Was not expecting what I booked the carpet was dirty bathroom seat was not stable beds were super low like on the floor and mattress was wore out. No elevator if you have a handicap condition definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t stay here again

I like the fact that they will accommodate you as much as possible to fit your needs, we originally had an upstairs room but since they have no elevators, we asked to change downstairs and with a walk-in shower due to our disabilities and they were more than happy to accommodate us

This hotel needs to review its lighting design. In my room I had one switch which lit up two very bright white ceiling lights. That was it. No lights by the bed, no lamps, no ability to modulate the light. We who stay in motels often use the bed as the main piece of furniture. That's where lights should focus. Plus they did not have coffee!!!

Honestly, I didn't like anything about this property. It did not have an elevator and would have made things very difficult for my sister (who uses a walker) had they not switched rooms for us from the second to the first floor. The room itself was dimly lit with fluorescent lights. The furniture was garage sale comparable. The refrigerator stopped working and all of our food spoiled.

We went here because we were on the road and wanted a cheap place to just sleep. Spend 20 more and stay somewhere else. The mattress is stained, old and hard. Pillows are lumpy,The fridge did not work, no coffee (in lobby or the room) no ice. This hotel was very outdated. It lacked even the basic of the basics.

We had to stay because there was no room at my in laws. Hotel room bathroom was dirty. Looked like it had dried mucus and dried poop on the wall of the bathroom. Walking down the stairs, a window sil had some chewed up gum on it right in the open

Front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room smelled awful and we traced the stinky sour bile smell to an area on the bedspread. Removed spread and asked front desk to take it out of the room, but not before the stench had got onto my husband’s clothes that he had to wear to an event. When we returned after the event the smell lingered in the room and it was difficult to sleep. Also the headboard of the bed had two big areas sticky to the touch where we assume many peoples’ heads had been. One of the grossest motel rooms we’ve ever experienced.

Roaches. Minimal toilet paper. Furniture in disrepair. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was updated and in good repair. Hoping there were no other bugs. Oh and thin walls leading to hearing your neighbors Would not recommend. Would not stay again.

Room was too hot, A/C would turn off then on throughout the night, room was a little run down, I was actually considering sleeping in my truck, definitely won’t be staying here again

Very happy with this visit all around. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, the room was absolutely amazing for the price, and it was in the perfect location for me and my partner to travel about and enjoy the town. Definitely going to be marking this place down for any further vacations down here. Thank you guys so much!!

The property was very, very disappointing. The person at the front desk could not even take their eyes off of the TV to talk with you long enough to find out what room we should have. Finally in the room we had no towels no soap no Kleenex no toilet paper no blanket. Had to go to the desk to ask for some things we never did get toilet paper had to go buy ourselves. It was basically a bear blank room. The TV was maybe 24 inches and it could be turned on and off and that is all. Would never recommend it. The only reason we ended up having to stay was because we could not find anything else available.

Place was awesome, staff very attentive and the food was great. But being a high end place and for the price, hearing the train every 4 hours or so in the day, hearing people yelling at night… made me question spending the money I spent there. Great view, nice room sure but the tranquility wasn’t there if you’re REALLY looking to relax. Just my opinion, if your into bar hopping and the night life go for it. If you’re looking for peace, it’s not worth the money.
