Room was not cleaned well. Fingerprints on cupboards, leak with soap and chemicals under the sink in bathroom. Stove was filthy. Floor was sticky and dirty. Bed with leg broken and hard mattress. Elevator not working so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Requested a blanket and none were available. We left after only staying one day even though booked for 3 days. Never will go back again!

First, let me say how impressed I was with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! When we got to the hotel, a small announcement. Paper stated that the elevators were not working and had not been working for most of the summer. I verified this by reading the reviews by disappointed guest. The very kind gentleman found the last remaining room on the first floor. Because of a cardiac issue, I cannot use stairs to carry heavy suitcases . I am very appreciative to this young man. Having health issues I was disappointed to see the lax enforcement of the non-smoking policy at the front door. The water had been turned off, and there was a noxious odor of sewage coming from our kitchen drain. I know how difficult it is to maintain these older facilities but extended stay has a responsibility to provide safe and comfortable rooms if they are open. Maybe it would be better to shut the hotel down and make all the necessary improvements and then reopen. Not all extended state facilities are the same, the premiere hotels are so much better than these older facilities. It’s like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re gonna get.

The sheets were dirty. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged. The kitchen counter was repaired badly. The walls are so thin , we could hear all the adjoining rooms. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage upstairs and they don’t have an ice machine or vending machine. When we told the staff how awful the room was, she said she hates putting guests in that room because it’s so bad. I requested a discount and she said she can’t do that.

My mom uses a wheelchair and them knowing the elevator was out didn’t reach out to us indicating the problem. We arrived late in the evening and the only room they gave us, a party of 4, one bed. The rooms don’t look as they advertised and the bathroom smelled like feet!!! My daughter got bug bites and my son had to sleep on the couch chair!!! I want a refund. They said I had to reach out to you for a complaint!
