarettes, and the bedding looked dirty or badly stained. As with the 45 minute wait time check-in, the staff was equally unconcerned about my noise complaint. There was so much noise coming from other guests and people in the parking lot, I was too frustrated and checked out by 11:30pm. What a waist of money, never again.

Hotel canceled my guaranteed, prepaid reservation 1 hour before checkin. When i called to ask why, they informed me they were overbooked and too bad. This caused a lot of stress as i had to scramble while on the road to locate another lodging option on a busy weekend. It also caused us to be late for a wedding reception.

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. We had a confirmed confirmation for 2 nights. We arrived prior to the front office posted closing time to find a note on the door stating that they did not have any rooms available. When I knocked on the door, the front office staff was rude and let me know that I would not have a room for the night. No notification prior to arriving. We were attending a 2 day event. Saturday, we found out other people attending the same event had also booked this hotel. They called to check on their reservation and were told the same thing! No room for them! Do not stay at this hotel!!

Inside the room was clean but old. Outside when we got there was filled with junky cars and homeless people and going. We didn't feel safe with our truck out there. We will not be back. We drove by in the daytime and the packing lot was empty.

A terrible hotel. I arrived at 4 AM and had to wait until 8 AM to check in because the front desk was closed. There are many homeless people wandering around the hotel. The elevator, hallways, and doors are very dirty, and it feels disgusting to touch anything. The room has dirty bedding and a filthy shower. There's no cold water in the faucet. The key card stops working quickly. The room is also extremely noisy, with 50 decibels of constant noise because there's a highway right outside the window. Rating: 0 out of 10. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; it should be shut down.

Property didn’t tell us that they were going to have painters on site and they got paint all over our truck and then denied any compensation as they said that they did tell people that painters were going to be there to paint, but there was nothing posted on any doors and the front desk always leave at two in the afternoon so you have to use their automated system after that.

Check-in was a nightmare. There did not appear to be any staff, front desk or otherwise, on site overnight. Check-in was done via a kiosk in the lobby with someone who appeared to be off site. The sound quality was some of the worst I've ever had the misfortune to hear, dropping out randomly, and I had to ask the young lady on the other end to repeat almost everything multiple times.

Truth is the rooms are very clean … No smart tvs here but these people are nosey and expect you don’t have close to no visitors. If you do have visitors, you are expected to report it to the front desk and present your identification card. There are cameras everywhere. They will kick you out before checkout time.
