The elevator was broken so we had to carry bags up and downstairs, hallways were dirty and had debris on the floor. The kitchenette faucet leaked nonstop. We Could hear alarms and snoring through the walls at night. The pillows smelled like wet dog. Everything felt old rundown unmaintained and outdated. Surprisingly though the bed was very comfortable.

TV didn’t work, we were told it the WiFi, wasn’t offered another room. We had plans to watch Dodgers game and didn’t see the final game. Ice machine wasn’t working, water leak outside of hotel (water everywhere) possibly fall risk, toilet extremely nasty. Request refund

I arrived at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 10th. Couldn't check in until 3:00. So I paid for my room and I went to magic mountain. I got back at 6:30 I believe, got my key and I had to walk steps up three floors. Elevator was out of order. As soon as I entered the third floor the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. I was like oh my God. Then I turned around and went the other way cuz my room was the opposite direction. Cut around the corner. My room was still near that Hall. I opened the door and my room smelt so bad. It smelt like someone had lived there for 2 weeks and did not take a bath or a shower. Windows don't open up very much so I could not air it out as much. When you sat or layed on the bed,it flopped up and down back and forth. It was very unlevel. The mattress was comfortable I can say that much. I understand about stealing, and people that are living there but it did have a kitchen but no supplies whatsoever. You have to call down and have them bring what you want up. No shampoo or conditioner, make sure you grab those at check in before you go to your room. Unreal! I even tipped my GrubHub driver extra because he had to walk 3 floors. And for 120.00!!! I checked two other apps before getting this one. This hotel wasn't even on the other two apps. I wonder why? BECAUSE THEY wouldn't have it on their site! I'm 62, have stayed at many on my time, even Motel 6 was better. {And always check your air conditioner filter because they are never cleaned. Easy rinse}

Close to restaurants. Needs updating, very old looking. Hallways smelled of smoke. Parking is minimal due to restaurant in same parking lot. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner (front desk said they were out) Had to go to store after all day travel.

Vending machine won't accept money

Nothing in the kitchen and no soap or shampoo we were happy there was toilet paper. The room the garbage is kept in is disgusting. No ice machine. Never again.

The parking is busy because of the restaurant next door and perhaps in the future you can add a pool. Having breakfast at the hotel is nice and having the kitchen as well. Thank you.

Room 226 has a faulty refrigerator. If you want to have an hourly reminder that the fridge is working, this is the room for you. It scream like you are at magic mountian. Other than that great service but limitedOther than that great service but limited breakfast options. Also no ice is available on site, jusr have option for ice cube trat .

The parking lot area is not well lit, No security to walk in and out seems Fishy.

Trash down every hallway, shower was dirty and molded, holes in the walls curtains partially torn down , trash behind the nightstand ,a refrigerator that didn’t keep anything cool, and a terrible perfume smell that was very nauseous. Don’t do it!

The walls were chipped.There were stains on the counter stains on the wall. The room was not clean.There was food under the bed. The air made us extremely congested, and everyone has already nose Leaving. I actually was extremely disappointed that I was charged so much.And this was the type of room that I received. I would never stay here again.

You can hear upstair's activities, noisy, water running, etc. Dirty lobby floor, bad smell inside. I had to check out within one hour of check in.

Horrible. Lobby smelled horrible (weed)the room was so dirty the floors were so sticky we had to wear shoes inside the room at all times. There was also blood stains on restroom door and also on the light switch. Under the bed was so filthy it looks like it hasn’t been touched in months! There was so much on the ground in the hallway right outside our room door it was filthy. We didn’t see one cleaning crew there the whole entire weekend we stayed there. Horrible experience! Can’t believe we paid over 300 dollars to stay here and it was this terrible

Not clean, bed was broke, smells weird, sink dripped, no water pressure in the shower, floor was sticky, hair on the bed sheets. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel room was dirty, toilet wasn’t clean and collected pee at the bottom. The floor was sticky. We left a day early but paid for both nights. I felt dirty staying there.

Shower curtain hanged about 10 in away fro shower. Spiders in tub. Bed sheets dirty with hairs stains on counter in bath room. Towels we’re disgusting and dingy.

Adequate enough: designed for extended stay with needed amenities available at front desk. My only issue was that the bed had this thin-as-a-sheet bedspread and no blanket at all so sleeping was not that comfortable.

I requested 1st floor, got 2nd floor. Room was awful full of carpet stains. Refrigerator was dirty. All the doors and walls need a deep clean. The bed had no blanket only a sheet. I asked for a blanket was told they were in the wash. After a few hours I got a call from front desk to go pick up the blanket, which I felt was very rude. They could have delivered it to my room at least. The outdoor grounds are in poor condition, the small portion of grass was not cut. Just all in all very run down and I will not choose Extended Stay again.

