The added security at the gate made me feel more comfortable leaving my vehicle

The room was very old and tired. Peeling paint and damage. The air con smelt of urine when it was on and despite being a non smoking room the smell of cigarettes was strong and there were cigarette burns in various places. There were people literally camped in their car in the parking lot and it didn’t feel safe. Also the smell of cannabis drifting into my room regularly. Despite all this the two ladies on reception were very kind and helpful but I would never book there again, The final issue was I booked this close to the airport because it had guest laundry so I had clean clothes for the next leg of my business trip. The laundry was out of order so now I fly with a case of dirty laundry and nothing clean to wear on my next work days so had to uber to Walmart to at least buy something to wear. A real disaster and please please don’t stay there.

Everything was fine except for the lack of parking space.

It seems this hotel is being improved but has a long way to go. Breakfast was a little muffin and granola bar and coffee to go. We skipped the breakfast. It’s dirty around the building and stairwell. Kitchenette and bathroom are old but in working condition. Need a longer shower curtain as the water is leaking out. Had wifi and good and quiet ac. Gerald at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Needs some updates and light bulbs. Staff was very nice. Also needs an ice machine (1 ice tray in freezer doesn't work). Great price. Great restaurant Quatro Amigos very close by.

Convenient location and helpful to have a studio kitchen. Staff was friendly but not always available. Parking did not feel secure.

Just needed a clean room for the night as we were passing through. So much for clean. The floor was absolutely horrible and dirty. Shower floor was clean because the curtain was too short and water all over the floor. But the rest of the place, no. Took my shoes off and my "white" socks we black by the time I went to bed. Yes, see picture. In the am my shoes were black on the bottom when we left the room. No ice machine available, gives you some ice trays (again not clean) to make your own. This is more for extended stays then one night. Went for a walk and almost lost my dinner from the urine smell coming from the dumpsters of old mattresses. Never again.

This is by far one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bathtub looked dirty and the drain plug to take a bath did not work. We had to ask for a couple of blankets because all they have is a sheet and a comforter that was like a second sheet. We were told we could only have one blanket. I’m disabled yet we could not get a ground floor room so we had to lug our bags upstairs. No elevators! The staff were odd and unfriendly. BUT…that’s not all, this hotel is housing the homeless and if they say they are not, they’re lying! I’ll never stay there again nor will I recommend this place to any one!

Everything worked perfectly, service was fine and the hotel enforces free parking with providing you a proper parking permit to stay. They also allow you to access the bike path which you’ll need to unlock with your room card that the hotel offers you as well that allows you to meet with all of the hotel accommodations they have for their hotel guests. This hotel is located conveniently off of garden highway which leads to traveling around Sacramento safely. It’s next to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attractions.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The room was tidy and clean. The tv and free wifi worked great. The bed was very comfy and clean. The area felt safe, secure, and quiet, we had no worries about our car with security present even past 11pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would most definitely stay here again!

This property needs to be shut down. The room I had was HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. I had 2 days booked and checked out the next day. There was graffiti above the bathroom mirror, no dishes in the kitchenette, chairs repaired with tape. I woke went to the bathroom and a cockroach ran across my feet. I was seen the next day in the ER for contact dermatitis. The sheets on the bed caused a serious rash on my abdomen and back. I had to take Prednisone for 7 days!!! My birthday weekend was RUINED!! The staff was very helpful and understanding.

I reserved a non smoking room, clearly smelled of smoke and had burn marks in bathroom sink. Floor was filthy left black foot prints in tub.

I spent hours looking at hotels in Sac and settled on this one due to it having space in the room for my kids toddler bed, and it appeared clean, like all hotel pics do. From the exterior, it looks really nice and it's a really nice, quiet area. Plenty of space to park. We get to our room though, and instantly smelled cig smoke. lked further into the room and smelled rotten food... that acidic smell of rotten fruit. The smell did not go away. In fact, it impacted my ability to sleep pretty bad. On top of that, and the fact the curtains do not block out all the night lights at all. Besides that, the room was very very dirty. Counters were not wiped down, there was visible trash behind and under furniture, and in corners. The carpeted and vinyl foors were all sticky, damp and the carpet smelled like dog pee. Furniture was chewed on by a dog. There was hair on the blow dryer, showing that wasn't cleaned either. The TV captioning didn't work at all, which was a bummer, being I'm heairing impaired, so i couldn't watch anything. They advertise free internet, except the "free" part didn't work, and they want you to pay $5/day to use working internet. The grab n go breakfast was hilarious, and there was no premade coffee available at 9am, and the muffins were gross. Only positive is that it appeared the bed sheets and towels were clean and there were no bed bugs. The bed was on the firm side, which was actually fine by us. Overall, one of the worst hotel rooms i have ever stayed in.

It was in bad condition, the room was not clean and the chair was ripped. The bathroom had stains on the sink and the shower was disgusting. I was itching terribly while laying on the bed from something?

Checking in hotel staff was extremely rude the hotel room was so gross there were pubic hairs on the door head hairs on the fan above the stove Blood on the lampshade the lamps by the bed had burnt out bulbs we request more but they never brought them to us and they didn't even tell us we can go get them when we asked they just said okay I would have checked out and went somewhere else but we were there for Aftershock so with them taking out the money for the room everything was so overpriced I didn't have anywhere else to stay or else I would have left but everything was so disgusting I wiped up the floor with a wet napkin because I spilled something and the napkin was black will definitely not go back

First room we were given was not cleaned. Totally disgusting. Second room was dirty, sticky floors, dirty furniture. Bed was somewhat clean.

