First room's dead bolt didn't work, so I asked to be moved. I was told they had nonother rooms available. Then they found another room, first room, ground floor, and the door handle didn't work. We were stuck in the room. Finally made our way out.

The front staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. The bad thing was the elevator was out and we were on the third floor! Such a hassle to carry all our luggage three flights of stairs. Would've been nice to have received a discount for such an inconvenience. Then the ice machine was broken also. Room was super spacious though. Other downside was the many homeless people on the other side of the hotel but overall I felt safe. I will return only before making sure the elevator is working and the ice machine as well! If not, probably not.

We’ve stayed at our share of extended stay properties and this would have to be my least favorite. Location is 5 stars of the bay, plenty of restaurants walking distance, the mall is less than 5 minutes away, target & Walmart just around the corner… location is ideal when looking for a place to stay. But property wise - our keys weren’t working properly because the lady working the front desk wasn’t doing it properly. We made multiple trips back down to get our key fixed and mind u we have small children. It wasn’t fun. Past stays at other locations, shampoo & condition could be found in the bathroom, here, it’s left in a note to go to the front desk and request. Unfortunately they had shampoo but no condition. I chose this place because they usually have everything I need and can help limit what I need to pack. This time around I felt so unprepared. The kitchen usually has basic items like plates, utensils, cups but this time nothing. It clearly states on a note to call down, request and they will bring to your room but we called down and they sent us down to pick it up ourselves. Imagine carrying plates, cups, everything you need for 4 people by yourself and the staff was not pleased by the request.

Room comes with no expected amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo etc. You have to ask for everything. When ice was requested, staff pointed out that I could make some with the trays in the freezer. There really was no ice available on the property. The walls were thin, voices often heard. Someone had very heavy boots in rooms above. Cheap but not really friendly. Oh, and breakfast was like something left over from covid days. All individually wrapped small buns etc. We chose to catch a real breakfast on our own.

The room with the mini kitchen did not have a microwave as described in amenities. Was told they would find me one but never had got one for my 3 night stay. Also, opened the dresser drawer on arrival and there was a pair of “soiled” panties in top drawer. Very disgusting. Basic room amenties are limited. No cups, no coffee maker, 2 cookie sized soaps and you have to go the front desk for shampoo. No USB ports or plugs on nightstand. Had to unplug clock to access outlet. The pillows are like pancakes, bring you own. And the usual long hairs found in shower. Will not return to this place!

The A/C was old and noisy. The bathroom was great if you like flakey paint and mold in the shower. The doorway to the stairwell smelled like cat urine. The stairwell had an odd chemical smell.

Nicely equipped extended stay rooms with working fridge, toilet and shower. However everything was chipped- stained. Very outdated and old fixtures and carpet. Room had a very offensive and musty off-odor. Dirty floors, windows, and pillow case stains. Logged on to the internet but my IOS would not allow any websites or downloads of simple PDF's??. The coffee was good! However, there is only muffins and packaged oatmeal for breakfast.

I was disappointed in this property to say the least. I found 2 bugs in my bed and dust balls in my sheets. When I complained the staff was very non-challant. I asked to speak to the manager and he was not on site and it took two days to track him down as he did not take the time to return my calls in a timely matter to discuss the issues. When he finally called me it seemed the situation was not of concern to him.

I had to switch rooms because of the awful mildew smell coming out the room AC unit. There was soap stains on the bathroom sink. Carpet smelled bad as well, this is the first room. The second room they put me in. The bathroom sink and shower drain were clogged and drained slow, also the sink in the main hallway next to stove was clogged too. I sat on the foot of the bed and the bed almost flipped over. I'm done. Not coming back. Just giving a real honest review.

Sorry Should have taken pictures but man these were random at diff times and didnt feel like taking any was trying to relax without my phone in hand and wasn’t gona even leave a review but we got home and I checked email and Soo here, I go soo Counter had some type of white powder sprinkled on it, clearly wasnt wiped down:( bathroom had about 5 hairs that I counted as I looked around a couple on the bathmat towel that was leaning over the tubside and the others on and around tub, also it wasnt swept properly or at all because there were different particles on the floor and in the corner of bathroom floor, Stained towels and shower curtain, other than these things that shouldnt ever be missed cleanliness is Key and we paid $100 for the one night which wasn’t so bad, Front desk could smile a little more and be more Welcoming, and Housekeeping Needs to step it up a little more :)

I had to move to another room 3 times because the rooms were very dirty. First two rooms on the first floor smelled awful, made my eyes burn. This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and an update.

