We had a premium executive room which was huge with an extra sleeper sofa and TV. We had been camping so being able to spread out and relax was great. There is a laundromat on site ($3 for wash, $3 for dry) which was great. Pool and spa were operating even though it was technically still winter (mid-March). Breakfast was the standard free variety but oddly disappointing. They ran out of items and took their time refilling. Juice selection was good but otherwise meh. Check out Eat Real Cafe in Newhall for great coffee, pastries & breakfast.

We appreciated the heated pool and hot tub, and spacious outdoor area that allowed our family to eat pizza from Dominos that delivered quickly. Clean rooms, good selection of food for breakfast, nice area.

Hotel was convenient for our purposes. Staff friendly and helpful. Only one elevator - a bit crowded at peak times. Bed comfortable with firm mattress. Room clean with standard furniture. Bathroom well-equipped. Dark shades for windows. Adequate breakfast but not as thorough as other La Quintas. Also the room ambiance crowded - not maintained for cleanliness during the open hours.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent and changed slightly daily. The hotel was quiet too. Nice setting to sit outside near the pool to eat breakfast.

Parking lot too small for the amount of rooms. Blacktop word was in progress on a holiday weekend causing sections of the lot to be roped off. People were forced to park in non parking areas. Make es it difficult to get out of designated parking areas.This is poor planning on managements part. Other than that it was a nice area and the room was great.

I had 3 room, 3 reservations over - 18 days. As I’ve said I really like this hotel. All things together got the ratings-issues 1. Why in a nice coffee bar would you have sugar and pink as the only options for sweetener. One is terrible and the other is alleged to increase some cancers. What about-green, blue or yello? 2. Washers and dryers. Almost all hotels/motels accept credit cards-so it’s easy and no fumbling with cash. Not here-you have to go get $6.00 in quarters for a wash/dry cycle. The machines work -clean area. 3. The phone stem would turn on every night the blinking red light-indicating a message. It was a mistake-employees had to individually clear all lights individually for 216 rooms, very funny, annoying, disruptive to sleep and costly in manpower. 4,

Bath tub was not clean and looked like someone threw up in the sink. I tried to tell staff and she was not helpful at all. I asked for a discount due to the condition of the room. We had to stay in the room we had events to attend and couldn’t wait to tell first day so I told guest services next morning.

The customer service was excellent, Mrs Marie was super nice and accommodating. However the room itself is okay but the bathroom was lack luster, there’s a black spot on the shower curtain indicating possible mold. There’s also present crack on the bathroom tile.

Hotel is in a great location, easy to access and free parking, and staff was so friendly and helpful! Room looked very nice and updated. Was very odd our rooms fire detector was covered in a plastic bag and the room was beyond humid. AC worked but didn't really ever cool the room. Once we took showers the room became even more unbelievably humid/hot and made it very hard to fall asleep. Mattress was also rather firm.

If you like LOUD refrigerators and BLINDING bathroom light in the middle of the night, this is the place for you! Of course you WILL be disappointed by the non-functional Netflix button on the remote and the non-functional Netflix choice in the guide. The beds are nice though.

I like the pre-check in option, saved me time. Felt safe there. They allowed pets for only $25 extra, well worth the fee for the convenience. They also had a text service which came in handy when we had to report loud bass music through the wall after midnight. We didn’t have to go down to the lobby to report it which was nice. They were able to call the neighbors and get the music lowered. Loved the service, love the hotel.

Checked in, clerk handed key card said all set to me. Next night needed to reactivate key card, placed next to cell phone, clerk seen my dog, frantically looked at file accused us not paying/filling out their form. I explained i booked online and made sure I selected add on dog fee $25.00 per night. And explained clerk from last night said we were all set. I havè no control over what another clerk is supposed to do for me as a customer, Strange interaction. Had 2 queen bed room but mattress extremely, extremely uncomfortable did not match the ambiance of hotel, nice pillows though. Not everyone picks up after their dog, we were diligently looking after our dog though. If room is by pool dont expect to sleep in if kids are by pool because they are loud and parent dont have the tactful courtesy to say keep it down for the 50+ other humans around. Little pricey for what was offered.

The second floor was loud. They put us next to the ice machine and the people upstairs were loud. Disappointed with the person that checked us in. There was no one at the desk to give us our keys. We waited over five minutes before a woman emerged and she was not pleasant at all. Not impressed.

I would like to give a shout out to Mary who worked her magic to get us into a room quickly as we were short on time for a wedding. She met all of our expectations and honored everything we requested (early check-in, 3rd floor) and did so quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully!

This property was very close to Magic Mountain. We did not even have to get on the freeway to get there. It was the perfect spot for that. There is also a Walmart on the way between this hotel and Magic Mountain so that works out perfectly also. We were really impressed with the pool at this property.

From the moment we arrived, it was simply wonderful. The front desk staff, especially Carly (spelling?) was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were stopping for one night while moving and stopped to break up the 8 hour drive. We were able to park our truck in the parking lot with out issue and they gave me specific instructions in advance on where to park overnight. The parking lot was large and easy to navigate the 26 foot long monster I was driving. The rooms are spacious. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom well-appointed and everything was clean, modern and ideal for us weary guests. The A/C was strong and the fridge very nice to have for cold water to take on the road the next day. The free breakfast in the morning in the lobby was a nice surprise and a welcome treat. Although we did not use the pool, it looked inviting, nestled in some mature trees up against the hill - very picturesque. We'll gladly stay here again and recommend it to others! There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well. Although they do not have an EV charger on site, EV charging is a mere mile away. Maybe a 3 min drive. Thank you for making our stressful day such a comfort!

Got in late and check-in was super fast, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I had to leave early, but based on the rest of the experience, I’m sure it would’ve been great. I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to Los Angeles. It’s also in a great location — perfect for getting out of the city quickly and avoiding all the traffic on the way north.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Santa Clarita was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The king size bed was so comfy-great nights sleep. My daughter & I stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was a great assortment of pancakes, eggs, sausage & a make it yourself waffle station-yogurt, cereal, fruit. Fresh tasty coffe & 3 different juices. The pool & hot tub were clean and just what we needed to relax and swim in. Soo many restaurants near by for dinner and easy on / off the freeway. The bath towels were soft & fluffy and dove body soap, shampoo & conditioner were provided. I will 100% rebook here whenever I travel this way again💜😊

Bed/pillows are excellent; shower is excellent, with the ability to raise and lower water pressure using a separate lever from off/on lever; didn’t like that that there were no liquid creamer containers provided for in-room coffee—only powder packets; there was coffee in the lobby with liquid creamer options; breakfast was ok as scrambled eggs tasted like they were from a carton; pet fee is cheapest out of the comparable hotel options. Overall the hotel is a good value and I will stay here again due to the pet fee being reasonable and the hotel being pleasant overall.

Overall great place to stay. Only hiccup was trying to check out at an early hour. I had to try and track someone down to do so. The desk was not staffed and no way to get contact anyone. The breakfast is good and has lots of items to choose from. Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean. Lots of options for dining and shopping, many of which are withing walking distance.