Had a weird smell and was dirty with spiderwebs didn't seem thoroughly cleaned. Also seen several cockroaches.

The rooms were disgusting. The first room I was in had roaches in it. The second room the counters and bathroom had not been cleaned and smelled heavily of cigarettes.

This place was disgusting. We went with friends and neither room had been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and under the bathroom sink. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed sheets had stains. Would not recommend.

First room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and had hella cigarette burns on the bathroom sink, luckily the nice lady at front desk switched us rooms, second room was clean smelt good only thing wrong was the door handle kept falling off and there was kids paint everywhere and scratches on the wall that I’m praying they not going to try and charge me for luckily I took pictures of everything so there’s a time stamp to prove all that stuff was not me

Hard bed. Air conditioner didn’t blow cold air. Bath tub looked old and dirty. Front office and rooms smell of marijuana

The room was good for our one night stay before heading back home. Easy parking, quiet and safe. The room was older. The AC unit was alright, the microwave wasn’t working. There was a kitchen and a kitchen sink which was useful. No ventilation in the bathroom. The shower head was broken and taped, and water was sprayed too wide making it hard to take shower.

Description says it includes breakfast; it basically amounted to coffee and packaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. If you’re expecting a waffle maker and an assortment of eggs and or sausage etc., (like other similarly priced hotels, you’ll want to look elsewhere.

The AC had a "continuous fan" option, which I liked so the unit was turning on and off all night. Nestled in an office park area, so it was quiet at night.

Arrived at 10:10 PM and there was no one at the counter in the lobby until 10:40 PM. The property outside is dirty. The room itself had no cups, the phone to the front desk has no telephone wire connected to the wall. The television had no remote and was wobbly. The WiFi was horrible and kept cutting out, I was on an important meeting online and had to keep logging back in to the WiFi. The bed covers are more like just tip sheets. No coffee abilities in the room, no cups, no utensils or plates. The light switch when I walk in the room turns on nothing. Absolutely Bare bones minimum amenities. Would never stay here again. Weird tweaks hanging around the parking lot.

Excellent staff service

The stay was terrible. We got there at about 6 pm . We waited in the lobby when we knocked on a door for service a voice let us know she was on lunch and we would have to wait. We left to pick up food and drinks. Came back 45 minutes later and still no one helped . When she finally came to the front there was 6 guests now waiting with issues or to checkin . She had a really bad attitude and was not helpful with anyone . Our room did not seem as though it was clean . The pull out sofa was dirty . The mattress had dirty and crumbs under the mattress was worse. I cleaned it as best I could. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The microwave didn’t work. The toilet paper dispenser was broken . We needed sheets and a blanket for the pull out sofa . Again we went to the front the same young lady was rude and told us to go back to our room they would be brought to us. They never came . I went to the local Walmart to buy my own sheets and blankets for my kids . I tried to call corporate but they only are open regular business days and hours . Never will I stay there again.

Professional staff, clean room

When i had an initial problem with my room upon check in, i stopped into the offince before leaving for my event and told them. They upgraded my room for the inconvenience and gave me a new room without question or issue. They even let me move my things from my original room after my event instead of right away which was a blessing so i was not late.

I was able to book a reservation but one I arrived I had issues with my key card not working. I tried to get the issue resolved twice only to be told that they no longer had rooms available. The front staff then only wanted to grant me a partial refund.

In all honestly, I booked this place by mistake…I wanted a totally different hotel with some similarity in name. I explained my mistake to the front desk woman, Liana, and she totally understood and allowed us to cancel our reservation & processed our refund. Liana was very pleasant and professional, a real asset to this property!!

I drove to Sacramento from Newport beach. Long drive and I got to Extended Stay at around 1:20 am. I go to check in (I reserved a room the morning prior) and the door was locked. I used the phone by the door to call for a late night check in, only to be told that they were doing audits and would not be checking anyone else on for the night. I spent my money to reserve a room only to be rejected at the door. Horrible service.

It was run down, full of long term people who could afford only cheap accomodation. I didn’t check the reviews before I booked. Not in what I would call a good area. I couldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I couldn’t even stay here because of how uncomfortable I was walking around the area. There are a bunch of homeless people walking around and hanging in the parking lot, sleeping in their cars and being loud and rude. I was supposed to be in the building all the way in the back and just walking to my room I felt so unsafe. Everyone in the parking lots were staring me down and making rude remarks. I left so fast. Luckily, they gave me a refund

Walked in the room it seemed like old building I had to ask for spray, but smell came back, someone had already used the hand soap, bathroom ceiling need a paint job or a wipe down, the tub was molded, chairs had food on them in cracks, curtains need changing, more lighting in room needed, dresser drawer had a missing drawer, floor was dirty my socks are proof, refrigerator not very clean/need new racks, stove needed more cleaning, room door handle needs a fix, offer more for breakfast

This hotel has a clean room and comfortable bed. Nothing else. No hair dryer, iron or coffee maker in the room. Finally got a hair dryer on the third request (Thank you Misha). Breakfast is a small muffin and a nutragrain bar.

Descripton online didnt match onsite property. Property was old, maintenance was minimalist. To many problems with guest rooms doors, appliances were old. Continental breakfast were 1 pot coffee, ceral bars, packaged oatemeal, packaged muffins. When items ran out, that was it no more.

Condition of this extended stay is poor. Free breakfast include a muffin and coffee and snack bar - well below expectation. Or what can I expect. Homeless people linger around. It should be off listing.

Absolutely terrible place, I have never had an experience like I had at this hotel. The room was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Dirty, bugs in the room! Terrible marijuana smells everywhere! Breakfast is a joke!!!
