Generally very nice! Very nice touches of free drink/snack as well as breakfast. Pool was a real treat. Gym is nice, although any more than 2 people in there it’s a bit intimate. Air con in room sounded like it was ready to take off all night though.

Nice facility. Dinner at Logans next door was just OK. Pool looked good although we didn't use it. Confused by the sign that said there was snacks and drinks in the lounge...lounge was empty 😅

The room was extremely noisy all night, the air was on and off not keeping the room cool. The bed was uncomfortable. The elevator was not working properly. This is my go to property for the cleanliness comfort, nice pool and this was an absolute disappointment.

The property was decent for the price point. The hallways did have a smell of mildew and smoke. It was unpleasant but once inside the room, it was better. The area feels sketchy but just a few minutes driving is a mall with plenty of popular food options. Overall wasn’t bad for a one night stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was clean and provided nice swimming. There could be some improvement in cleanliness. I tossed several pool towels for having stains. Our room had a previous guests forgotten belonging left in it with the spare sheets set, that appeared to be used and not replaced. When I notified the staff they replaced it right away. However more detail could be taken when cleaning.

wonderful staff, beautiful clean pool, clean very comfortable rooms, well set up. Don't let the outside appearance which is rather drab put you off, nor the lobby which is plain. It's a lovely place to stay with a great breakfast!

Room was average to low in cleanliness. Hotel interior is compact feeling; not open & airy like other hotels in the same price range. In the middle of busy city with lots of raucous & activity lead to very little sleep.

This is my second time staying here. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and it’s overall clean. This time there was someone else’s razor on my shower, which grossed me out. However, the shower still appeared to be clean. The staff here are always super kind and helpful. They have a good variety for free breakfast, and fun little free happy hours each evening, except Sundays. I will stay here each time I visit because it is a great hotel.

We booked the largest room type and that was a mistake. The room had a wall mounted AC unit and it simply couldn’t cool the whole room. As a result, the sitting area was freezing and the bedroom area was far too hot to sleep comfortably. The walls are also quite thin, and you hear too much from adjoining rooms.

Very nice experience. Room is big. Has extra area with sofa coffee table and second tv. Best thing is that there is a dividing door and can be closed! Perfect for families with kids. Bathroom area vanity is big. Water flows fast. Nice shower!

Staff made us very welcome as we had our sons family join us for the evening to celebrate Christmas. We took over a few tables in the lounge for dinner we bought outside of hotel and were told that the hotel wants us to feel like it’s our home. Great staff all around.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but the check-in process was so bad that it ruined our experience. We arrived at 6:00 PM and we're told our room wasn't ready. "Gianna" was extremely rude and didn't seem to sympathize at all with our kids who had been in108 degree weather at the water park all day. We said we thought check in was at 4pm and she snapped back with "STARTS AT 4pm". I have never been treated like this at any hotel I've ever checked into...the other lady was trying to step in and help us in some way, she went above and beyond to try to make things right but Gianna was just awful. At one point my sister said why are you being so rude and she snapped back that we were the ones being rude. I don't know what was going on, but it was a super hostile atmosphere and it literally ruined our trip. If we could have got a refund, we would have definitely stayed somewhere else. Other than check in, room was nice and breakfast was really good. Elevator felt like it was dying though.

Was very taken aback by the extremely rude check in experience after staying here so many times over the years- unfriendly, unhelpful and would’ve let me stand there for who knows how long without asking me if I needed to check in until I got their attention and acted extremely irritated before telling me they were almost off work. After being a loyal visitor of the hotel I think it’s time to venture out after this experience. Still love the hotel and have had nice check ins before, but this was a big bummer.

The check in time at this hotel is 4pm. We arrived to check in after a long day at the water park with multiple kids and three adults in a group of three rooms. Our rooms were not ready at arrival and upon our arrival at 6pm the staff checking us in Gianna, was extremely rude. Rather than being nice about our rooms not being ready 2 hours after check-in time, Gianna was extremely rude, I mean downright awful. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. She didn’t offer us extra drink tickets or to wait by the pool or anything. She just told us we could go elsewhere! She also lied and said the rooms weren’t ready because she was putting us on the same floor, so we said that’s fine we will have different floors, then she said actually those rooms aren’t ready either. There was another staff member, Chelsea who was friendly and offered drink tickets. Didn’t get into our rooms until 6:45 after being treated like garbage. There was no manager available to speak with at the time. Highly recommend staying elsewhere unless you enjoy being yelled at by an employee when the rooms are not ready at check in!

They were nice enough, but I did not like being told I was being charged a $100 deposit AFTER they already subkitted the charge. Moreover NO WHERE did it say there would be a deposit of $100 charged. That's just not transparent customer service. Also a previous guest's food was left in our "clean" room. Do better Oxford Suites.

We've stayed at other Oxford Suite locations that were much newer and nicer and in a better location (i.e. Santa Rosa for example). This property was much older and not in the best area. In fact, as we walked to a local restaurant next door, there was a homeless man who was known to hang out in the area that started yelling and swearing at us for no reason. Definitely didn't feel safe outside of the hotel as the area was a bit sketchy. Loved the lower pet fees and social hour that they offered. Rooms need updating.

Location is great - close to I-5 and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, rooms are well maintained. The bathroom door was not closing fully unless you tug it hard. The check in experience was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet staff however were rude as they were controlling the portions. Granted there were many guests that weekend with a swim meet but it felt like they did not like the hotel too full

Our stay was excellent. We were pleased to be offered a room on the fourth floor, secluded from the crowd. We prefer not being near families with children, so this was perfect for us. The happy hour was a delightful surprise; it filled us up and allowed us to skip dinner. Breakfast was fantastic too. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, and I plan to do so very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oxford Suites Hotel in Redding, California. Even though our visit was quick, everything about the experience was excellent. They hired a very good photographer to make a dated but updated hotel look better than it really is. The room was clean and there really wasn't as issue except that there was a single person checking in customers and a line waiting to be checked in. Breakfast options were very limited and almost nothing for health conscious or diabetic customers. Overall average but somewhat disappointing.

The staff were amazing. So friendly. Everyone we encountered- front desk, kitchen, housekeeping and the bartender, superb customer service. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best I’ve had. Fresh eggs, bacon, variety of cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, Fresh fruit, good coffee, comfortable seating. There was a daily happy hour, Mon-Sat. Clean gym with Peloton, treadmill, elliptical and free weights, TV and mats. Really good value. Would definitely stay again.
