This is a charming and delightful family run hotel in the centre of old Santa Paula. We had a large comfortable room. There is a beautiful garden patio at the rear for guest use. We would go again.

Very convenient for Cruise Night. Parking is great since they have their own lot behind the hotel, The facility is very cute and very nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again.

Cute place right downtown. Never saw anyone at the desk, but they had our key set out for us to pick up when we arrived, which included the code for the patio door. Cute rooms, could use some detail cleaning and paint touch up. The rooms are tiny, but do have everything you need, including fridge and microwave. Would stay here again.

We felt like we were in Europe, the inn was so quaint and beautiful. Incredible view with mountains all around. Next time we'll take more time and enjoy breakfast on the beautiful colorful patio.

The location is fabulous. Near restaurants and museums. We enjoyed taking walks in the area. There is a garden in the back with tables. We ate there often and had the garden to ourselves mostly. The room is small, but adequate. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator. There's only coffee in the morning, but we found coffee and breakfast nearby. It's small, only 14 units, and quiet. It was the perfect anniversary get-away. Near to Ojai and Ventura too. I would stay again.

Location great but rooms not clean. Ceiling fan had dust all over it. Bathroom ok but needs a good dusting and painting. Shower was good. I will be coming back to the town every year. While pictures of bedroom on website look great, we didn’t get one of those.

I found this hotel to be charming. The location was excellent. Walking distance to town. The area was quiet. The grounds were lovely and welcoming with lots of outdoor seating options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were sweet and helpful. Will definitely stay again !

This hotel is clean, bed was comfortable, shower clean. Coffee not available in each room. Bath towels too small, back out curtain was inadequate. Had to hang my cloths on the window to block street lights. Room small but building is historic. Lots of construction going on inside.

Our room was clean and much bigger than we expected. Check in and out process was super easy. My only complaint would be that our bed was extremely loud. Any movement would make a loud creaky noise. However, overall I would stay again just maybe in a different room with hopefully a quieter bed.

The owner(?) host (?) was bery friendly. The room was not so great. Bedding could use upgrading. The bathroom sink looked like it was patched up from a leak? Showerhead was old and could've used replacement as well. And the fan over toilet wasn't functional and falling out if ceiling. I only stay 1 night (a few hours to sleep basically) so for the price it worked. The rest of the place had some charm. I think if a few things were updated I'd consider staying again.

Our room, #1, was on a busy street with significant and noisy traffic flow. As well, there were people just outside our room engaged in ongoing conversation that kept us awake. Accordingly, avoid booking room #1.

This property needs a face lift. Badly. The owner/ manager was delightful and made up for the condition of the 'Inn.' Our room was clean, but....the bed creaked terribly. Terribly. The sink was not part of the toilet/shower, so do your business, open the door, walk over to the sink. Then wash your hands. The TV was old and had very limited options (and the ratio was off, so you could only see part of the screen). Noisy main street prevented us from sleeping well, and the early arrival of the gardener was an unwelcome surprise.

The property is very outdated and needs more modern upgrade. It is clean. But the bedding is really cheap and a spread from 20 years ago. I brought my own bed spread. Otherwise it would be impossible to sleep. This is the quality to motel 8. The continental breakfast needs improvement. It is not even meeting bare minimun standards.

We got to experience local culture. This Inn was on the same block as food trucks and entertainment of dancing. Our room was spacious, 2 beds and a kitchenette. It was clean and updated. We weren't bothered and other than the festivities next door, it was quiet. Would highly recommend.

It was a cute place to stay at. Had a little trouble with A/C but that was minor. And what I was not prepared for was that there were no usb ports anywhere. Unfortunately, I did not bring a cube to charge phone. Other than that place was great.

They treat you like family. I arrived late on my check in day and they accommodated me even though i was late. I called a few times thru out the day to let them know i would arrive late and the owner said no problem. When we checked in he gave us a really nice double queen room downstairs with a huge restroom that was ADA friendly which ended up working out better for my mom. She can't climb stairs easily. She has Bad knees and back. The location of the hotel is right in Downtown Santa Paula. Right next to Anna's cider. Super convenient to walk around downtown and shop or enjoy the amazing restaurants SP has to offer. I will continue to stay when i can amd when there's room available. If you see a room available book it!!!! Cause they book up fast. I highly recommend stsying here any chance you get. You won't be disappointed!!!

When we arrived in the lobby there was no-one to meet us; had to phone someone to come and check us in. When the lady came, she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her and she couldn’t wait to get rid of us. She said that there would not be breakfast in the morning but coffee will be available. She didn’t explain where, just pointed in the direction. Well, the next morning there was no coffee to be found. Plus, someone phoned us earlier in the morning asking if we had a truck parked in the back. We didn’t. They should have taken vehicle information at check in. Will never stay here again. Way overpriced for what it offered.

Arrived at 12:30pm room was not ready. Reception not present. Phone number taped to window was busy. Housekeeper had to call for service. Check-in provided key but room was not ready and I was told they would send a message to my phone when ready. Message never arrived. Room was semi-clean with remnants leftover from previous occupants including a photo postcard of the family. Sheets were clean but scratchy and pillows were flat. Internet service was down my entire visit so much that reception couldn't even charge my credit card deposit. NO INTERNET AT ALL. Mini fridge mad a whooshing sound all night and I didn't sleep a wink with comfort at a low. The only positive was the cute courtyard and very large room.

This hotel is 1/2 a block from Main Street with lots of shopping and restaurants. There is parking on the backside of the hotel (opposite side of the building from the library). We walked to several restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel.

If you are looking for a Hilton, then go to a Hilton. If you want a quiet, comfortable stay with a nostalgic, vintage atmosphere, this is the inn. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, antiques. Morning coffee on the back patio to get your day started.

The property was old, but clean. The room had a folding chair, but the bed was very comfortable. Had to get on hands & knees to control AC box in wall (on floor). The continental breakfast was sub-par. The host was very nice and very attentive.
