Love the wood carvings out front. Went to sleep, got woke up by somebody pounding on back door. Got up, hollard at them they took off. Noticed back door was only closed by safety chain. Closed it and locked it. Also back door or framing warped. Floor was dirty, lot of dirt spread around, also one of the lights above the bed was not working. No cable TV. Ice machine not working.

Nothing works all the hot tubs were broken the swimming pool smelled like sewer the tv was broken there were tweekers and drug addicts everywhere very gross feeling in the room

Room was as expected, typical for a motel6. Ice machine was broken. Lots of homeless people passing through the parking lots (not the fault of the motel, just the location). Staff were super helpful. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Will consider staying there again.

I spent 2 nights &!there was no maid service. Holes in the curtains, flimsy little towel, ice machine didn't work, staff said they might fix it next week but wasn't sure.bare walls so everything really echoed.

Spas were out of use & filled with mattresses. Very sketchy people hanging around, shower head in our room would swing around & spray water on the ceiling. Looked like our door had been kicked in-paint was missing and door didn’t align tightly w frame. Walls had patches -smooshed bug on the ceiling & every day at 11am your room key expires and u have to go to the front desk to get a new one!

I was very happy with mostly Olga....but all of the staff. they have a nice pool that can accomodate a person that likes to swim laps.

The sheets were filthy. The room was disgusting and they had bedbugs would not recommend disgusting room. Would not have stayed here. Had we not traveled 15 hours with no place to sleep do not recommend

The room was disgusting. The bed sheets were covered in burn marks, after walking barefoot bottom of my feet were black, shower was not washed, there were some sort of food stains all over the walls and part of the floor. Will not stay here again.

Cheap place, great loctaion, next to grocery store, take out foods and 2 gas stations. The rooms are very poor, ive stayed here twice, both times the bed sheets have had stains, the bathrooms are not nice and ive seen a few cockroaches. The people in the surrounding area and rooms are sketchy, but its what you get for the price.

The toilet was actually lopsided…they’ll have plumbing issues in no time. Free internet sucked but luckily you’re so close to McDonald’s that you can pilfer off their free internet. No grassy spots/areas at all to walk your dog (if I didn’t have a dog I’d prob stay at other hotels but motel 6 is usually so convenient/great for dog owners) One plus tho! The nice young lady that checked me in was a really sweet person!

Staff was great. The only thing is my safety with my kids was a very concerned for me because there was a lot of homeless, and it was very dirty around the area. It does have a lot of stores around, but it’s just feels safe. The doors locks where broken, and the showers where broken

The room was relatively clean, but had a terrible smell to it. We arrived after midnight and had an early morning, so we didn't ask to move rooms. If we weren't exhausted, I would have complained and switched. Also, the room didn't have any hot water. So if you enjoy cold showers and foul odors, this may be a great option for you.

You get what you pay for. 3 stars is a fair acknowledgment. The staff worked hard checking people in with a smile. The room was clean but it needs more love. Things are just covered up with a slap of paint. And the sliding door to the bathroom was very awkward. We slept and moved on. So still very grateful for a shelter.

The motel staff were the most unprofessional I have ever seen. The worker hollered at my kid because she would not open the door so she could keep hollering at her. It was all I could do not to restrain myself. The worst motel! Neither rooms did not have working smoke or fire detectors and the phone line had been cut from the inside. So there is no working phone. Reported it to the staff and they just stared at me!

I paid for deluxe room they gave me a regular room. When asking for the deluxe room the front desk lady said I’d have to pay more. The tv didn’t work. The bedding wasn’t changed from previous stay there was other peoples hair in the bed. I’m not sure what type of scam they’re running but they but they even tried to give me a different refund then I paid. Almost refused to give me a receipt. Also the employee called me a broke a** b**** after talking about being in the wrong room. This employee also locked us out of our room went through our stuff and stole. My husband talked to the manager in the morning and she didn’t seem to care. She admitted employee had stolen our stuff and we could have it back only after we had a meeting with her. I’m a nurse and was up here for a traveling assignment and the employee stole a pair of my scrubs. Not once did the manager apologize. Actually she tried to act like I was ridiculous for being upset.

I liked the bed. The front desk could not give me a receipt .I enjoyed my night. Except I have not received a receipt from Expedia. The site said $49-50 & I hope I was not over charged. I live in Fort Bragg & drove 5 hours & too tired to continue over the hill. The front desk informed me they do not know what a third party will charge. I am living on very low income & could have rested but it was worth $50 to stay at Motel 6 in Ukiah. Please email a receipt. Thank you, liza

homeless kept wondering thru the property, mentally ill yelling. Clerk had problem with my check in & I left & came back and was able to check in to a room that needs a deep cleaning in the shower, sink & mirror s. Looked like someone started to renovate then quit. Used to be a nice place before Motel 6 took over

Got there got a room that was behind a facility having a loud music party, asked the receptionist if we could get a couple of blankets , young women said i would have to wait for another staff member to arrive at 11:00 pm saying i would get a call then and never happen, Next day as i turn in the Key card i noticed coffee jars asked if we could have some, and the lady said not yet we still not ready to put it out. Very disappointed with this stay, not what we were thinking
