The hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We swam in the pool briefly. It was too chilly for us, but it was very clean! The included breakfast was the only part of this stay that wasn’t great. There weren’t many options, but the coffee was strong and the apples were good. It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights in Ukiah!

My favorite motel I stayed at, on a recent Roadtrip! It was also the best priced - quite reasonable for how clean and comfortable this room was! The service was excellent, and the housekeeping crew was also wonderful. Everything was very clean! (Thank you!) Very convenient layout (both rooms and parking). The parking lot is well-lit. There is a Vietnamese restaurant on the same lot (can't speak for the food, although it appears to be excellent). The appliances room worked well and were clean. Decent size mini-fridge. The decor in the room was actually very beautiful photos of the Golden Gate bridge! As a traveler, I really do appreciate those details - they just make for a more peaceful stay... I also appreciated how safe I felt as a solo traveler at this motel, after being helped by Kevin at the front desk, who was nice and patient with a weary traveler! There is coin laundry on the premises; acquire quarters beforehand if you need it... Also, in these more rural areas, it's always a good idea to carry some cash, as not all businesses take card, and the wifi this far north can be spotty. Cash also goes a long way when tipping and supporting the locals and businesses of this special town and region :) Ukiah was beautiful!! Very walkable. Very kind people... This property, Days Inn by Wyndham Ukiah, was a great choice while in Mendocino County - I highly recommend staying here.

The owners and staff members respectful and friendly. Also found all of the facilities to be very clean, well tended, and up to date. I appreciated how clean and high functioning the laundry facility is. The grounds are very clean and well-maintained, including landscaping around the rooms.

Breakfast was supposed to be available from 7-9, but the room was locked at 7:45 and there was no one available at the lobby (it too was locked)

I booked this because it offered pet friendly rooms. There was nothing but concrete around; no grass to take pups on potty breaks. I did find a sketchy area of dirt and dog poop with very poor lighting around to the side. Kind of scary.

Made reservations for one room, apparently it was not a pet friendly room. I had to contact Expedia for a refund since they had to change my room. I had put in my reservation I had dogs, and requested a bottom floor due to mobility issues, they were not accommodating at all. Breakfast is terrible. Eggo waffles (very few), cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, toast and donuts were the only food options. There is nothing pet friendly around here. Fake grass and flowers that say no pets. The entire area is paved otherwise. Meanwhile there’s some interesting people with their dogs unleashed staying here. Found dirty socks in my room also. AC was terrible, it barely worked and it was very hot out.

Room wasn’t very clean, leftover garbage from previous guest, there was a bandaid wrapper in my made bed upon arrival, really dusty, cobwebs everywhere, no fan in the bathroom and the window in the bathroom opened up to someone’s back yard. Could hear everything through the walls…

Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Light breakfast included. Be sure to request a second floor room. It has a vaulted wooden paneled ceiling which makes it very attractive and would be good in hot weather.

The cleaning wasn't up to par...the mirror had a film on it, the carpet edges didn't appear to be vacuumed and there was a hair in the bathtub. Otherwise it was fine.

check in was fine but my doors electronic lock failed and im locked out of my room. the staff cant get me in and all of my stuff is in my room. ive been waiting for 30 minutes and working with the clerk to get this resolved and they cant figure it out. if I have to wait another 10 minutes im calling the police and fire department to make forced entry.

The location and customer service is amazing but the quality of the room was a little run down. But for the price, I wasnt expecting top of the line conditions. For the price and the dog accommodations, I would say it was worth it but the only thing I really had an issue with was the fact that i was not able to sleep in, because the sun beamed right into the room early in the morning. Those white shutters are not good for filtering out light at ALL. I would say that these rooms definitely need some black out curtains as well. Other than that, it was a fairly comfortable experience.

This is a Days Inn, so sound proofing between rooms and floors is minimum. The men in the room above ours stomped around until after midnight, making wood crackling sounds amid the booms, then started up about 5:30 am. Showers in other rooms are amplified in our bathroom. Lack of a bathroom fan is causing rust on metal pieces. Sharp corners on the bathroom vanity could badly injure someone who falls, slips or trips. I'm 5'11" and my feet are inches above the floor when I sit on the edge of the bed. The hybrid mattress pillowtop is so soft that it's a struggle to get out of bed. The mini fridge, which is parked by the front door and bed, is constantly making noise while it runs. The upholstered chair looks inviting, but you wind up sinking into the foam until your rear end is below the level of your knees. The room looks refreshed and inviting, but there are many signs that it was a quick and dirty makeover. The yellowing electrical outlets near the new bathroom light switch say it best. Good thing the bill was just under $100. We'll never stay there again.

the beds were hard, clean place, nice staff, noisy fridge, out side traffic-out side room typical i guess, and wood shutters lots of light in no curtains. shopping is in another area at least a mile or mile 1/2 took cab to go back and fourth to long to walk in heat.

I am very pleased with this location!! I often travel to UCSF and need a lay over spot. This will become my new lay over spot!!! The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean, cozy, and feel like home. It’s been a long time since I have had a good night’s rest/sleep, boy did I feel comfortable enough to do just so!! Thank you!

The front desk guy was very unwelcoming. He sleeps till almost breakfast time and sets the food out looking like he just crawled out of bed - that did not look sanitary at all. I recommend some professionalism. Breakfast is really bad - fruit looks stale.

I waited over 10 minutes in te Lobby for reception. I rang the bell and called for someone to come. No response. Another guest came in who also rang te bell, but still no one responded in any way. I have limited mobility and can't stand for long periods of time, so I went back to my car to call the hotel. Someone finally showed up, but I was too exhausted to check in so my daughter had to do it. The excellent ratings of service was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. Sorry to say they got it wrong this time.

Perfect place to stay after a hot day of driving, even though I didn’t get to use the pool. The room had everything I needed, it was cool and it was clean! What was especially nice was the bar and restaurant on the property!

They advertise a full breakfast on there website, what they have is frozen waffles, toast and muffins. Bed are comfortable. You need room key to get ice. Front desk isn't open 34 hours. We left at 0700 and they were still closed.

We make frequent trips on highway 101 and the Ukiah Days in is our favorite and regular affordable place to stay. It's clean, comfortable and attractive. We usually like the breakfast too, but this time it was disappointingly lacking many of the usual things. When we arrived at 9:00 am, there was no yogurt, bananas, or pastries, and only Frosted Flakes instead of the usual choice of sugared or non-sugared cereal. The butter for the toaster waffles had been replaced by margarine, and there were no honey packets. The spoons had also run out. I tried to go next door to the office to ask for some things, but the door was locked and there did not appear to be anyone inside.

Breakfast was oatmeal and toast. Most hotels that do complimentary breakfast have a full spread of cooked breakfast staples like eggs sausage bacon pancakes bagels and muffins. And they have flavored coffee creamer. These folks thought gas station sugar packets and half n half was sufficient
