Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa

Great spacious room, clean and well presented. Reception staff and bellboy were so polite and friendly. Very accommodating. Parking was close. Great location.

Great location and views. The front desk was friendly and helpful but didn't give me a rundown on the property when I arrived, so I had no idea how to find the spa or fitness center.

Room was dingy and loud. Badly in need of an update, new furniture and floors. Especially in need of new windows and doors with soundproofing.

Hotel elevator was out so had to walk up and down flights of stairs to room-not cool. No room service. Everything in town closes as at. Only gave me water in my room 1 day out of 3. Bathroom was dirty someone else’s contacts were on the floor. I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years and this trip was really disappointing. Considering the price there are much better places to stay that offer their guests way more amenities and convenience. The ambivalence of the staff this trip made me write a negative review. Offer breakfast, partner with someone local. Take a page from your competition it’s not hard.
