Sonesta Select San Ramon

I stayed at the Sonesta last summer and it was great. The last time I came it was a reservation nightmare. The staff seem to be unwilling to help travelers when issues arise. I was in their lobby for 2 hours from after 10pm to midnight when after waiting all that time I ended up with a reservation at another hotel through the booking site. NO help from staff here. Thought I’d try again and the pool is closed, elevators broken and rude unhelpful staff AGAIIN!!

Glad the fire alarm works but it shouldnt take 30+ mins. to turn off at 1:30am

Checked in around 7:30 pm and the person at reception was the most unhelpful person. Had no desire or motivation to answer questions. Booked my room through Hotels.com and the rate advertised for one night was $143.59 but the person at counter charged my card $241. Total scam.