Room had visible mold and smelled terrible like mildew and mold. There was no breakfast as advertised, not even coffee available.My room key never worked, the staff member said yeah the keys here are bad and we need to redo the system. She also said I should email the manager and mention the lack of breakfast or coffee. But the smell in the room and the mold was the worst part, I woke up in the morning with my throat hurting and felt like it made me sick just sleeping in there. Plus there were Dirty spots on the sheets. And the people hanging out in the lobby and in the parking lot didn’t look like they were staying there and seem very sketchy.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to mall, movie theater, shops, restaurants. Check- in is simple and fast, the desk clerks are awesome! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (both night shift and day shifts). The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable.

This property is really outdated and needs lots of repairs. I had so much peeled paint and some areas had rust such as in the bathroom shower and sink. There was a drain in the floor close to the sink so I had to put a shower over it so that I wouldn’t trip while using the sink. They never told me they only cleaned the room once every two weeks. I was required to dump my own garbage and there was a tiny sign that noted that you could request a set of dishes so I called and was told no one could bring it to me any time soon. I guess they forgot so I never received them. I am handicapped and had to hobble myself down to the desk to get a face towel, hand towel, toilet tissue and facial tissue. The most positive thing I can say is that they had coffee available each day at the front desk. When I checked out, I asked for a copy of the bill but was told they didn’t do that but I could get a copy via email. Then to top it all off, someone actually knocked on my door around 11:15 to check to see if I had vacated the room. Unbelievable, since the property was no way near being fully subscribed nor was there ever a line of people checking in or out. Needless to say, I will never stay here again nor suggest that anyone else does.

The staff was not very friendly at the front desk. The hotel was not very clean. I asked for extra pillows and they did not have any to give. Which I thought I was strange. I used to work at Extended Stay in Pleasanton years ago and that hotel did have extra pillows for guests.

The hotel is tired around the edges, and the location a little rough, but the room was clean and comfortable and they were very pet friendly. One of the best hotel showers I've had recently. The staff is extremely friendly, nicest check in process in a long time. I really appreciated that there are so many food choices walkable.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Was given the incorrect room number at 1st so our room keys would not work. This is a huge safety issue if someone was in the room and heard us at the door trying to come in. Went downstairs to inform the lady at the front desk that they room keys did not work, she seemed annoyed and wrote down a different room number on the card sleeve. There was a room in the hotel being extremely loud! You could hear it when we walked up the south side stairs and it would be heard all the way beyond the elevator to our room. The hotel smelled like weed, there were questionable looking people loitering around the side entry doors. The room is outdated and dirty. There was hair in the beds and on the toilet. Floors were not sweeped. Appeared to be cigarette stains on the bathroom counter. And when we walked in the room the stove burners were on high (another potential safety issue). I did not notice the stove on at first, I had no need to look at it. I sat my purse down on the counter next to the stove to get the kids situated for the night. When I went back to get something out of my purse I noticed my purse felt warm and that the burners had been on. We will not be staying at this hotel again. Do not recommend.

Very shady conditions. Unclean and questionable tenants. Had to move rooms because my neighbors were so loud and argumentative. Parking area had constant loitering activity. No doubt this location has experienced vehicle break ins. Will not be back there and can not in good conscience recommend this location

Breakfast was a basket of muffins and coffee, which was a major disappointment. Our windows in our room were left open and one of them didn’t even have a screen. Unfortunately we didn’t realize this until the morning so it stayed open all night. The door was really hard to open and basically had to smash into it to open it. Luckily we checked in around 1am and checked out by 8am so we didn’t have to spend too much time here. It definitely did not meet our standards.

100 percent regret staying here Elevator was slow and scary Room looked nice but the floors were unswept, hair all over the bathtub Several lights were unplugged, the phone did not work to call downstairs. When reading info on the hotel it says shampoo conditioner in rooms. There was non. I had to get it downstairs. And the main reason I got this hotel was for the free Breakfast. I go downstairs and it's only coffee and oatmeal. No fruit, muffins , cereal nothing was provided and my kids were disappointed
