洗衣非常方便！

カードキーが一枚しかなかったので、別行動ができなかったのが残念だった。外出する人がカードキーを持って行くと、部屋に残っている人はエアコンが切れてしまい快適ではなかった。

Meticulously clean rooms, convenient and affordable self serve laundry, very kinda and helpful staff, and excellent location with great proximity to train stations and Sensoji! Arigato gozaimashita to Hop Inn Asakusa!

Es excelente para una o dos personas, las habitaciones son muy pequeñitas y no hay espacio para maletas, hay café gratis todo el día en la recepción, lavandería y máquina de bebidas.

The room was small but perfect if you intend to visit Tokyo and not stay cooped up in your room all day! The only downside was that there was no microwave inside the room and the fridge stops working when you leave the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Would be nice to get two room keys to enable the AC to keep the room cold when guests are out. Ac also felt underpowered.

Room was very clean and although small had all of the amenities that were needed including a small bathtub. A pleasant surprise were the additional amenities the hotel offered such as tooth brushes, razors, face clothes and hair ties.

Un très bon choix pour le quartier à Asakusa Hôtel bien situé et pratique Matelas un peu trop dur et si vous faites un lavage, il faudra raconter plus de deux heures pour faire sécher le linge, les sécheuses ne fonctionnent pas très bien … Personnel très serviable, nous avons seulement trouvé étrange que le jeune homme de la réception vienne cogner à la porte de la chambre à 11h pile le jour du check Out pour nous demander de quitter…

房間浴室更狹窄，如果你有昂藏七尺，或者天生Hulk人士，真是考慮清楚先入去住，否則後悔莫及，酒店職員24小時當值，不怕找不到，房間清潔每隔三天清理一次，有三種選釋，全個房間清潔，第二種只是清潔浴室更換浴巾，第三種不要打擾，你有潔癖人士想想，酒店設施，24小時乾衣機、飲品自助販賣機，和洗衣乾衣機（自費），咖啡、沖涼用品、咖啡都喺大堂免費自助取，酒店附近有兩個景點，淺草雷門和晴空塔。

Great location, good budget hotel with a clean room and a tiny bathroom.

Clean, all staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to ships, grocery, to Senso-ji Temple, train stations, etc.. the only regret, the bathroom smells but just use odor spray and it should work.

The air con was blastering urine smelling air and as soon as we turned the heating on the room smell hot piss dirty alley in the super …. Disgusting they changed my room when I first complained of the smell they came in the room to witness and agreed it was bad! Next room didn’t smell as bad but ended up just as bad… I asked them bleach and at midnight I was bleaching the entire bathroom unfortunately I hadn’t realise it was the air con unit they were the worse so we had to switch air con off and froze all night and I took pictures of the disgusting vents of the 2 air con unit in the morning. I woke up so tired and extreme sore throat! My holiday has been ruined by utterly disgusting Japanese hotels!! I’m so tired having to deal with this crap! It needs to be checked when I complained downstairs other clients joined in to say their room smelled of urine too. I’m sure these places are unhealthy and unsafe for people to breathe I told them I would complain and they need to clean all the air con unit! They said sorry and we will clean your room! After I’ve bleached it ! I want my money back! This is unacceptable to treat your client like this nobody wants to sleep in a tiny room smelling of concentrated hot urine! Do Not stay in this hostel even though I must admit staffs was very friendly

Staff was very helpful with everything including shipping some of our luggage ahead of us and holding some after check out for us. Facilities were accommodating if in need of some upgrading, room floors were a little dirty.

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly, excellent amenities, but most importantly the location was the best for exploring the area. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

The room was small as expected. We were only there to sleep, so no issue. Room for bag storage under the bed. Hop Inn is situated in a very good location. Close to everything. Clean, quiet.

Wish i could get the view of the Sky Tree . But the windows are shut closed . But the ppace is ok

The room is small (but that’s typical for Tokyo hotels); if you’re travelling alone it’s good but if there’s two people and lots of luggage it might be cramped. There’s a washer and dryer (coin-operated) so it’s convenient. It’s close to a train station so it’s also good location wise.

Really small room, toilet was tiny. You think flying economy is bad, wait til you try sitting in this. This is Tokyo though, and there is a reputation for small rooms. Everything else was great however. Great location near to stations but far away enough that you dont get train sounds.

Really nice hotel to stay at when visiting Tokyo! Our room had temple view from the window and it’s close to a station to get around. Would definitely recommend

Hop inn was a fantastic spot for our first night in Japan!! The staff were friendly and accommodating and our room was clean and quiet. They held our bags after we checked out so we could walk around the area until we were able to go to our next hotel, and helped us with recommendations in the area. Highly recommended this stay!!

The staff was some of the best in Japan (which is saying something since Japan’s customer service rocks). The room itself was very spacious for Japan, although our bed was pretty squeaky to be honest. Not a deal breaker though and I heavily recommend this hotel and will definitely use again.

Great location! Just a minute away from Sensō-ji with a view of Sky Tower too, and a quick walk to Asukusa station.

Smooth check-in even with the language difference. Note that the rooms are cleaned every 4 days but you can leave the dirty towels outside the room and pick up clean towels at reception as needed. Asakusa is a very interesting district in its own right and attractions such as the Senso-ji temple (2 minutes) and Tokyo Skytree (20 minutes) are walking distance from the hotel. Asakusa metro is a 5-minute from the hotel for easy transit to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza.

Very close to Sumida River, Sensoji temple, shopping and food. Tight quarters, but to be expected.

Location is perfect close to everything… train station, temples, shopping and eating place.

Great location next to train stations, attractions and food! Great place to come back to after a hectic day and have a quiet’s night rest. Easy to get around from the train stations.. straight line to shibuya on the Ginza lines would stay here again!

Very convenient. Right across sensoji temple. Near Don quijote Asakusa. Near the train station. You can go to Narita Airport without transfering trains.