The reception employee was really friendly and made us feel welcome. We didn't use the kitchen. The air conditioning was working excellent. The room was clean however the furnitures are really old and give an old kind of vibe to the room.

The breakfast consisted of grabbing go items like muffins and oatmeal.. the air conditioner worked pretty decent. The kitchen didn’t have any utensils or anything in it.. but it was a quiet room. That did its purpose for a quick stay.

The advertising should be clear when they say “breakfast included” and specify continental breakfast, meaning, a few pastries and coffee. They shouldn’t even bother saying they have breakfast included. The room was a little run down, leaking tub faucet, broken drawers, curtains that didn’t cover the whole window (why bother installing blackout curtains?). It’s an “extended stay” hotel but you have to request the kitchen accoutrements from the front office. If all you care is about a place to sleep, it should be OK.

The bed was less than quality. We slept on springs.

Room was dated, and though nonsmoking, had evidence of burn marks on bathroom counter. Bathroom shower wall was crumbling with water damage, no drain covers in sink or tub, tub slow to drain, refrigerator had obvious mold stains, many mystery stains on carpet. Bed was uncomfortable.

Dog barking in a room down the hall. Can hear things occuring in rooms close by or next door. Not quiet enough

The location was centrally located to the places I needed to be. The hotel is older and is more worn than I expected and felt comfortable in. The hallways could use a new coat of paint and the carpet should be replaced. There were stains and was running in some places. The same goes for the room. And the mattress wasn’t super comfortable and the bedding neither.

There's a few I should mention thats amazing that I've met Sarah , Samantha , Amy, Nethal, Shayna they are excellent they're helpful accommodating and kind, they go above and beyond on customer service every time, sometimes things go wrong like a busted toilet, broken burner or a bad fridge (they changed our roomand do their best to accommodate us every time we stay. They are kind to animals and kids and I love coming here. The rooms are always clean and re beds are comfy quite honestly I won't stay anywhere else anymore I love it here full kitchen, supplied dishes and pans , cleaning supplies like dishrags soap sponge, and they have a laundry facility. Which is a little pricey but worth it costs me less at the laundromat for 2 loads but my stuff actually comes out dry here so instead of spending hours at the laundromat I can drop my things run the cycle and not have to worry about damp clothes!! I 100% recommend staying here Especially for the price. They deserve more stars than the are given

Was denied the room because I lost my ID on my trip, even though I had pictures of my ID they still would not let me stay there and denied me at 1 o’clock in the morning to go find another hotel. Room was paid for in advance! Still denied.

I had no trouble checking in late in the night. Liz was very sweet!

They overbooked and sold our room on a first come basis, virtually leavung us straded to frnd for ourselves to find another place. That sucks

Stayed here many times, will be staying again. Clean, comfortable room with a kitchen across the street from Ralph's and Walmart - save and eat well too! The lack of some amenities are made up by friendly customer focused staff. Close to Magic Mountain, Route 5, and The Old Road, easy access to all of the Santa Clarita Valley. Public transportation is an easy walk away. A greatvalue for travelers who are looking for a safe, no-frills place to sleep, eat, get work done or visit.

The front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. Though the area is nice getting there that small location feels sketchy. The beds were decent. The furniture old and scratched up with the refrigerator looking the same. If you need the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap you have to ask for it. It wasn’t provided at check-in. It was loud with doors slamming. Because everything was sold out it worked and my kids and I sucked it up but would not stay again. For $200 i would next time drive further out to find a room.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and organized. Parking lot felt safe and protected. The "Grab and Go" breakfast was on point quick and easy. Coffee being hot and delicious. I had a good stay.

It’s in a good area and the staff was lovely, but terrible breakfast (bad coffee, granola bars and oatmeal packs, that’s it) the hotel overall seams abandoned, smelly hallways, dirty walls, dirty carpets, you definitely don’t get your money’s worth, I don’t usually complain about a one night stay but this is definitely not what I imagined.

The free breakfast is grab and go, I was only there one night so I didn't use the kitchen. My room needed "refreshing".

Breakfast should be taken off the advertisement. I don’t consider a muffin or a breakfast bar breakfast. No fruits or full meal offered. Certain drinks were offered and oatmeal. That’s it. Nothing much was in rooms-toilet & tissue paper and handsome were included but no shampoo/conditioner. Certain kitchen items were available upon request as well as hair dryer. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room. No ice machines. The kitchen was nice with refrigerator, stove & microwave.

We staued here for an overnight stay since we were doing Magic Mountain for 2 days. The listing showed it jad breakfast included. Well, the place looks run down, breakfast was coffee and some muffins which ended promptly at 10 am. Not bad for the price we paid but not recommended if you want to do more than just a quick night's sleep.
