Just silly things like had to go next door for the ditness center and pool, but pool closed. No fresh fruit at breakfast and no caffinated tea choices. But room clean and comfy, staff excellent.

SURPRISE!!!! Neither Hotels.com or Fairfield Inn warned us regarding our surprise upon arrival. Management had posted on their desk a notice of a sizable charge per day for parking. This added substantially to our bill. Re-booking was not possible due to a Memorial day(s) concert. Their ice machine broke. They sent my wife to "Courtyard" Marriott - their ice machine okay, but elevator was broken. NOT HAPPY!! Their breakfast eggs and sausage looked as though they had been warmed over from several days before.

I was disappointed they had no gym I had to cross over to the hotel across the driveway Also, I’ve never had to pay parking at Fairfield. But at this one I did. The room was small. The lower level smelled like cigarettes

Upon arrival: "No signal" TV. Sam plus an hour until fixed. One ice machine 3rd floor, insufficient. Brad(?) plus reset and 15 minutes provided a third of a bucket of ice. During stay: Broken (moves) rail on pool stairs (low end, kids & elderly side)...unsafe. Pool room is a sauna (way too hot & muggy), but the pool is too cold to enjoy?! Get your breakfast early. Once it is setup, the breakfast area is not maintained. Never cleaned and never refilled. Needed to request TP. End of Stay: Next door is the Residence Inn (also a Marriott)...next Vacaville visit going to SPEND the money and GO THERE! Final: if not for the staff...this is a one-star hotel that fails to meet the standrds of the poster/pic/mural on THEIR entry wall.

They wanted to charge me $12 to park. I normally stay at either Hyatt Place or the new Hyatt House. No charge for parking and much nicer/newer hotel. I complained and they didn't charge me.

We checked in around 11:30pm on Aug 16 and shortly after midnight found bed bugs in the bed. The front desk first said they were beetles, then ticks, and only offered new sheets and pillows. I had bites on my body and my son also found a bed bug in his pillow. Staff were not helpful or concerned, so we left the room and slept in our car. Very disappointing and concerning for health and cleanliness. Staff did not offer any compensation or room change.

Property was in a good location, when we arrived I noticed the room was not cleaned very well, the closet had a dirty sock, bed had a hairs, and we saw a cockroach.

The staff could have been nicer! From check in to check out everyone we can in contact with was awesome! Cleanliness is the issue. One of my pillows smelled of dirty hair, there was a blood stain on my sheet, the bathroom floor was dirty. On the 2nd day, housekeeping came in, did not replenish toilet paper, which we needed, took the one small bar of soap we used to wash our hands, did not replenish the paper cups for coffee, only left one hand towel. I had to ask the front desk for these items, which were happily given to me.

Not what expected. The staff was nice enough but the hotel lacked hygiene. There was spit and hair in our sink. The stairwell looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. Overall very disappointed.

I was assigned a dirty room. As an apology they gave me 500 Bonvoy points- that doesn’t help me. I was there for 7 days and not once was my room cleaned. Even when I requested it twice. And being charged $12 per day for parking is ridiculous. I maybe understand if you were downtown with limited options or a parking garage but for your location that price is silly. Areas of my room were clearly neglected when it came to cleaning. Walls of the shower looked like they hadn’t seen a wipe down in months. And the shampoo bottles inside the shower- GROSS on top. With the price, adding parking fee, and never having the room tidied, we had to go down and get more towels, disappointed.

We had to call the office phone number. No one answered the phone either. There was a low whistle coming from the window or AC (which wasn’t running very often) all night long.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My rating reflects two things. 1. I despise hotels that charge fees to park in “their” parking lot (I didn’t see that there would be a charge, if I did I would not have booked). I find it ridiculous they punish those guest who bring their car and charge a fee. I understand if you are in the city or using shared parking. There is nothing around except their hotel. It’s just a money grab. 2, all doors slam shut. Was woken up to 7 slamming doors before 7am. They could simply put a mechanism on the doors so they do not slam.

Couldn't get the heat/ac to work and stay set. The windows were very dirty and you couldn't see out of them. The power was off the morning that we left and so we couldn't see without our phone flashlight and i couldn't curl my hair. They did waive the parking fee for us.

Love it! As expected Marriott Hotels always live up to expectations. The rooms are clean and smell good. The beds are soft and comfy, sleep is always good. The only thing is the walls are not as suynd proof as should be, we can hear our neigbors conversations and movements. Hope this could be fixed.

We didn’t stay because we had a family emergency and we asked 2 days in advance if they could cancel our stay and the manager told me it wasn’t up to them, then when Hotels.com called to the hotel, they (hotel) didn’t approve the refund, so the manager lied to me. Nothing of empathy for customers.

