We selected this hotel as it was close to the Pier our cruise to Mexico was leaving from. Office staff very nice and for the price the room was great. Also free shuttle service to our pier!!

Place was average for the money. It was close to the port for our cruise. Room was nice. Bed was uncomfortable. We had the room along the street. Very noisy with the traffic outside. We can also hear the people above ⬆️ us walking around. There was a fridge, microwave and hairdryer. Place does look upgraded. Lots of security cameras. That was good.

Perfect for our need - an inexpensive but comfortable place to spend the night before our cruise. Bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers - usual soap and shampoo. Air conditioner works well but a little noisy. Adequate number of electric outlets. Microwave, refrigerator, table and chair, nightstand and dresser. Breakfast was continental - packaged rolls, mini-muffins, granola bars, apples, oranges, juices, coffee, hot water for tea. Free shuttle to cruise terminal. Quick check-in and polite and helpful staff.

This hotel is just over a mile from the San Pedro/Long Beach cruise terminal. The check-in was easy and the man who checked us in was very friendly and informative. We could leave our vehicle here for $10/night and take the free shuttle to the ship but there's no return shuttle. The hotel itself seems well maintained but is showing it's age. Overall impression is favorable and we'd stay here again.

Chose for pre-cruise sleep, but bring earplugs….very noisy street…and offers convenient shuttle to the port. Arrive early to sign up for best times as shuttle holds about 6-8 with big bags. Mostly a take out area, room service menu looks good. Liquor stores close by. Next door is a good oriental place…great chicken teriyaki, but poor wine selection. For price, convenience pre cruise it is what it is. A bit tired, but clean enough.

Room smelled. Paint chipping all over and the walls had paint patches area from spot painting. There was old garbage under the bed from previous people. My toddler ran barefoot for 30 mins after entering the room and his feet were NASTY BLACK. Idk if they are mopping the floors with the same mops I seen them mopping outside with. But it all kinda makes sense. I woke up with bites all over my arms and chest.

The pictures aren't reflective of what the place looks like. Beds are broken, stained sheets, and pubic hair. TV's don't work, also play inappropriate content - which is not ok for little kid eyes to see. Terrible stay.

I have the worst time and to top it off i woke up with bed bugs in my pillow and in my stuff .. !!! And i toke the bed bug to the front staff and i told them i wanted my money back and they said they couldn’t help me with that..!!

Clean room, 24 hour front desk, room service and a well lit property. Also close to dinning, convenience store and gas. I stayed here for one night after a cycling trip on Catalina Island. Mostly for its proximity to the port. I was elated to be able to check in early as my boat arrived a bit earlier than expected. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and a/c unit. All of which I promptly put to good use.

You get what you pay for here. No bells and whistles and not the fanciest place, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean (although a little on the older side, could use some updates), and the A/C worked. Plus they provide a free shuttle to the LA cruise terminal which is a nice perk. I got exactly what I was expecting for the good price I paid and have no complaints. One thing to note though, is it's right next to a busy street, so if you're bothered by the sound of traffic keep that in mind. That doesn't really bother me, I slept with A/C on anyway so didn't really hear it over that. And the upside of that is that there's a lot of places within walking distance (McDonald's, some other restaurants, and a 711)

Older property, clean & well maintained. Smelling of strong cleaning agent as soon as we walked in. Lumpy pillows. King bed which is comfortable. It has everything that we need for an overnight stay. On the go breakfast. Coffee machine at the front desk. Free tea & coffee. No microwave in our room but there is one at the reception. Free shuttle to port. Overall we had a good stay

Property in convenient location to town. Condition of room is a bit worn down (tub glazing, towels, furniture). Wifi is reliable. Busy Street is a bit noisy if you have a room facing Gaffey St.

Good location; cruise port shuttle was a great benefit. Rooms were pretty loud and light came in around the entire door which was annoying and heated up the room unnecessarily. Would stay here again bc the bed was comfy and convenient location for our needs.

The property itself was okay. The rooms were clean but a little dated, and the bed was comfortable. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave or coffee service. Coffee can be obtained from the office at anytime. The traffic in the area is quite noisy - people like to race on the street. A lot of noise from motorcycles. There are restaurants nearby.

I've stayed here several times and always have a good experience. Once, I forgot to ask for a room with a microwave, and staff brought one right to my room. They are friendly and attentive. The rooms are good size with comfortable beds too. Only critique would be that I'm not a big fan of the shampoo/conditioner, so I recommend grabbing your own. I'll definitely be back. The price is great for the stay.

Our stay was comfortable. The location was good and had a lot of places within walking distance Also catching an Uber was quick and easy. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The pool area was a little dirty but otherwise the property was good for a quick overnight stay before a cruise.

I always stay here every time I go to San Pedro see my fiance. Victor is very helpful my 2 different reservations worked out by the help of Victor he is such a great guy.

This hotel definitely needs an update. We picked this place because of location to the cruise port, plus it offers free shuttle. We would stay here again next time if we are embarking out of LA. There are few fast food restaurants within walking distance. I would avoid KFC, just my opinion.

We stayed here just one night before a cruise and it was very convenient. They have a free shuttle that takes you to the cruise port. The hotel itself is on a pretty busy street, but you are able to walk to several fast food restaurants if you are hungry The staff was friendly; the hotel itself needs updating pretty bad. We did feel safe. We could have parked our car here while we were on our cruise, but we chose to pay only $10 a day to park right at the port.

The only thing I like about this place was the bed was clean and comfortable and included a shuttle to cruise terminal The continental breakfast was horrible and the coffee had powder creamer. Expensive for what it was

I have to be honest…if you are staying for one night before a cruise, it might be ok. The hotel is clean, but is right on a 4 lane road and traffic noise in terrible. All of the furnishings are old and in poor shape. You can see daylight around the outside door. The area is sketchy at best, there are no restraints nearby except Del Taco, KFC and McDonald’s. They claim breakfast but is coffee p, juices, wrapped little Debbie products and wrapped honey buns.

This was a great hotel before taking our cruise out of San Pedro. Transportation was included in our stay - easy peasy! Everything was good about the hotel: clean, bed & showers and area safe. Breakfast was juice and individually wrapped danishes. We opted for McDonalds about 1 block away. Definitely would stay here again :)