I was impressed by the staff there, the lady at the breakfast place , the room cleaning ladies and the front desk staff, they were all super friendly and helpful. The day I arrived was late, check-in was quick and sweet as my 4 years old was tired after a long drive there. The day I left, I accidentally left my tumbler cup at the front desk. The front lady named Amy answered my phone and helped to mail it back to me. I opened the package, the cup was well wrapped in a plastic bag and a towel so it won’t be damaged while in route. I can’t thank you enough for the help as I know she took her personal time to stop by the post office for me! In addition, the room was very clean, quiet and spacious, definitely will book it again when I come back in town.

We had a good stay. No issues with the hotel, cleanliness, etc. Our experience was based on not being informed about a hold for a pet deposit. We called ahead to get info on the pet policy of the hotel and was told over the phone AND at check-in that there was a $100 fee for a pet. The pet fee was charged as expected. What was not mentioned and what we didn’t plan for was a $250 hold for a refundable pet deposit. Not a HUGE deal but it was not planned for. And when I called the front desk, I was made to look like an idiot because I was not aware of the hold even though the pet policy was brought up twice with no mention of a hold.

The staff offered $10 parking cash vs. $12/night. After I paid I realized I didn’t get a receipt. The receptionist said she couldn’t give me one. When I asked about check out and it not being in my bill she said no be would ask. That’s when I knew it was a scam. She later cobbled one together that was just my info in one page and a plain printed “$10 cash paid” page stapled to it. Watch these people and check your receipt.

I arrived to check in a little after 10 pm upon arriving there was a lady in front of me having issues checking in due to rooms not being available. The receptionist was alone and tried quickly checkin me in while still helping the lady. We quickly found out I also was unable to checkin due to no king beds being available. About 5 min later a couple walked in also being told their room was not available. The receptionist did great handling such a stressful situation. She accommodated not only me but the 2 other groups and quickly got us into different rooms. It took about an hour but I was pleased with the service I received. She then also informed me she was training and manager was not available. I let her know she was doing a great job and I was happy and grateful she was able to get me into a room. The last thing I wanted to do was drive around town at 11 at night looking for a place to stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable looks exactly like the pictures.

My family and I had a great time at this property. What made it so great was the staff, particularly Front Desk Receptionist, Dominique. She was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfortable which was so helpful to me as I was traveling with my infant for the first time. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately we were in a room next to other guests that were very noisy. Yelling, music, etc. we called the front desk at 1:30 am to report the disturbance after listening to it for hours. The front desk called the noisy room but there was no change. We contacted the front desk again at 2 am and I got up and went to the front desk at 3:30 am. I asked for a refund because we weren’t able to sleep at all! The hotel employee said that since I booked through Expedia I would have to contact them. We ended up packing up our things and leaving at 4 am to continue our road trip on NO sleep! Later when I contacted Expedia they said the hotel management was refusing to give us a refund. They never asked if there was anything they could do to improve our stay-why didn’t they ask to move us to another room?? I tried contacting the hotel manager directly the next day-apparently they were busy and I was told I would receive a call back. I am still waiting…. I realize that this noise disturbance is not the fault of the hotel employees however they were completely ineffectual in solving this problem and I would like a refund.

This property was a little hard to find at first, but once I found it, the location was convenient for most everything. We chose to not have house keeping clean our room. But any needs, the staff was responsive. The bed was comfortable and enough pillows that actually were nice.

The Bed was comfortable, the room temperature adjusted to the desired level quick (warm or cold) and the shower was AWESOME because it was large, the shower head was high and had adjustable output, and most important the water was as hot as you would like. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Eggs were pretty good, there was fruit and bagels, bread and bacon and sausage. I was a little disappointed that there were no waffles or pancakes. I give a 3.8 out of 5.0 for the breakfast. Overall I will look forward to staying here again

Breakfast was terrible they said 7 to 10 We got there 915 said at 915 Breakfast will be closed in 10 minutes. There wasn't any eggs ,sausages where cold basically all there was where cereal and Toast. Plus there is a hidden fee when you check in..Well not stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room, pool and buffet were all clean and well mantained. The breakfast selection was great, and offered a number of hot items including scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. There are no EV chargers on site, which would have been nice, but there were plenty at the outlet mall across the street.

Morning complimentary breakfast was wiped out early and staff did not replenish. Room had no chair or couch in it which most hotels rooms have. Other than that bed was comfy and room was clean! I would stay here again!

We like this property and stay frequently visiting family. This trip we noticed some changes. Hot water isn't real hot....more like warm water, and the breakfast is pretty lacking. No hot eggs....just hard-boiled. That said the coffee is above average and very good. They need to step it up a bit.
